The technician came out to look at my ice maker, charged me over $300 for parts, plus $80+ for service fee. A few months later my ice maker is having the same problem. Long story short he came back 2 more times replaced the ice maker. And at one point he said we were leaving the fridge open for a long time which causes the my ice maker to stop working. The 4th time he was to come back, he claimed no one answered the door, my mom and son were home all day. The lady that answers the phone was rude to my husband and had an attitude each time we called. The 5th time he never showed, I called they never answered or returned my call. I spent more than 6 months dealing with them and got no where, my ice maker is still not right. Don’t waste your time or energy with This company, they will take your money and leave you frustrated.

They are the company that my home warranty company sent to repair my dishwasher. The technician changed 2 different parts, and made at least 4 trips to my house, and yet the same problem remains. The technician said that he was going to request a new one, but instead he lied and told his people that I requested it. Of course the warranty people are not trying to hear that. He also stated that there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher, even though there is always standing water in the bottom. The technician also didnt keep his last appointment, but lied and told his people that he did. Dont use them! Theyre not trustworthy!

The tech came to my home and quoted me $189 for the part to repair my fridge. Later that day, I called the company for the part number because $200 is a lot simply for a part. When I called, I was told that they were not permitted to provide me with a part number but that I still owed $70 for the diagnostic fee. When I told them that I would not be paying the diagnostic fee without being disclosed the part number they unwillingly gave me the part number. I then contacted GE Parts by phone and found out that the part was only $85. At that point, I scheduled to have the rest of the repair done by a certified GE Parts tech who fixed my fridge without the part that All County said I needed. So in short, my problem with misdiagnosed and I was overcharged for a part that i did not even need.

Mr. Williams repaired our Frigidaire induction cooktop, which arrived broken from Frigidaire. It turns out that Frigidaire shipped our new cooktop with broken control board. No wonder it didnt work! Ron got a replacement free of charge from Frigidaire and fixed it at no cost to us.Ron did an excellent job! He was fast, gracious, and careful with our home. I will call him again if I need future appliance repairs.

I unfortunately had a terrible experience with this company. I initially hired ACA to fix my fridge. They came and fixed it but within a week, it was broken again. They came again fo fix it, but once again it broke and the same problem persisted. This happened two more times (they came to my house a total of 4 times). At that point I purchased a new fridge, which come to find is what I should have done from the very get go.When I requested a refund since my fridge was never actually fixed, I was told I could only be refunded labor, which was disappointing but made sense to me. It took over FIVE months of me consistently calling to absolutely no avail. The owner would not call me back. Every time I spoke to the receptionist or office staff, I was informed that he was completely aware of my case and would get back to me. After 5 months of this, the receptionist recommended I “do what you need to do.” I filed a claim through BBB . I was eventually refunded a small portion ($120) of the total fees ($600+) I paid. The emotional headache to pursue a further refund didn’t make it worth it.In short, I was very disappointed in the service and more significantly disappointed (and incredibly frustrated) at the complete lack of customer service.

Yikes. Maybe the only redeeming quality of this place was that the receptionist was nice to talk with sometimes. Came out twice in a 2-month period to fix our dishwasher. Neither time worked, but apparently after the second time they came out and replaced two parts that were never the reason to start with, though they told us they would contact us to further assess the situation, they apparently called home depot and had them close the project out as complete. Talk about money fraud. An absolute terrible experience and home depot should consider using another appliance service for their warranties.

Revised review from 10/7. Ron returned with the part and was able to fix the refrig. Everything is now working.Original review. - Frigidaire recommended All County as an authorized repair partner. After the initial visit on September 19th and paying for the parts needed. Our fridge remains broken. Ive had to call consistently them to get a status update. Currently, its scheduled for Oct. 14th (25 days from the original call.). We will see if they keep the appointment.

I called this company early this afternoon because of a concern with my gas stove possibly having a combustion issue and my fridge not cooling. I was told that someone would come out to my home between 5-7pm. The guy did not call or show up until after 8. The issues were resolved pretty quickly and he only charged me the fee to come out since there were no parts needed. I would recommend calling sometime within the window if you are running late instead of after you are supposed to have arrived.

I would highly recommend Ron and his company to come out and look at any appliance issues you might have before replacing it, or allowing another company to try (on-site appliance). Ron came out to our home to fix a issue that on-site appliance had done (wired my dishwasher power cord in wrong, also waited two weeks for parts then they showed back up did that install and left without it working said i needed an electrician) Ron was very professional, showed me what was wrong and why then fixed the issue made sure it was working before he left thanks again Ron and your crew at All county appliance services Great hands on techs are a dying breed hold on to one when you find a good one

This company has the worst customer service that you will ever experience. They overprice the cost of replacement parts then will incompetently install them which will cause further damage to your appliance. I paid $600 for parts and labor to repair my washer only to soon have a serious leak. Mr. Williams said that he guarantees his work but did not return after several calls. I had to purchase a new washer. This company needs to be forced out of business. I gave one star in order to write this review. Be warned!!!

The owner, Mr. Williams, provided prompt, efficient, and reliable service when my washing machine stopped working. I was able to call his office and he fixed my machine within 24 hours! He was polite and professional. I was very pleased with his service and will definitely use him again in the future!

BEWARE! The owner of this company is a liar and extremely unprofessional. Due to scheduling issues, my warranty company (GE) outsourced the job to All County Appliances. The owner, Ron Williams, came out and said that the previous GE technician did not replace all the needed parts and said that he would have to order the parts and return to install. Well since I’m not an appliance technician I believed what he said and waited for the part to come in an appointment to be scheduled. An appointment was scheduled for Saturday 12/08/2018. Unfortunately, I could not be home but my boyfriend was home. The technician Mandy arrived but stated was not strong enough to complete the repair and the person who was to assist her was at a conference. My boyfriend called to tell me this and I spoke with Mandy and she repeated the same to me. I asked why she come if she was incapable to complete a repair that was already known. But she was unable to answer and stated there was no one else she could call. In my frustration I hung up. My boyfriend called me back and I vented my frustration to him. I later receive a phone call from the owner, Ron Williams, who accused me of cursing out his technician and calling her out of her name (which was untrue). He was extremely rude and when I disputed the accusation, he said that he was only asking me. He then assured me that he would complete the repair on Monday 12/10/2018. I told him that I would not be home until 6:30pm and he said that was fine and he may be late but that he was coming. Well….no show or phone call or response to my calls to him. When I called this morning to inquire about the missed appointment, Ron Williams was VERY rude, unprofessional, and aggressive and stated that he was at my home at 5:50pm because I told him that I would be home after 5pm which was a flat out LIE. I don’t get off work until 5:30pm and my commute is an hour. He continued to lie and be rude and unprofessional, so I hung up. I have NEVER experienced such rude and incompetent customer service. Do not waste your time with this company or be prepared to deal with unprofessional behavior. Ron (the owner) really needs to check his tone when speaking with customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with! My stove started leaking gas and I called my rental company and this is the company they chose to come out to my house. Ron did not fix the problem and I called back he same day maybe an hour or so later and because it was still leaking gas. They gave me the run around for about 5 days and told he would come that day but ended up being to busy to come back to my house. The lady Liz who answers the phone is very unprofessional. She tells me that he cant come until this day because he has other clients, but Im pretty sure I was one of those and should be taken care of right away since he DID NOT fix the problem. I had to wait two more days until he could come out. He says hes pretty sure it needs a part. So tells me that he will come by the next day if they have the part, completely takes my stove apart and tells me to leave it there. ALL the pieces were on my kitchen counter, just left there. They tell me it could take 5 to 10 business days for the part to come in. Of course it still hasnt come in and they dont bother to keep you informed. I have had to call to find out anything! Which is unprofessional! They should be letting me know whats going on being that you are a company and are getting paid. Im not sure how this company is still in business! They are horrible! I have gone a whole month now with out a stove!

Ron came out to assess our stove for us. When he arrived, he asked me what my concerns were, he let me know what he was doing, and then after assessing, he told me what parts needed to be fixed and what was wrong with it. Once the parts came in, Ron was out to fix it at his earliest convenience. I made the comment, awesome! Now to just get our dishwasher working, well be good! He asked what was wrong with the dishwasher (note this was not what he was called out for and he didnt have to take the time out of his day to go above and beyond), he took a look at the dishwasher, rigged it to where it would at least work till the other company (On Site Appliance, who was terrible!!) could get out to fix it, since that is who our warranty people made us make an appointment with. I was so grateful for this small gesture that took him 5 minutes, but made a world of change for this mom of 2 boys who had been having to hand wash dishes for going on three weeks! After the other company came to resolve the dishwasher, and then stated they fixed it, but it still wouldnt work... we requested only Ron come out to the house, and guess what? In a matter of minutes he had it working and told us exactly why it didnt work and what the other company didnt do properly!

Ive been trying to get ANYONE from this company to return my call ever since they overcharged me for a new ice maker. When Ron Williams installed the ice maker he made it sound like he was giving me a great deal because I was such a nice customer. He told me he appreciated the fact that I had cleaned and vacuumed behind the appliance before he arrived and that I treated him with respect. He went on to tell me about the previous customer he had to deal with who treated him like dirt. He said because I was so kind and respectful he wouldnt charge me the $68 repair fee. I was thrilled that he showed such appreciation for my hospitality. It wasnt until after he left that I realized (after a quick search on the web) he charged me $189 for an ice maker I could have purchased myself for $65. And instead of the repair fee he said he wouldnt charge me, he charged a $60 service fee. I would have rather paid the $60 service fee, $68 repair fee, and $65 for parts!! That would have cost me less than $57 less than the $250 Ron charged me. What a con artist! I immediately called his office when I realized this and for more than 4 months now I have left so many messages with so many different women as well as numerous voice mail messages, and yet Ron Williams refuses to call me back to resolve the issue. Clearly he is guilty of this scam or he would be willing to call me and discuss this like an adult.This is the first negative review I have ever posted (I like to focus on positive business interactions), but I want to alert others so he wont take advantage of other nice people who tend to believe people are trustworthy, honest, and are men of integrity. Ron Williams is not one of them. I do not recommend this business at all.

When I first called them I had not looked at their reviews. I believe the person who came to take a lot at our dishwasher was the owner. He is the one in the picture. He was very nice, polite, punctual, and he knew the issue right away. It was after his first visit that I saw the reviews, so I was apprehensive. I had already made a payment so I could not back out. Im glad about that, however. They have fixed my dishwasher within a reasonable/quick timeframe and I am very satisfied with their job and performance. Im not sure what happened to all of these other people, but my experience was very pleasant.Edit: called them back to repair my dryer. The owner said he could do it, but kept coming and going for a few days with no success. In the end, he couldn’t fix it and would not return the money I paid for a part that wasn’t the right one. It took me multiple unsuccessful calls and a trip to their location to catch him off guard so that he would pay me back. Will no longer be using them.

This company has gone through a lot of changes these past two years. Now they are under new management and I have to say the turn around time in getting parts is less then a week and the staff in the office is very helpful and courteous. These reviews can be intimidating but I believe if you give them a try you will be impressed with the customer service experience you will receive.

Deserves a no star rating, unprofessional, second rate people running it, obviously not knowing a thing on how to run a business. You get a call the day before the appointment to confirm, then they dont turn up and dont call you to let you know, who does that? These people do, they do not need to be doing this for a living, they need to be shoveling horse manure on a farm or some other job where they are not dealing with the public . This company (if you can call it that) is a joke.

At first, looking at the review I was lead to believe that this company was a joke. Regaurdless my husband said it was the best option so we decided to follow through. When I called they scheduled an appointment for me the following day. The technician told me the problem (I needed a new ice maker) and ordered me one which came it in 7 business days. As soon as it came in they called me to schedule a new appointment for the installation. Overall, five stars due to how they were able to help in such a short time and for an acceptable price.

The only person who had something nice to say about the company was the owner *Ron Williams*. Just look for the only review that didnt give it a 1 star. I flagged it and for the rest of the people with integrity please flag his review as well. He is giving people false hope that this isnt a solid 1-star company.My story mirrors other people stories as well. Frigidaire sent me to them. My first appointment I had booked with back in August 2016 the technician was a no show. I rescheduled for a week later, he showed up this time, diagnosed it, came back a week later, tried his fixed, and it failed. He came back two more times trying to fix but couldnt get it working. Last time he came he took the hose that connects to the dishwasher to the waste disposal so now my disposal unit leaks water.The technician told me that he was going to tell his people that he was going to write up a report detailing the issues and that he couldnt fix and most likely Ill just get another unit. I should wait to get a call from them. I never received a call after that........ From my last appointment date of Oct 27,2016 til now December 21, 2016. Ive had to call them 6 times and every time they gave me an excuse and said they would call me back. Never did. So yesterday when I called I asked what is the next step I can take to expedite just getting new unit. Tekesha, who is somebody who works there, told me to call Frigidaire, which I did and they called All county and all of a sudden all county told them that they are still attempting repairs. I was informed by the service technician there is nothing else they could do, so I called All county and it turns out that the service technician that worked on my unit had left and they didnt keep a record on what he had done on my unit.I was then transferred to the owner Ron Williams and he very rudely asked me what was the issue with the washer machine. I asked him how should I know Im the service technician who came out to fix it?!?! He didnt like that answer and hung up on me. Simply rude.... so very rude.Needless to say Im going with a different service company.If Frigidaire sent you to these people contact them and complain. They will give you an extension on your warranty like they did for me.

They were suppose to come out to fix our dishwasher we purchased from hhgregg, our appointment was scheduled between 12-5, not only did no one call, no one bothered to show up, so here I am with my 5 year old sons birthday tomorrow and Im having to sit around until 8 AM the day after my appointment to even call and see why no one bothered contacting me or fulfilling the appointment. At this point if someone does bother showing up, they will be getting an earful, as will the manager tomorrow morning. Pathetic customer service--scratch that NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. DO NOT USE THEM! HOPE YOU PEOPLE GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!

To say this company has “EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE” would be an understatement. The technician that came to our house was rude, disrespectful, and irresponsible. This company did not call or show up “SEVERAL TIMES” in the last 2 weeks when they said they would be at our home to fix our appliance. They took $100 up front for a service call to diagnose the problem, which only took 10 minutes. Unfortunately, they did not call or show up when it came time to doing the work even though we were promised several time that they would be at our home . They did absolutely nothing to fix the appliance, other than take our money. I own my home and have dealt with a lot of contractors in the past 30 years – This company “BY FAR” is the worst!

This is ridiculous....i have had two appointments now and still cant get anything accomplished. Each time waited over a week for an appointment. Ordered wrong parts and now have to wait another week. I would put it in myself but if not done by a certified tech...then it void the warranty.

We bought an oven from Lowes. It did not work right so they sent these guys. Read the previous reviews. These guys are a joke. We bought it in April and it is August and they have been out over four times and the eye still does not work right. When we call, they never call us back. Never return calls--ever. The poor lady in the office that answers the phones sounds frazzled every time I call (probably 25 calls so far I have made). Finally went to Lowes and explained the situation. The wonderful lady at Lowes jumped on the phone and got someone else to come out that same day! These guys need to be shut down! The BBB needs to be contacted about this company.

Property Damage and RUDE services! New dishwasher not pumping. I had called my warranty on my dishwasher and they sent these people out to my home. The owner Ron had came out and told me I needed a new pump without even taking a look at the inside if the unit or talking it apart. It was 3 weeks before they called and said it came in. They had sent 2 men out to my house Christian and another man. They had pulled the dishwasher out and changed the pump. They couldnt get the dishwasher in the hole so the were shoving and pushing it in hard. They didnt rise the legs on the unit so it wouldnt hurt my floor. Well... They did one of the front legs and ripped my vinal . I called the owner while the 2 men were in my home. Kesha said they would take care of it for me to send them an email of what happens and the damage theycaused. So I did. Next morning I had opens the dishwasher door and the top screws fell into the dishwasher. The screws had scratched the top of the door on both sides (new dishwasher). Makes me more mad, I called and got to talk to Ron about what happend . A week later my dishwasher quit pumping again. Ron (manager) came out and took the dishwasher out and was beating on the bottom of the unit to get it to work again. I had asked him what his plains were about fixing my floor and he said he would fix it not to worrie. He asked me how much it would cost to fix it. I had no idea at the time and was told I had to get the whole sheet replaced. He got mad when my friend and I was looking up the prices and Ron started yelling at us and was disrespectful. He said he would pay to fix. He told us he would send someone out to get an esstimate to fix it. 2 weeks went by no call., so I call them and ask whats going on and he said he was not paying for the damages he didnt do it. This was all with in a 4 month time frame and still fighting. Fixing to get a lawyer and settle this once and for all!!! I would NOT use this company... Bad business. Check your reviews. I wish I would have before I let them come out.

My original appt. was scheduled by Frigidaire warranty. The company called me the day before my appt. and said they needed to reschedule because they didnt have a tech available to fill the appt. They rescheduled a week later. When the day of this appt. came they said they would have to reschedule again as an emergency came up with the tech and he wouldnt be able to make it. So I rescheduled for a week later. On this appt. the tech actually showed up. He was at my house 2 minutes (literally) I told him the issues I was having. He said he would have to order the parts. Wrote on a receipt that the auger motor and display board were to be ordered. Had me sign the receipt. Then stated that the parts would be ordered and I would receive a call to schedule an installation appt. A week and a half later the company rep. called to schedule the appt. On the day of this appt. the tech called me at 3:20 during my 1 to 5pm window to tell me he had an emergency and would not be able to make it to the appt. I asked him if there was any way his company could send another tech? When I was told no because it was too late in the day I contacted their customer no service. I explained that they had missed multiple appts. with me and my time was just as valuable as theirs. I then asked if they would be willing to pay a tech. overtime to come out. They werent willing to so I settled for a 3pm sharp appt the next day. I was told the tech would be at my door at 3pm. The tech called me at 2:54pm to give me a 30 minute call ahead. Then finally showed up at 4:05pm to perform the install. Im just glad I didnt have to pay actual money for this service. Frigidaire should really consider using a more reputable company to perform their warranty repairs.

This company is terrible! Im convinced that they may not even know what an appliance is. They were called through our warranty company to fix the sprayer arm on a dishwasher and finally made it to us a week and a half after the initial call. We were then told by the tech that they needed to order the parts and it would take 7-10 business days for the parts to come in, then they would come back out and fix it. After 21 days, they came back out and installed the new parts. I ran the dishwasher one time and the parts they replaced fell off, again. We now have a different company coming out to fix the dishwasher and the mistakes their tech made. So because of their untimely servicing and their knowledge on how to fix appliances, we are continuing our streak of not having a functional dishwasher, a little over a month now. I will never recommend this company to anyone and they will never touch another appliance we own.

Please do not use this company for anything. They do not return calls, they do not follow up, and they do not consider the inconvenience they cause by promising to do things they cannot perform.I have been told 6 times that I would receive follow up calls and none came to fruition. I have had to follow up on my own, and each time I have been given vague promises like soon for my part arrival (that never came) or 10 minutes for a return call that was never placed.I have waited for a month for a warranty repair that this company cannot even get the proper part for, nor can they get a status on the proper repair part. I have gone to my home twice and waited for nothing - once for verification that the part was broken and a second time to tell me that the part sent was wrong.I am following up with Electrolux and letting them know that this company is dragging the Electolux name into the dirt. After having spent thousands of dollars on a kitchen remodel and appliances that work, it is a shame to have an experience like this.
