Hands down the worst follow up I have ever seen. I purchased a washer and dryer and when I purchased it the lady said it will be at my house by 3. I had to take a business trip at 6 so I doubled checked to make sure no later than 3. But of course I had to miss my flight because they couldn’t follow up on the promise and they arrived around 6 o’clock. It was an elderly lady and an older gentleman delivering my stuff upstairs. As a man I had to help I couldn’t sit back and watch an old lady push a washer and dryer off a truck in a house and up stairs. Then turns out the washing machine wasn’t working correctly it makes a really loud noise. I got a 30 day warranty so I called them. They was supposed to come on Wednesday but of course a no call no show. They showed up on Saturday randomly. Lucky I was home because they just showed up. I was told he would full swap out the washer that Tuesday. But here we are 2 weeks later and 4 phone calls later still no washer and dryer. The lady that answers the phone says the same thing the owner isn’t in the office he a be back in an hr and a half I’ll let him know. NOTHING GOOD HAS EVER COME FROM THAT except them coming out to inspect on a random day they picked. I missed 2 days of work waiting at home for them to arrive and never do. Now my dryer is burning cloths and I cannot get my washer replaced or someone out to look at the dryer. I grew up in Douglasville I have bought 7 sets of washer and dryers from them but I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I just want a working washer and dryer.

I purchased a stove from this place. The owner husband loaded it up on the truck with my assistance. I asked him if it would ride the way he suggested to load it. He assured me it would with no problem. Well in the mist of hauling the stove it flipped over and broke the oven glass door. I called and spoke to the owner. I told her what had happen. I also told her that her husband assured me it would be ok to haul it up right. She offered to help me with a door since it was their fault to begin with. Well its been a few weeks. Now they are not answering my calls. The lady seems to be very nice but I dont understand why they are not standing behind something they are also responsible for.

I purchased a a washer/dryer set on 03/31 used it 0401 washer seems to work fine but the dryer was started 3-4 times and the clothes still did not get dry, called first thing Tuesday 04/03 since they were closed Monday and was told that someone would come out on Wednesday 04/04 I was at work but I had someone at my home long story short the dryer could not be fixed at my home so they took it back to the store and returned it Thursday saying that it could be used but the dryer vent in my home needed to be cleaned and that I could still use the dryer but without the hose being hooked up. I do not believe for one minute that there is an issue with my home but the problem is with the dryer itself, tried using the dryer for the first time today 04/08 since they brought it back and it still is not really drying, I feel as though I have wasted money and time with this place but I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau for sure.

This place was recommended to me by a long term customer. I purchased a washer/dryer from here and paid extra for delivery and installation. The washer was never installed properly (it was leaking, leaving puddles of water on the floor). I called several times to schedule someone to come out, but with each call they ignored the urgency and promised to call back to schedule a visit. Approaching the end of my 3 month warranty, the same washer stopped spinning!! Again I called out of frustration but was told, the owner is not in and he will return your call. After several more attempts, over about 3 weeks, and no return call, my warranty ended. I called again and coincidentally finally got an answer, only to be met with a ridiculous fee for someone to come out to take a look at the washer and another fee to fix it!! I refused to pay this company any more money to fix what they knew was a ticking, time bomb! The customer service here is poor!

I wanna say that I am very happy with the Kenmore elite washer that I bought from Daniel. I went into another store close to All About Appliances and was not very pleased with the way I felt. I can say that Daniel REALLY KNOWS his appliances. I was looking for a front load washer and he advised me that front loaders are NOT very reliable. Not only did he tell me all the problems a front loader could have he also SHOWED me. That means a lot to me being a female. I felt like I wasnt just another customer in there to spend money. So if you are looking for a washer, dryer, stove, or refrigerator I REALLY BELIEVE that All About Appliances is the place to go. Just tell them IZZY sent you.

I wish I could post a -⭐️!!! This place is horrible! First off I returned back to them within the purchase warranty period to report my washer stopped working! My Husband and I confirmed we just had surgery and that we couldn’t lift the appliance as we took it with us originally on the date of purchase! With that being said we agreed to pay $50 for them to schedule a service call! The Lady who does all the fast talking and deals said, you know what I will only charge you $35 to come to your home to check out the appliance! After 50 plus calls, 25 excuses, a few confirmed times/dates and a phone that rings and sometimes is answered and some days the recording says the number is disconnected, and a few coin washer visits nothing happened! So finally without confirming this past Saturday someone just showed up around 8 that morning! Luckily someone was home and I was sick at ER! Supposedly the issue was identified that the couplings were broken! Okay, why would you have to return Monday for broken couplings better yet why did you say you would just replace the appliance!? I’m still sitting here today is Wednesday with no repair, no appliance, no phone call, their phone isn’t working and I just can’t seem to make it to them before 6! Tomorrow I will be there and I will not leave until someone resolves this! It’s been two weeks of back and forth with no resolution! This is a shady, unprofessional business! Best place in Douglasville for used appliances! The owner is extremely knowledgeable in all refrigerators, stoves, washers, and dryers.

My father picked up a used dryer for me back at the end of August. The dryer started having issues about a week before the 30 day warranty was up. I called and left several messages, no one returned my calls. I stopped by several times to talk with someone and no one was ever there. Not only am I out the original $125 spent on the dryer but also the costs of fixing the dryer which totalled more than what the dryer was bought for. Wishing I would have never bought from this place. Between the parts and the original purchase, I could have bought a brand new dryer. Only plus side is this dryer now it has a brand new motor and fan so it is working better than ever.
