PATHETIC! DO NOT GO HERE!If I could give this place negative stars I would. I am appalled and disgusted by the lack of customer service and customer care. They failed to make an important disclosure to me about my glasses and as a result my glasses are wrong and I have to have them redone somewhere else.Absolutely unapologetic and refusing to take ownership of their mess up-the attitude of the staff and manager is unacceptable. I had to fight for my refund and now they want their messed up lenses back. Who is going to pay for all the gas I am wasting driving up and down because of these clowns?! Wont even allow me to use the lenses temporarily while I find someone who can fix THEIR mess. And we all know those lenses will simply end up in the trash can anyway. The least they can do is apologize and give me the lenses to use even if temporarily.Time for head office to take a look at this store and their employees because the staff and lack of service at this location are 200% destroying the brand.

Both of my daughters needed glasses and I went to look for frames at Look Optical - DIA. We enjoyed a wonderful shopping experience with Ashlynn S. She was welcoming, professional, and helped us each step of the way. I really appreciated her warmth and expertise, plus she made my daughters feel very comfortable during our glass selection and sizing. I will return to buy myself a few additional frames/glasses and hope to work with Ashlynn again!

The worst place I ever seenThe customer service is worstThey don’t help you at allI was having issues on my eyes, they don’t care about my concern, I asked them again to help me out the doctor went out and send another ladyThat lady comes and said you have a copay, go ahead and pay .she talks about payment instead of saying how can I help you.The doctor and me was in the middle of conversation, when they force me to leave I was confused what happened .I was scared .When she comes I was expecting she come up with a way to help me but she talk about copay .I feel like I forced to leave for unknown reasonInitially back in 2019 I called them and make an appointment over the phone for me & my husbandwe adjust our work hours and all that busy life to make that appointment and went on that scheduled day you know what happened the front desk said you don’t have an appointment but I can help you making an appointment .and she did make that appointment .We didn’t complain about it considering mistake happens how ever we were very upset .Now we knew that not giving value for customer is their culture .I regret that we didn’t go to somewhere else at that time .Now I have to go to somewhere else and will do same exam to get to know meAnd I have to pay out of my pocket as my insurance will not cover it because they don’t want to pay double for same exam at d/t places.

Worst customer service ever ladies that they hire there are so rude and don’t help you what so ever. They charge you a lot of money after being a customer for them for so long. I will never step foot in there again I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do not come here the workers are rude and you will spend lots of money trying to fix your glasses after even being a loyal customer to them for years.

Hands down the worst experience ever. I was a long time customer at this location, however so will NEVER step foot in this office again. The front desk staff is deplorable, rude, and talks poorly in front of the customers and behind their backs in 2 languages, which unbeknownst to them I speak. I was there early and seen nearly key 35 minutes late. Beatrice the front desk staff was rude, impatient, curt and acted like a thug with me. She began speaking to another woman in my second language who did my eye exam. She was rude impatient and refused to tell me Beatrices name at first so I could try and address the behavior with management! This is a medical appointment not a low class 6th grade cafeteria room. Highly disappointed is an understatement. I ordered a 500 dollar pair of glasses and once they arrived all this from Beatrice and staff were scratched, plastic broken and the gold was worn off as if they had been used! I can’t take it anymore with this office and you SHOULD NOT GIVE YOUR TIME MONEY OR PATRONAGE TO THIS OFFICE. Take your business elsewhere. You’ve lost a nearly 10 year customer and family. I would give zero stars if I could!

I’ve ordered glasses and contacts from this location on three separate occasions. Every time I place an order I’m given a day of when the stuff will arrive. Every time they’re wrong. I don’t understand why they give a day. They over promise and under deliver. You’re better off getting your prescription here and then ordering online at a different store at this point. You can at least track your package instead of getting the run around. Never buying from here again.

I have been a costumer for 10 years at this clinic, and in that time I have taken many friends and family but in recent years the place has been getting worse a terrible sevice costumer, rude, impatient and the doctors do not say they only comply with the basics They dont go the extra mile, theyve lost a loyal costumer and probably 10 more after me.

I had a 9 am appointment. I was there early about 8:45 and was waiting when I saw the employees arriving. None of them had masks on. They said they don’t receive masks until they get there. So you go around the office before opening without masks? They also explained that as long as they are 6 feet from each other there’s is no need for a mask. The CDC said 6 feet and a mask. Not 6 feet or a mask. They only put them on when they open the front door for a client, or when the client is with the optometrist. But as we were looking for glasses none of the ladies at the front desk had their masks on and they were not 6 feet apart. I realize that wearing masks is difficult. But you should show a little more consideration for your clients.

I ran into a little bit of an emergency today. I had one of my contacts break this morning before work. I work on heavy duty construction equipment and need my vision. So on my lunch time i ran over to Look Optical to see if they could help me out. I explained my situation and just needed another pair of contacts to get me by. I have already been to Look Optical before so they have all my records and know what i need. They would not give another pair of contacts because i was due for an eye exam. I told them we can schedule that soon but right now i am on lunch and pressed for time. I asked if they could just get me a pair that were the same as the last set i bought from them. They turned me down because the eye exam. I returned to work with poor vision from my right eye.

I was a long time customer. I ordered glasses from Look Optical in Montbello. I have never dealt with such a horrible optical provider, ever! I had my eyes examined. The eye exam sucked. I ordered an expensive frame by Ray Ban on 6-3-2020. It is now 7-20-2020 and my glasses are still not even started. Excuse after another and on and on! First someone quit and my order was never placed. Then the lab had not received the frame. Then no one would answer the phone. They closed for two weeks, no call made to let me know. Next I am told that the lab finally got the frame and I would have my glasses in a week. Two weeks later, no frame, no glasses, nothing. This business is the worst excuse for an Optical Office! Do not go there. They don’t know their head from their rear, even with their glasses on!

Unfortunately I was running behind because of work and when I called to say I was on my way, I was told I needed to reschedule. The person I spoke to was unprofessional and lacked empathy.

On 08/01 I have my doctors appointment everything was good with customer service even my eye exam was great with my doctor she usually sees me every 6 months or year after my exam my doctor takes me to Maria Lavalle for her to summit my order for my contacts she was super unprofessional rude lady she didn’t know how to explain and she make everything super confusing for me I even ask her if she can explain better she was “ WANT ME TO CALL THE DOCTOR FOR HER TO EXPLAIN TO YOU” she was rolling her eyes on laughing like it was a joke I never have super poor customer service as today I feel so angry of how bad she threat me I want to call the police on her of how bad she make me feel !!!! I been coming to look optical since 2011 I always have good experience good customer service I don’t know why happen today and I need to be taken care of before I make other actions !

The assistant manager Cynthia was very helpful, i went in at 5:50 to buy glasses with my prescription i had there, i knew they closed at 6pm but she told me to take my time and let her know if i needed any help. She helped me with my purchase and explained my options for my lenses one by one. Very nice!

Flew into Denver with no spare contacts and no glasses - ripped a contact and was completely stuck with a three hour drive ahead of me. These sweet people fit me in their full schedule and helped me get my prescription on a Saturday from Louisiana, and got me all set up. Went to other places in Denver but they couldn’t help me - highly recommend this caring and compassionate staff!! I’m so grateful!!

I give them one star because I call to get an estimate the lady was very nice and all but she said that with I wanted it was going to be about x amount. So with the pedantic every penny count especially if your in a budget. To me an estimate is very close to, maybe $50 dollars difference, which I was ready to pay and of cours if you change something then it maybe more. Will everything was exactly the same to my surprise almost $300 difference, I asked why Oh we charge somethings per-eye, will that would of been nice to know by phone, Oh we dont give out that information by phone. WOW! No that is plain dishonest, they make you believe your paying less to get you in there door and then hit you with all this hidden cost. If you have eye insurance then its not a big deal, but for people that pay out of pocket its a big chunk of money. (The optical on Chambers)

Took over a month and a half to get 1st lenses, that were wrong almost 2 months to get 2nd pair. Now issue with the transition they told me more then a month to get them. Seems like customers come last. No sense of urgency when their customers rely on glasses to see all they have to say is well its taking longer sorry. Ill pay more next time and go somewhere where I know its done right the first time

My daughter and granddaughter have been a patient at Look Optical since 2016 and we love it there. Although it is not the closest location for us, we certainly would not even consider going to a different location as long as this location is open and available. The staff and doctors are wonderful and extremely helpful and always available to help or answer any questions we may have. We could not say enough great things about them,.

I broke my glasses so I visited this location as a walk-in patient. My wait time was less than 30 minutes. During the wait I was able to choose the frames I wanted. The doctor was great, and took her time to explain everything to me during the eye exam. Staff members were very courteous, and professional. They answered all the questions I had about using my insurance, and about getting my new glasses.I would definitely reccomend using Look Optical, and especially this location. I’m sorry I forgot the name of the young lady who helped me through the process. However, I’m sure they have a record of who helped me. The manager needs to let the staff know how great of a job they did providing OUTSTANDING customer service.Thanks for the great service.

I have been using Look Optical since they first opened. The only compliant I really ever have is it takes a really long time to get my glasses. Fortunately, I have several pairs of glasses as I went to ReLens and had them put my new prescription into several older frames I really liked. But if this was my only pair, I would be in real trouble. It has been almost 2 weeks since I ordered and paid for my new frames and I really want to wear them. Everyone is real nice and I have been happy with the service and the glasses once I get them.

This place is the worst. I will take my prescription elsewhere. And Please do not respond with your automated “please call blah blah”. If the person who we are directed to call actually care about customer service; She or he would respond publicly on the review( as I’ve seen done with other respected optical in the metro area) not behind a phone call. I wouldn’t waste my money, or valuable time again at this poorly run optical. The doctor was amazing and gave me a lot of information on my eye health. Google doesn’t let me give 0 stars so I will emphasize that! ZERO STARS . I was ignored as soon as I walked in. “We will be right with you” By the front desk curly hair blond. Did not even Care to introduce herself or seem apologetic for having me wait longer than I should to be checked in to my scheduled appointment time. That’s as much as detail I will get with it because it’s the little things that matter. The bathroom was very unplesant to use.Better luck next time.

Nice store, great selection of frames. I came in because they have Oakley frames and thats just a personal preference. Most reviews are about the girls working here and I thought they were all very helpful, all smiles and beautiful! Nothing wrong with that. The doctors know what is up and get you in and out fast, my prescription can be made same day and I think most can be at this location. Im now on my second pair from here and will continue to do business with this store.

Great experience at first, but then there was some sort of issue with the manufacturer and my glasses were not ready. No one called me. Then I speak with a supervisor who tells me whats up and lets me know its going to be a while but glasses should be made first and that shell let me know when they arrive. No one called me. Friday December 6th 4ish I call. They tell me they have been ready since the 2nd. No one called me. Oh we send texts now. No one texted me. oh yea we are having some glitches with the new system. Disappointing ending to a good start.

Manager has given me problems with my specially ordered trials 3 times already they were suppose to order new trials because i have keratoconus and my left contact was a little off when the doctor was checking my trials that had just came in( which i also had to ask them to order twice because the first time they only gave me something they had that was close and aperently they also forgot) anyways she checked it i mentioned the left eye which is my worst one was a little off and she rite away was like im gonna order u a higher one gimme a month okI called yesterday and someone said they arrived. I went today again the same manager i didnt think much of it but i felt a real bad vibe then she said they didnt have it and i was like didnt u guys say u did yesterday she blamed it on the doctor and said that she was suppose to order it not them lol i just am like in disbelief like all over some trials and i know it doesnt seem bad but i spend 300 on a amount for 6 months so i want them to b dead on but im never coming here again i thought the doctor was great cuz no one has ever gone out of there way to get the rite prescriptions pin point and yeah a bummer the manager there has always had a attitude and then this dude was all close to me and makimg me feel very uncofortable w a chain on that worked there his body language definetely tryna intimidate is sucks because as everyone knows my contact prescription isnt even finalized yet because i havent talked to the doctor about the new triala SHE recomended but aperently the manager there said it was the doctors fault but i thought that was the opticians jobs is to place the order. I had a horrible experience just with this one person that is making me getting my prescription hell its been about 3 months already that i i PAID and i still have no finalized contact prescription my contacts take 1 month to get to the store cuz the atigmatism is _ 4 almost does this mean i am gonna have to wait 1 more month?? They will probably just finalize the prescription i have rn which isnt even dead on smh the trials i have on rn r all dry now and i cant even order new ones because they havent finalized my prescription cuz i was waitinf on this new trials with the lil higher power for my left i dont even have. I been here twice trying to get the right pair of contacts since they bother me. I recently went in and a doctor gave me a new pair and he seemed like he was willing to find a pair that worked. He said come back in a week and we will see how you are doing. I go in a week later and the doctor i saw at first was not there. I saw Dr. Bruce Laurie i told him the contacts were bothering me, he said there are no other contacts we can try. I could not believe it since there are a lot of contacts with different brands. Never coming here again. I went to Americas Best and they found the right prescription.

I have been coming here for a while now, and on numerous occasions my orders have been incorrect. On my most recent visit I had to revisit twice to get my order corrected, it was really frustrating. I understand that mix ups happen from time to time but back to back for a simple pair of colored contacts just doesnt make sense.I also never feel guaranteed that these mistakes wont continue to happen. It really bums me out because I like coming here since its right up the street from my home, but if these mistakes continue to occur I might just have to go elsewhere!

I have went to Look Optical several times and needless to say the joke was on me. The staff is a joke, just a bunch of young women sitting there looking cute. I spent over $400.00 and both pair of glasses were too loose. My son purchased his glasses and they were also loose. they give you this little basic glasses case that smashes the glasses, and if their not behind the glass thats the only case they offer. although you still pay a lot of money. I took my two younger children there and the only glasses they had to offer my son were some stupid Harry Potter type glasses, but several glasses for girls. what a freakin joke!Then my glasses were completely damaged by my puppy and because its was over 30 days of purchase they will not cover a replacement. so I have to pay for a whole new pair. if that is SOP that is very disappointing. I will no longer be a customer to Look Optical. oh and their so called buy one get one free is a crock!

Its very disappointing that i have to take these lengths to hopefully receive a refund. I Stopped by after buying some Church Chicken. AFTER finding some glasses i liked, i walked to the front counter and the Lady there came around and helped me with the prices.I payed 500 Dollars cash and walked out happy to have gotten 2 pairs for that price. You would think that is a Steal. Comes 3 weeks and i havent heard anything. I stopped by and asked the same person who helped me &she passed me off to someone else! i asked that someone else who couldnt find my glasses for a member of management ;THAT WOMAN WHO JUST HANDED ME OFF WAS THE MANAGER.The same one who took my money and somehow now THEY HAVE NO ORDER for me found, I asked her name and was told Amber. i call and no one returns my calls. HORRIBLE!! If I didnt have to give them a star to rate it, I wouldnt! I called before I went and talked to one of the girls for 20 minutes about some insurance issues I was having. She said I would be fine. I got there and argued for 2 hours about the insurance. The woman didnt even remember talking to me. Then I called back after to order my contacts and they hadnt even kept me in the system. The woman didnt tell me I was being transferred. Theyre basically very dumb woman there that are there for looks. Very unprofessional and a horribe place. Would not recommend to anypme!!

I contemplated getting new glasses for four months after the arm on left side broke. I checked reviews, I called and priced checked everyone. I did not pick the cheapest place. Ive learned my lesson. Look Optical gave me a price for paying cash. No Insurance. They were $5.00 less than the estimate. The Dr. Maria was the friendliest Ive ever encountered. She even removed 2 ingrown hairs in my eyelids. Than Mario helped me pick exactly what I wanted not what he thought I should pick. Today he made my glasses fit perfect.I got my progressive bifocals, poly carbonet lenses, scratch resistant, and tint. Fancy frames. All for $565. Out the door. And it took a whole 3 days to get them. Im sooo pleased.Choose Look Optical, You will not be disappointed.

I used to visit this location in the past regularly until I was confronted by a staff member regarding a review I left about a not particularly unpleasant as more of an inconvenient visit experience that I had. So I stood away from coming to this location for a long time. As its right down the street from my home and I was in desperate need of an updated prescription I decided to go ahead and give them a second chance and Im very glad that I did. The two girls that assisted me before I went into see the doctor were so kind and helpful, not to mention the doctor herself was also really wonderful! However, towards the end of the appointment when it was time to choose some frames I felt that the staff member didnt seem as interested in helping me out, so I decided to go ahead and purchase frames else where. I got the impression that it could have been because Im covered by Medicaid as when I left I asked if there was a balance for the visit and if I could get a copy of my prescription. She printed the copy and said there was no charge because I was on Medicaid with an almost negative emphasis on the Medicaid. Overall, I am still happy with my experience and will come back to purchase contacts some time in the near future.

I have been coming to this look optical for over 10 years and today was the worst experience ever we get a text message stating that his contacts are in we drive 45 minutes to the appointment and they state that they gave these contacts away to another person which makes no sense to me why would they not call and cancel the appointment instead of me driving 45 minutes to get there mind u my son has no contacts no glasses and then they refused to give me the prescription to take to another place to get them I think they was very wrong because my son cannot see very unprofessional.
