The employee was helpful and courteous. However, they were not able to complete the repairs. I was pleased he told me why he couldnt and stopped rather than risk damaging my phone. However, he did try to apply a screen protector I brought in. It was not a product he was familiar with and Im going to have to have it taken off and replaced because it is not smoothly applied.

Good customer service, quick repair (Took three hours). The problem is when they fixed my screen, it locked up close to 50 times a day. Went back to see if they could fix it, nope, all sales are final. Told me several times no warranty, too bad. The employee even argued with me and told me his colleague doesnt know what he is talking about and I would need to come back to talk to him. Need your screen fix, it is a roll of the dice with this company. Dont spend the money. Terrible post-service, cannot fix the problem.

I dropped my sons brand new iPhone on the concrete and even though it was in a case and had a screen protector it cracked. My husband brought it and another phone in today to be repaired. Quick service (repaired both in about 40 minutes) and did a great job. And it was about $120 cheaper than another location quoted me on my oldest sons phone. Highly recommend. Will be back!

I woke up to a dead iPhone just when i was preparing to go out of town for my sons wedding. After an exasperating day with Apple closed, Verizon wont touch it and refused to sell me a micro SIM card to place in an older phone just to maintain cell service with my children for the weekend- i was just frustrated beyond reasonable measure. At 4:30 p.m. my sister relays to me this store and off we fly in hopes they will still be open (she didnt recall the shops name only the location).Abbas was courteous, helpful, studious, professional, not to mention calming to a mother of the groom customer. In less than 30 minutes he replaced my battery to a fully functioning iPhone with ALL the pertinent information that the weekend held intact. I had a cracked screen so did some searching on where to go to get my screen repaired/replaced. The price for Quick Revive was comparable to other places in Des Moines with the perk of a 2 month warranty. Seems great. However, my keyboard started to type random letters and words without me touching it. This was particularly bothersome while texting. Its almost as though my keyboard and screen has a mind of its own. So less than 24 hours after my phone being repaired and intermittently having these issues I returned to the store. The owner refused to help me because I could not prove what my screen/keyboard does, because this is an intermittent issue and happened to be cooperating while standing in the store. So because I was unable to prove it, I received no service and spent $127.20 less than 24 hours prior on a new screen with a warranty. This doesnt seem like a warranty to me. In addition, the owner was not polite and refused to listen. When I walked in the store I said Hi, I was in here yesterday. He responded oh yes, all smiles yesterday but not today. I did not enter the store any different and had a polite, calm demeanor per usual. So I found this to be an interesting thing to say right off. Almost as if he was expecting me. He also repeated that no one has ever had this problem before, which is very hard to believe. Needless to say, I absolutely do not recommend this place. And this is coming from someone who has never done a poor review. Oh and one more thing to note, store hours are listed on the door and internet to be open at 10am on Monday. I got there at 10:05 and waited until 10:45am, he never showed so had to come back in the afternoon. I mentioned this to him and he tried to deny this happening. Hes an obviously very dishonest store owner, possibly con artist.

Called this place and was given a price to replace a screen on a phone. Wife get there to pay for it to be ordered and shes given a price twice as much. I will never go there again just a bunch of con artists!!!

They did a great job fixing the charge port that became loose on my cell phone and would not charge, after Sprint refused to fix it. I was impressed with their service.

I repair the phone for my husband, I change the screen and damage the camera and the speaker and he is not responsible. almost $ 400 cat and the phone does not work well. I stay in calling but I havent done it. The times we were there more people came to complain and complain. The good references you have are from your friends. Dont carry your phone

My phone went through the wash. I brought it in to the Valley West location and they told me it needed a screen repair, roughly a $100 fix, and that it would take 2-3 weeks to get parts in and repair. No problem. Thought I would get a call when it was done, but didnt. I went in a couple months later but didnt have my receipt. The guy wouldnt even look for my phone without the receipt. I could not find my receipt for several months, finally went back in and was told to return in the evening when a manager was there. I returned, and the manager told me that phones not picked up within 60 days were sent to storage. He said it would take a few days to get it and that he would call me. I never got a call. 2 weeks later I went in to ask about it. Im told to go to the Hickman Rd location and talk to the manager. this was a different manager, and he gave me the same spiel, my phone was in storage and would have to be retrieved. I told him Id been through this already, the phone was supposed to have been retrieved 2 weeks ago. He seemed concerned, said he would take care of it, and I would get a call back within 24 hours. He also said I could get information from their website. Guess what? Been a week, no call. I messaged the company on their website. No response. I am trying to be patient since I know I am partly at fault for leaving my phone for so long, but I did, after all, try to get it sooner, and at NO TIME did anyone attempt to get a hold of me to tell me the phone was ready, or that it would be sent to storage. Im starting to think there is no storage. Im guessing that the phone was lost or recycled and they dont want to admit it. This place is a scam.

Ok so my brOther had this iPad that he really liked and one day it wouldn’t turn on! So we brought it in and the guy was really nice about it and told us to come in next Saturday morning. So we did that and he said to wait another week and we waited then he said wait another week. That was the week we received the item. And when we got the item THE HOME BUTTON WAS BROKEN!? then we got upset. Horrible service.

Took my daughter to quick revive phone fix on Merle hay red last week today, the next day in had to work so didnt go back she had three rides to heat her phone but every time she got there they was closed every time. We came yesterday & today 3/26/2020- 3/27/2020 early way before closing time & no one is here nor did I get a call saying they will be closed you have only today to come get it. Not even last friday did the guy state they would be closed these days!! Very disappointed with this business & how they handled this with having ppl phones in their possessions & not informing customers bad for business!!!

If you are looking for a place to have a phone under warranty fixed do NOT go to this place.The man working there is an inconsiderate, unprofessional liar who told me fixing the screen on my phone with an insurance policy would not be a problem.I uploaded the receipts to the insurance companies website. They saw that receipts were not itemized.I called him to ask if he could write a new itemized ticket including model number, and list of charges so I could file my claim.There was a problem. He would not rewrite the order so I couldnt file an itemized receipts for the insurance claim (and thereby get reimbursed).He then told me he didnt work with insurance companies in the rudest tone.

I completely shattered my phone one day, so bad that my screen was starting to go gray when touch it. I brought it to this store and he fixed it within thirty minutes as well as fixed the bend in my phone and an extra dent with no extra charge! Extremely worth it and great customer service, very friendly employees. Way more than I expected with a fair price, I highly recommend!

Small place but very clean and great service. Went in to fix a phone that got dropped and spidered the screen. Took about an hour so we dropped it off and came back later for it. Tight parking lot on a major intersection, but it was ok No complaints, would go back to this place again.

Went to the Hickman location. They were super personable and professional. Had the iPhone6 screen fixed in 30 minutes. Wasnt even sure it could be fixed..it was BAD!! He checked to make sure it was fully functional before we left. Usually dont leave reviews but this experience was deserving!

I hope this isnt unfair, but I didnt feel like I was being treated honestly, but its hard to know since I dont really know whats wrong with my phone. They were courteous, but I ended up going somewhere else, even though the other place might charge me more.

The screen was never the same after they “fixed” it. They said here was a 2 month warranty. But the screen like randomly popped apart one night. I went back to get the screen fixed by them. They tried to charge me again. I did not allow them to “fix” the screen again.

Horrible. The guy at the Hickman location would not let me call the manager after repeatidly asking. He was being extremely hesitant and denied me multiple times. Then, he said fine I will call for you and gave me the phone after about a 15 minute conversation. The guy I spoke with ended up NOT being a manager and was just some guy from the Valley West location who was again NOT a manager. I cant find ANY managerial information to complain about the guy from Hickman damaging my phone more than what it already was. I will pursue this legally if they do not comply.

I took my cellphone in here to get fixed. The screen was shattered, and there was a few lines running through the screen. When I handed my phone to one of the men who works here, he removed it from the case and pressed on the screen, destroying it more and making it COMPLETELY unusable. After that, he told me it would be $260 to fix my phone. A few other places I called prior to bringing my phone here said it would be $150 to fix the screen, but after the guy pressed on my phone with his thumbs (hard, mind you, he was not gentle with the already mangled screen) he notified me that it would be much more to fix it. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE. They will charge you for destruction that they caused. I am currently without a phone because of this and I am unable to afford to fix the problem the employee here created, and feel really defeated by the whole experience. I cant believe I took my phone some place to be fixed, but instead they broke it even more. This is unacceptable.

Had my iPad screen replaced. A day later I push on the corner of the screen as I was taking a pic and it crushes it... cheap replacement or they put it on incorrectly. take it back in and he will not fix it. Because he says I dropped it you can tell the crack was not from a fall....I Was given a 60 day guarantee but they guarantee nothing. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Rip off city

Staff are nice but it took me 3 weeks to repair my iPad scream, pulse when they call it’s ready and I went and picked it up its turn out the iPad scream was fix but not good . You can’t charge the battery as usual and the iPad scream is open on the other side and it’s moving. Didn’t go to store again because I don’t want to make things worse. Thank you though.

I got my phone repaired at Quick Revive yesterday. My broken screen was replaced in about 2 hours and my problem was solved. The $90 cost seemed reasonable when compared to the cost of replacing the phone.

Three months ago I left a very positive review. It is still listed below for clarity’s sake. Since then however I have had a series of horrible experiences and I have lowered my rating accordingly.Last month I tried to get my wife’s iPad fixed as a mother’s day gift. I was told they needed to order parts and it’d be a week. After a week I was told to wait another week. Then another week. Then another week. Finally I check in yesterday and THEY CANT FIND MY WIFES IPAD! The guy tells me to come back the next day.I come back the next day, and after a hassle about whether or not I have a receipt, they rummage around and find my wife’s iPad still in a disassembled state! After nearly a month, they hadn’t even put it back together!!!I am NOT pleased._____________Here for the record is my previous, 5 star rating.Great service!!! I dropped in to see if they could fix what I thought couldn’t be fixed, and they did it in less than a half hour! My two year old didn’t even have time enough to get bored.
