EYES OF THE WORLDβs Frames are just that.I keep coming back for the fabulous designer frames and to receive skilled services by enjoyable and professional staff. The Old So Gaylord location isnβt all bad either. Thanks π
This is a great office with really good staff and service
Friendly staff. Didnt have to wait a bunch for an appointment. They had good options for appointments at the end of the year before insurance benefits expired. Everyone else had weird hour options like 8 am. Ugh!Both the assistant and the doctor were very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions.Easy to find parking.
I highly recommend Eyes Of The World, they are great to work with.
I had two pairs of glasses that required new lenses. Both were high index lenses and one required tinting. The finished product was of outstanding quality. This company was very responsive to emails and has exemplary customer service Thank you.
Dr Michael Kruglet was very personable and professional. He diagnosed my eye problem right away and gave advice on how to get rid of the problem. He also recommended a product I could get over the counter. Over all my experience was excellent, from the staff and Dr. Kruglet. I wish I had found them sooner. I will be back.
The staff at Eyes of the World are SO friendly and provide amazing care!
Dr Channing was very helpful with my difficult prescription and finding contact lenses that worked. However, it has taken multiple calls and two months to actually receive the lenses (both for the trials and the permanent script), which has been frustrating. I will continue to go here but am hoping this issue can be remedied when I need my next set of contacts.
Friendly, helpful staff and great selection of frames. Plus, the office is cool and has a warm, creative feel!
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Also was able to get an appt within a few days.
Showed up to my appointment I scheduled 5 days prior just for them to say they tried to reach me about needing insurance info ahead of time and I would need to pay out of pocket. Mind you they called me 2hrs prior to the appointment but I was working and didnt recognize the number. Better places to go that dont have better communication. Waste of time here
Positive experience! Happy to know I have a home for my optical choices
The staff at Eyes of the World were professional, personable, and thorough. Thank you to Dr Patel and to Brian for helping me pick out my new glasses! I can see again!
I have been going here since I first moved to Denver in 2009, and I love them! I have gotten the BEST frames over and over that look great, take forever to wear out, and get constant compliments. Theyβre pricey but usually worth it (I also have a high prescription and have to spend a lot on lenses anyway, so it is what it is). I normally have no trouble getting an appointment super close to when I call, with a few exceptions- they were a bit short-staffed the last time so it took a few days for me to get the info I needed and to make an appt, which was about a week out. However, Dr. Patel was totally awesome, patient, and answered all questions carefully which put me at ease. She also validated the vision issues I was having and confirmed it was likely due to the medication I was taking, an idea which the prescribing doc was pretty dismissive of when I brought it up. Totally awesome woman!Unfortunately due to some weird COVID regulation I was not able to get my current glasses re-lensed because I would have to leave them there for a couple of weeks to do so and I donβt have a pair strong enough to hold me over until then, so I did have to spend more than expected on new glasses, but I know they will be equally amazing. The wait time is a bit of a bummer when Iβm struggling to see, but from my experience itβs usually worth it!
The best customer service from the whole team, especially Denise M. Amazing attention to detail. Fixed my delicate sunglasses which I thought were ruined forever. Thank you so much for helping me out! Couldnβt recommend enough.
I was really impressed with the doctor and selection of eyewear. It is one of the few high end optical shops in Denver - has a great selection.
Iβve been going here for years. They are hands down the best eye doctors around! Very clean office and with the latest technology. Denise is always helpful, kind and professional. Iβve ordered both contacts and glasses here and all have fit wonderfully! Highly recommend.
Never had an issue. Staff and doctors have all been friendly, knowlegeable, efficient, and not pushy. No reason to go anywhere else. :)
Dr. Baird is amazing! Highly recommend!
Disorganized and poor customer service:Fiance made an appt weeks in advance. Shows up for appt and they tell him its for their other location, even though it says on the confirmation email the Wash park location, and thats the location he chose when setting up the appt. They call other location to confirm, which they do. However, since hes now Late to the appt at the other location, they cant take him and wont fit him in.Future customers - you may want to call and double confirm until they get their computer software figured out.
Dr. Rupa is one of the best eye doctors Iβve seen. Sheβs very well versed in her field and provides valuable info to take home with you for personal eye care. Highly recommend.
All the staff and Doctors are very friendly. Both locations are unique in character, and have up-to-date technology. They gave me a recommendation for LASIK and everything went great! All of the follow up appointments were quick but thorough, and the staff honestly cared about my recovery.I am also a yearly patient and have no problem scheduling appointments and prices are reasonable.
The facility was so clean. My service was quick, the doctor was personable . He listened to my concerns about my current contacts and gave me a few different options. I was so impressed! The gentleman who checked me out was thorough and explained all of my options to me. I highly recommend Eyes of the World!
Every person was knowledgeable and friendly. During the exam, my doctor was relatable and kind. I was nervous about my vision. I spend all of my work day on a screen, so by the end of the day most things are blurry and my head aches. Plus Ive put off my eye exam for some time. I was scared. Dr. Knowlton calmed me down by explaining the process.
Best optical in all of Denver.
Went in to look at the sunglasses and came out with a pair of prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses! The guy who helped me (think it was Jessie the South African guy) was honest, approachable, super friendly and made me feel really at ease....I find this kind of thing painful! V happy!
Everyone from the doctor to the frames staff are exceedingly nice, helpful and informative. Good selection of frames too.
The entire staff is so nice. The glasses are not inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Denise was incredible and even went on her lunch break to get my glasses so I was able to pick them up. I am still getting used to the prescription but this is truly a first class establishment.
Great place. Always on time with my appointment and very professional. Great selection of contacts and glasses and they make the insurance process very easy.
I found this office because they carry more unique frame, specifically Face A Face. I was impressed with the atmosphere of the office, it was fun and updated. There were lots of frames to choose from.I had an exam, Dr. Takara was really nice and professional. Ordered my glasses and I love them. Thanks, you have earned a new lifetime customer.
25 years of great service and care by Dr Baird. I travel 70 miles over a mountain pass and through Denver traffic to see her. My eyes are that important.
Well. I had gone in for a set of contacts. The optometrist was really great. Had a great exam and we decided to order various trial lenses to find the absolute best prescription. All was going according to plan. The issue was that we could only order one trial pair at a time. Logistically, we were trying on a new set about once a month. So... it was taking months to get the perfect pair.i was OK with this as I felt that it would be worth it.The issue started when the front office mixed something and lost track of which lenses I had tried. I had to call multiple times to ask for updates... and I could never get a straight answer. I believed that my prescriptions had already been fulfilled. But they hadnt.I was basically realizing that I was months into this crazy prices and had Nothing to show for my money spent. When I confronted the office about this... I was told that I would need to settle for the wrong prescription. They had not been keeping track of the trial lenses. In the end... I asked for a refund on the premise that I was not sold a proper prescription. I refused to pick them up until I could have my scenario reviewed. They declined to offer any review. I was basically screwed.I ended up... with an incorrect pair of lenses and $200 less in my wallet. It took over a year to receive them... I had already found and ordered lenses through a different optometrist by the time I received the lenses.
Dr. Kathryn Lachenman was amazing as well as the entire staff. Everyone was very welcoming and sweet. I would recommend to anyone looking for an eye doctor.
Great experience!
The customer service is pretty horrible. Im not a patient there and was looking for glasses and was treated like I was an inconvenience to them, also their website info is out of date and they dont really care when it was brought up. Go somewhere else.
Got my glasses prescription at this location. Nothing special. Frames were pricey and were mostly luxury brand names, so I went with Warby Parker instead.
Poor Customer service. Employees are not very helpful and almost always seem like they do not want to be there! It took 4.5 weeks to get my contacts in
