Be VERY careful about purchasing from this company! We purchased a captains bed and a VERY expensive mattress (from a different store) put the new mattress on the bed and it tore hole in the mattress! This was all within a month. Called and sent pictures to the store and all they would do is replace the wooden slates. A brand new mattress ruined by this poor quality bed . I would recommend purchasing beds elsewhere! Unless you enjoy wasting money. Purchase date 5-14-2020. I am extremely disappointed and irritated with this store.

I bought bedroom furniture from them went to move the bed and they just threw it together it is junk for the money I spent on it .I will never buy another thing from them again if you shop with them watch what the sale u they will rip u off.

If I could make this review with NEGATIVE stars, I would! I went into this location Early January 2019 and purchased a sectional. I didnt receive it until the end of March. There was a hole on the back, I contacted the store and they had me send pictures and said they would send someone out to repair it. The guy that came out to repair it had to take so much apart before realizing it could not be repaired without making new damages. He noted this and I contacted the store. They then informed me they would have to re order that side to my sectional. I contacted them multiple times over the next few days, weeks and then months. They kept telling me the order was placed (in the times I could even get in touch with someone) ... Here we are January 2020 and I have YET to receive the reordered sectional. I would NEVER recommend shopping at this location. I am calling corporate first thing in the morning. Followed by me going into the store for more complaints. I am a very busy mother, with long inconvenient hours. My schedule did not give me much open availability but now it does and I am going to continue with this matter. I am an unhappy customer and this will be well known.

Let me be clear if you make your paynent late.They dont tell you if you dont pay the late fee when you make your payment. They add the 25.00 to the end of your contract. Each time your late.Was told about late fee but never told about this option. Spoke with a new person she informed me this is happening. Circumstances happen but please check your accounts. You may end up owing just as much as you financed at the end.

This will not work with you whatsoever! I had things come up to where I needed to move my due day to the middle of the month and they would not budge! Well that’s fine they just ain’t getting no more money from me period! They can sue me for all I care. They ain’t getting another penny . Not to mention the poor quality of the furniture that takes weeks for someone to half way fix! 😡

Payed cash for everything! Took a Saturday off for delivery! When they arrived for set up, I was told that some stuff was on backorder. I called the office and they said I could pick it up myself in 3 days or have it delivered the following week. They said I would be contacted the day prior to give me a time frame of when they will deliver. I took the following Saturday off work again for the back order delivery but never got a call on Friday to see what the delivery window was. I called myself to ask what the delivery window was and why I was not contacted the day prior as promised. I was told that I wasnt called because they dont call you after 8:00 PM. 😠 What sense does that make? Then I ask, well what will be my delivery window and Im told between now and 6:00 PM. That is definitely not a delivery window... just say all damn day! So now I have missed 2 days of work and their customer service SUCKS! When you pay your money for something you should get quality service....this aint it. My stuff was delivered with no courtesy call. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Im totally disappointed in the customer service.

Pam is awesome, and she gets 5stars. I love her energy and kindness. Pam is the only sales associate that I will deal with outside of Brittany!! I’ve never had any problems with rudeness until they hired the newer staff whose very unethical!!!!!

I haven’t had an issue with farmers until December 27 2019. I spoke to Jeremy regarding a minor chip on my foot board and I have yet to receive a call back. I called. He asked me to send a photo, he would call me back.I did so almost immediately. I did not receive a call back. Went to the store the following day and he wasn’t there. It’s been over three days and I haven’t received a call at all. I do not like it when people tell me they “will call” and don’t. Not a happy customer right now.

Pam helped me pick out my furniture and was super friendly. The rest of the staff is unenthusiastic. Once my furniture was delivered, I noticed white sticky film on it (no big deal it was from the packaging) however when I go in to make a payment and I ask about it the manager gets an attitude and tells me to go buy goo off. I went in to pay if off and they gave me 3 different payoffs. The bedroom set itself is great. I would go back there only if I didnt have to finance and deal with shenanigans.

WELL WE PURCHASED A LEATHER SECTIONAL N A DINING ROOM SUITE TOTALLING 1700.00 THE COUCH IS COMING APART ON ONE END OF WHERE IT RECLINES AND JUST NOTICED ONE OF THE CHAIRS THE LEATHER SEAT IS COMING APART ALSO. NO I DIDNT PURCHASE A WARRANTY WEVE ONLY HAD IT 2 MONTHS AND IF THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF IT IM NOT PAYING THE REST OF PAYMENTS THIS IS JUNK. AND JUST FOR INFO WEVE NEVER EVEN SAT ON THE COUCH ITS ONLY ME AND MY FIANCE NO KIDS JUMPING ON IT OR PLAYING ON IT SO HOW IN THE WORLD WOULD IT BE COMING APART AT ONE END OF IT ?? Very unprofessional. Wendy has been telling for 2 days that I would get a call regarding my delivery still on the day of my delivery and I still had to call to find out when was my delivery coming she clearly stated Mrs Smith you are on the 1st truck 3rd delivery. I have literally been waiting all day and no show. I calls back again now Wendy tells me I am the 3rd delivery on the last truck. What the hell u had me waste my entire Saturday waiting for the 1st truck and now ur gonna lie and say u didnt say that. I know what she told me! I didnt even get my stuff yet to rate the quality of it but I will whenever I get the stuff.

Bought new furniture for new home paid 8000.00 cash and am having issues with reclining love seat and took 3 weeks to get the manager to come look at it he said he would get in touch with manufacturer and let us know after 6 weeks have not got a answer back so went to store was told he was out on a call to customer this was at 10 am was told he would call back today I guess they got my money now they couldnt care less well when i furnish the rest of my home i will not g.j o there and wasre my time or money

Bad customer service and tried to make a complaint for a missing item that was purchased asked for manager and got the run around then go to the store. Manager defend his employee for not doing her job of relaying the information to him saying he busy with a customer Im a customer also. Just dont lie to the customer saying he didnt know I called 2x I was waiting on a manager too call back 5hrs b4 I went to the store

If you want poorly made furniture then this is definitely the place for you! I should have looked way more closely. I fault myself for that. I bought a pretty blue sofa set, approximately August 30 2017 in Douglasville GA pn Fairburn Rd. After only several months of sitting on the sofa not only me but also my sister developed sciatica problems. In the exact location of our bodies. This was due to the very poorly made sofa cushions. I should have known when they offered me a 2 year warranty on the cushions. That was a red flag right there. Now my sister and I have permanent spine damage. We are both acutely aware that it was this sofa.Oh, problem is that the pillows have zero support and have gone flat. Why do they squish down when you sit on them to less than half their thickness? And for an average size person that is pathetic. That is a sign of a poorly made cushion. I have never owned a sofa of such poor quality. This is no more than staging furniture. Pretty but useless. I have been in pain constantly. I am giving the sofa away after I use the warranty to replace the cushions. I would NEVER sale it. That would just be wrong. I am mad at myself for not checking this sofa out more thoroughly before purchasing. #badframeamdcushions #buyerbeware

If you are going to buy furniture here, Make sure to buy the warranty. After only 7 months, our $850 sofa/chaise is tearing and the cushions are flat. It is now about 4 shades of the original color.

Bought adjustable bed and has no remote management dont care even corporate cares less beware of making purchases from them not a company that takes care of customers.
