Worse place to go. Took 2 iphone xr’s and he kept parts of one and only gave me one working. He’s a scammer and acts like victim because I asked for my other phone parts. Save your money and take it to a legit place this place looks like a underground place because he can’t even rent a proper location.

Best place in town. I have bought several phones here always good quality always best price I can find. He is always able to help… I even bought a phone from someone else and was having troubles getting service and he took several calls from me and helped me get the problem figured out !!! Wont go anywhere else!!!

Had to find a local phone repair shop while in town... Celltec came recommended and I see why. Very quick repairs and great rates.

I went to pick up a phone after settling on a price and the guy wasnt even there. The other guy that he shares the building with him helped us. He looked and looked for the phone in an unorganized filing cabinet full of phones. He found one that appeared to be it but it was dead so he had to charge it to see if it was the right one based on a wallpaper picture. After waiting 15-20 minutes for it to start up, we found out that it wasnt the right phone. He called the kid back to ask him where it was and he didnt answer. After all the wasted time, we left without a phone. Glad I didnt buy the phone because when he was originally on the phone, he said that he was selling the phone for $300 because he bought it for half that. Very unprofessional and I will not be going back.

I bought a cell phone and it was prepaid. I couldnt turn phone on with company I currently go thru! You should know if your phones are prepaid or not before you sell them. When I reruened to get one my service provider would hook up, it was an iphone 4. The guy didnt even bother telling me you cant download anything on it because its that out dated! Very poor customer service! I will never buy or refer anyone to this company.

Bought a Samsung galaxy S5 (older phone), got the phone at 1% charge, they failed to mention that there was a no return policy on their merchandise, not sure if its because the phone is older or it wasnt repaired right but this phone runs soooo slow and refuses to download anything even while connected to wifi. If I had know this would happen I would not have wasted over $200.

Horrible service bought a phone that did not work and of course all sales final, had to go in daily to reset it. The guy shows up late to work daily, talks on the phone for personal matters while clients are in the shop. Worst used cell shop in Des Moines!

First the guy is super lazy and said it would take an hour to put a new screen on iPhone then took 3.5 hrs. Second besides horrible service he didnt even do it right my screen has came off since then and doesnt work and overcharged recommend going to cellular store to have it done right

I called and asked him if he was able to replace the cracked digitizer on a Galaxy Note 3 for Verizon. He said he could do it and it would cost $90 and it would take about an hour. I dropped the phone off and came back in exactly an hour and he was done with it, but there was a problem he had accidentally cracked the LCD. It happens Ive tried replacing stuff myself and had that happen once or twice. He went ahead and replaced it with a brand new LCD and digitizer and charged me the same price he was going to for just the digitizer. Talk about standing behind your work. He is very professional and curtious and I would definitely recommend going back to him, If you dont want the hassle of trying to fix it yourself. Good job.

The repair tech seems to lack any social or communication skills. the work was done poorly and the shop was an unprofessional mess. also there was some weird drug addict with a stun gun.

Wanted to sell my cell phone to this place. I drove almost two hours to this place. Showed up during open business hours and walk in and the guy that buys the used phones wasn’t there. What’s a waste of time! Walked out and will never return.

Had him replace a screen for a phone and lasted 2 months before it would not respond to touch, took the phone to a real repair shop and had it fixed with a oem screen and now works what a con artist, he uses non oem cheap junk from china
