Yesterday The two staff who helped me were great! They were informative, helpful and very nice. Got in and out with a new phone and had zero problems.

This location on SE 14th was locked with 2 employees inside! During business hours!! Gave me dirty looks when I tried opening the door and I only wanted to switch phone providers it’s sad that it made me feel like I couldn’t use their services and makes me not want to be a customer there at all.

They have reasonable prices on service plans
