I called this store to verify if my phone was compatible with the new 4g/5g requirements coming in February.The woman talked over me and made comments to her colleagues while on the phone with me.Very rude and condescending.

Went it to talk about upgrading. There were some issues but Mario went out of his way to help us to get my sons phone fixed. He was very nice and funny. Great customer service he should be recognized for his great work at this store it was my first time seeing him there.

It is always a great experience here. I also work here! Cellular Advantage is a great company to work for as well!

A recent trip to this store occurred like this. I sit down with an associate. Stating we dont do upgrades on prepaid here. I said let me guess altoona. She said yes. I replied I walked 3.6 miles to get here Im not walking 10 more miles. Her response of well you should have called first was not received very well. My final decision to politely answer thank very much and you have a blessed day. Back out the door within 2 minutes out the door I went. Got a couple bottles of water at store. Sitting down on the grass out side of the stove Googe reviews magically appears. My thought of ta da.

Mario was great. He definitely made it a fun experience to sit and get two new lines set up. I went into the store twice because I had to go back when my brother got off work. Mario was at the store all by himself that day so it was a little bit of a wait each time. There was a line both times and the phone kept ringing with people coming in to pay their bills. There was a lot going on but he handled it very well. Even towards the end of his day. He was professional and polite treating each person with respect. I know most ppl that have long days in situations like that you would definitely notice it towards the end of their of shift. But not Mario. Would definitely recommend going to see him if your looking to switch.

What a wonderful surprise! I was dreading a long drawn out process to upgrade. Buy Mario knew his stuff. And he is a people person too! A rare combination these days. I felt like I had made the right decision to upgrade my cell phone. Mario knew how to handle a few glitches that popped up quickly without one ruffled feather. Amazing.

Dakota was super professional, kept conversation, he was super thorough with making sure everything I wanted to accomplish got accomplished! To add a cherry on top of the cake I wasn’t going to switch my iPhone X but Dakota had a great deal that upgraded me to the 12! Dakota is an awesome employee I wish everyone had one of him !

Ive never quite had an experience like this while upgrading a phone. Have to say it was great and full of laughs! Mario did an awesome job getting my husband and I all set up!

Dakota is very knowledgeable, Im technology challenged, Dakota took the time to explain every thing about the different products, he helped me make the best choice in a cellphone for me, he was thorough in explaining the paper work, and explaining the best program for me. He was not pushy, he is very personable and easy to talk with. I am happy he assisted me.

Verry satisfied Mario was such a big help very thankful for what he did to get us going Id recommend everone to go in and have some patience just to see what he can do for you. Took some time to get our lines switched but you should expect that if your switching carriers.

He actually was able to switch me to a better plan saving me money which resulted in basically getting the phone for free with the cost savings per month.
