Customer service sucks staff are too busy talking to each other for 45 minutes to help me then over charged me $116 and they do not give receipts so wouldnt give me my money back

I called asked what time they close they tell me 8:00 pm I show up at 7:45 pm 20 minutes after I called and they’re closed

The staff I have encountered are friendly and accommodateing. They are practicing Social distancing.Also if you have to wait, there are machines you can play.

Great Prices & Amazing Service

Has the worst selection of any boost store and the highest prices of any boost stores.Avoid at all cost. Plus the loose phones are not backed by boost mobile. And is only backed by them. So you are relying on their survival to get some sort of guarantee.

My husband took his phone to get it fixed, paid over $100 and the phone crashed after 2 days. Now they want to change him $100 again to fix it.
