I wanted to order my mom all new appliances this past autumn for her entire house from Mitchell Appliances but no one would answer the phone. [I live out of state] I left a voice mail but nothing! Im back visiting this week and she needs a refrigerator repair and we tried calling Mitchell Appliances again, and its the same thing. I dont understand how a business that does not answer the phone can stay in business. Maybe Im an anomaly, but theyve lost apx. $4K in sales from me alone; I wonder who else has gone elsewhere because they cant puck up a telephone. I try and always shop local, but with service like this, Home Depot and Lowes is looking a lot more attractive; at least they answer the phone.

Needed an inlet valve for my washing machine. Being on a Saturday I didnt want to wait till Monday for Amazon so I went in prepared to pay out the wazoo but they beat them by $25 with an OEM part and I had it in my hand right then.Im a little embarrassed to say I usually buy appliance parts online because of price but I may have been wrong. Will definitely give them a call next time.

If you have a Maytag appliance DO NOT use their suggested Maytag repair guy he will rip you off. He tells you he can fix your appliance then when he comes out he tells you he can not get parts I found this out the hard way after a 89.95 service call was told my part was unavailable I looked on Google found the part at many places. Be ware people

Fantastic staff, if they dont have it they will order it for you! Dishwasher we bought was placed in our truck and we were ready to go in less than 30 minutes.Update: we have now purchased a washer and dryer .They delivered them. If you need any appliances this is a small business you NEED to support!!! I wont purchase my appliances anywhere else!They also have a website.

I carried a dryer part I thought was bad to buy a replacement. They checked the part for me and said it was okay. Then gave me some advice on other things to check. Dryer works great again.
