Wonderful tea experience. Scones, desserts, and finger sandwiches were all great. We had the experience with champagne and their signature truffle. Both were excellent. The teas we had were palace grey and pineapple passion. So good, we bought tins to take home. Note though that the gift shop is open from 6am to 1pm.
For those individuals that are traveling to Denver and want to be part of a historic experience in downtown Denver, then set a date to have high tea at the Brown Palace Hotel. Such a great place for a parent to take their child or for friends coming together for a special occasion. You are pampered by sipping on the lovely tea, tasting delicious scones and delighting in the intricately made finger sandwiches. While you enjoy the conversation one can look around to marvel at the architecture of the main room where the high tea is served. The glass ceiling is breathtaking and the decorations for Christmas are stunning. Reservations are required well in advance, so be prepared if you have a getaway to Denver.
There is always a smile on Fabiolas face. Its nice to have someone who is cheerful to start my day with. The coffee and pastries are quite delicious as well. I have tried to go in the afternoon and they are close though ☹. You can wander around the hotel or sit in the lobby while you enjoy your snack. It is a really beautiful hotel.
Went for some fancy tea. Very cool and VERY fancy. Be prepared to pay a bunch for tea and finger sandwich es but its worth it
While Im sure the tea is great, Lynn is awful. As the only woman of color in the building, dressed appropriately I felt off about her turning me and 3 woman away before tea time had even started. She wouldnt talk to me about making a reservation because she needed to seat reservations first. She told me to wait until 12:15 and we could be seated after they sat their reservations..I waited til everyone was sat and there were still available tables. She said sorry were fully booked but come around 1:45 and we can squeeze you in then. I came back right after 1:45 and she said they were fully booked and she couldnt help us.As a paying member at the hotel I wasted an incredible amount of time under the false impression she could help me during a girls trip with my husbands family 🙄When we left the tea room at 2:00 pm there were still open tables that not a single person had been sat at since I got there at 11:45 before tea even started.Pretty disappointing.
Great cafe with plenty of options. I typically get their iced mocha latte. Great place.
Fabiola was absolutely amazing! Not did her customer service exceed my expectations in every single way but she also served us up some of the most delicious coffee. The best of energy and vibes, coffee, and service! Wish we could take u back to Orlando with us!
Small coffee shop in the beautiful and extravagant Palace hotel. Employees are really friendly and the coffee is great.
Good cold brew and pastries.
My first time to Brown Palace Coffee & Tea Co. And it was wonderful. The staff, The waiters, and John the Piano man were awesome! Everyone should visit this lovely place!
Customer service, at least today was awful. The barista did not greet us in any way, to start. She then proceeds to continue her conversation with the two at the counter for at least four minutes before they make an actual order. At this point there are people in line behind us. After giving the couple in front their order, the barista continues to gossip with them, stepping from behind the counter to talk with them. “I heard a rumor about John” she says while stepping from behind the counter. WHILE IM STILL WAITING TO ORDER. I expect more from customer service anywhere. At least apologize for the wait and say you’ll be right with me. Don’t ignore customers to chit chat with your friends. Needless to say, I walked out. Beyond rude employees
Of course its nice. Fun place to spend a night or two. We stayed in the infamous room, 808? People knocked on door and want to.take pictures something about ghosts! That was a different experience.
Great coffee and friendly barista!
We found this coffee shop completely by accident back in December. Now every time we make a trip to the city it is a must that we stop here. The twins (they really are twins) are always working the counter and have great presence/energy. The vibe is laid back and makes you feel at home instantly!
Nice place with a very laid-back vibe. Enjoyed their coffee; it was nice and strong, with a good & rich taste. The only place that that fell short is their food options. The bakegoods were pretty small & some food selection is relatively sparse. Service was good & fast.
New Orleans Iced Coffee - YUM!Also, pro tip if you dont want to wait in line theres a cart right outside that serves cold brew, New Orleans, and 3 different kinds of hot coffee. Super convenient to grab and go!
First try just last week, lots of interesting options to choose from. I tried the matcha latte, very yummy and just the right amount of sweetness. I really liked the vibe of the place, although I am more into hot coffee. Service was very friendly and the prices are reasonable. Will be back!
Great atmosphere for tea time. The selection of tea is incredible and the service is excellent. Would highly recommend for afternoon tea.
Quaint, Cute, Quality. Unique concept and great service from the register to the kitchen. Everything is laid out and spelled out so you almost dont have any questions your first time there. I also noted how clean the restaurant was!
So delicious cup of joe in cozy place. Love their cappuccino, smooth. Havent tried any of their meals, but maybe on my next visit.
My favorite coffee shop in CO, and Ive been to many. Its wholly original, and everyone who works there is not only amazing at making coffee, but are nice and welcoming as well.
Their muffins were freshly made, coffee was good. smooth and rich. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.
Beautiful place. Friendly staff and delicious tea and food
Their blended Almond chi is amazing. I live in Van Guys, work in DTLA. Tell me why I am here on a Friday afternoon before heading home. Because of said chai, thats why.
Great place for High Tea on Sunday.
No I did not visit this place.
