Great chill coffee shop, with friendly and helpful staff. I had a breakfast burrito (still appropriate at 5:00pm I think) and a pumpkin spice latte w oatmilk, both were excellent. Good amount of space in here actually and lots of tables and chairs, even a few cushy couch-style spots. And theyre open late-ish (till 6pm) which was nice. Definitely coming back here next time Im in the area.

Owner is friendly, they make their own yummy kombucha (tried and enjoyed the “lavender love”!), atmosphere and music is peaceful and spacious with clean white minimalistic style decor. I’ll definitely be back to try a coffee drink soon. They also serve “Bonfire Burritos” which I love!

Im a visitor to the area, and early in the pandemic I made a pilgrimage to Sweet Bloom Coffee, hoping to buy a bag. They had just closed for the day for retail service. A manager directed us to Brew Culture, a coffeehouse that sells Sweet Bloom. Thats where I go to get that coffee when I visit. It is my idea of a convivial place--airy, minimalist, a lot of natural light--and the best coffee in town.

Service and coffee were great. Unfortunately they gave me an extra coffee and I think I was charged for it as well. I didnt grab a copy of the receipt to confirm.

I am a huge fan of this coffee! Brew Culture makes a great latte and pulls a very fine crafted shot of espresso. Drip coffee and ice coffee is unique and well balanced. Its great that I dont have to add sugar because the roasts carry the sweetness forward. Sweet Bloom Coffee is roasted just down the street. I love the space and consider it my office close to home. The baristas are kind, friendly and skilled. Parking is accessible and close but can be a little tricky during peak times. I highly recommend this neighborhood gem!

Spacious, rustic/modern, and welcoming. Music is not overwhelming. Coffee is great and the kombucha on tap is incredible. Mango Passion fruit is a personal favorite.Owner is personal, yet not invasive or nosy. Great place to get your work done and meet with a friend/date.

Came in this morning and probably ordered the wrong thing but regardless I was not offered an apology for the miscommunication and I did not feel welcomed at all. I had to re order and pay again and the cashier simply said coffee is usually the same everywhere then she walked away. I will never come back to this place and I will make sure to let all my co workers know so that they can stop going to Brew Coffee.Notice on the website they pride themselves on great service. I really like this location. Coffee can sometimes be hit-or-miss (lattes tend to be a little heavy on the milk and light on the espresso), but cold brew and such are really great. Awesome spot for working on your laptop, reading a book, or -if its nice out- sitting on the patio!

Beautiful industrial chic interior, open yet cozy, with options of chair seating and sofa seating. Very friendly barista, nice coffee, wish they can make their pastries in house but they do have a nice kombucha menu.

The best place for coffee in the neighborhood hands down. They take care of the community as well, with neighborhood association meetings and providing care packages for those in need!First time getting a breakfast burrito here, was excellent as well!

The best matcha I have ever had!! This place has the best energy and Troy, the owner, is such a hard worker and will guarantee you enjoy your time there. Its easy to tell the passion he has for the coffee and making sure everyone walks away happy. I would recommend everyone and anyone to go here!

Tasty coffee from Sweet Bloom roasters, clean restrooms with very cool floors, not too loud so its easy to talk to the people Im trying to talk to. Some pre-prepared food and lots of kombucha options although I wasnt drinking it so cant speak to the quality. Internet was fast and the tables didnt wobble. Chairs are passably cozy. Not terribly intimate however its a good place to hunker down and get things done.

The atmosphere was very pleasant..the store trendy and attractive. The barista was a really nice man and was patient answering questions. I watched him do my.pour over..he was very careful.weighing the water and beans and poured the water slowly and carefully. Only problem was I ordered decaf and the only kind they have is a Columbian roast which I dont like...Im used to making Peets dark roast so I wouldnt go back here again for a decaf. But its a very nice place with seats outside.

I’m a regular here and really enjoy this place a ton. It’s where I completed all my residency applications and studied for my competency exams and survived covid in the winter working from home. The owner is very kind and the atmosphere is lovely and perhaps most salient— the espresso is my favorite in town. I cannot stress this enough: their lattes are unparalleled. The high ceilings, wood, and plants all come together super well too, for a place you *want* to work from. And if you’re hungry there’s an assortment of baked goods or tasty burritos. Get the cardamom latte if you love yourself.I was sitting right next to the person who left a review recently who mentioned a rude encounter with the employee (who is the owner) after she stayed in the cafe for at least an hour without purchasing anything, obliviously talking loudly on the phone and working on her laptop while paying customers waited for a place to sit. He was extremely kind and courteous to her. Just to state the obvious, if you’re going to enjoy the wifi and atmosphere of a place, least of all in a pandemic with restricted seating, the least you can do is buy a $2 topo chico. That’s common sense. What’s sad is that anyone at any time has a platform to air their grievances even if they’re baseless. TLDR; this place deserves your patronage.

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in Denver. Great coffee. Great selection of baked goods. High speed wifi. Quiet places to sit. The owner did a fantastic job at keeping the place clean, spaced apart, and safe during COVID.

Visited midmorning on a weekday and had plenty of space to set up my work computer and get in a few hours. They do play music in the space but its not super loud, I put in headphones when I needed some quiet vibes.Had a delicious pour over coffee and a pastry, will definitely be back!

Cozy atmosphere! Most of their customers seem to come and go, or come to work diligently. This place is very quiet, more like the opposite of Starbucks, which just makes it a great place to have a relaxing cup of coffee on any day. They are open later than most cafes, and offer a variety of coffee, latte, and tea options. Trust me when I say it doesnt stop there. They have kombucha, specialty treats, and ethnic pour over coffee ! So yummy, and dont forget to ask for that delicious alternative milk! Oat preferably. Cool art on the wall, and nice wood tables that make the place feel organic. Dont underestimate the obscure location, and the minimal parking space. I recommend!

This is a great coffee shop with large outdoor space. The coffee is delicious and they also have many great non-coffee options. Ive been there multiple times and the staff is always kind and quick. They are also conscious about waste and the products they use.

I just arrived at Brew Culture Coffee for the first time. Finding parking nearby was a breeze. Plenty of tables with sturdy, comfortable chairs. Power outlet available right next to my table. Large windows letting in tons of natural light.The barista was so friendly. Great music. Even better tasting coffee. Its obvious the owner poured love into this place.

I am so thankful to have a delicious coffee shop a short walk from home. The coffee is incredible. I often find myself snagging a bag of Sweet Bloom beans for home. They have vegan banana bread too! Customer service was absolutely horrid, Arrogant And were not helpful. Coffee was way overpriced . And they dont even carry cream what coffee house doesnt carry Creamer. Their service And coffee fits the name of their company. Wont ever go there again and will tell people to go somewhere else.

My doubleshot americano wasnt very strong at all, my bacon croissant had no bacon, and worst of all i ended up with some hipsters jet black neckbeard hair in my mouth! Will probably give it another chance but unimpressed and grossed out for now

This is my new favorite local coffee shop. The prices are good, the drinks are excellent, the baristas are friendly, and theres seating + parking. Its become part of my routine after walking Sloans lake (about a 5 minute drive).

Concur with the majority of the comments people are making about the nice environment and space. Have not tried any of the special coffee drinks as I am primarily a straight coffee drinker. I imagine they are well made. My lower rating is based on one thing...$2.00 for a refill on a 10 ounce cup was a surprise. Will not go back for that reason. They are not alone in having such a policy. However there are many outstanding places in town that offer one free refill. It is those I will frequent and tell friends about.

Went in the afternoon, it was full of people, but not crowded. I got a cold brew and found a very comfortable seat. I stayed for 2.5 hours! Great music, but it wasn’t too loud and great service by the staff. The WiFi was also very good. Also, parking was overt accessible. I will come back in the future if I’m in the area. Their baked goods also looked very good!!!

Great, quiet, and comfortable. Coffee tastes wonderful. Nice, filling little food selection and cold drinks. All around great, except for the woman who brought her own lasagna in and ate it making the whole place smell like her arrogance and lack of social respect. But that only happened once.And theres a brewery right next door.

Great vibe, low-key and relaxed. Husband ordered Mediterranean kombucha and espresso, both had complex flavor and were just awesome. I work in the coffee industry and I was super impressed with their espresso. I ordered a pour over, it was a really excellent and delicate Sulawesi. Yum. Yum. Great customer service, lots of seating. Super glad this is a short walk from my place. 👏👏👏👏

Warehouse Chic interior, location on Colfax not the best, but Im sure the area would be described by a realtor as up and coming. Regardless, the coffee is excellent. Shame its not a little closer to my house :o(

Great vibe, excellent espresso drinks, and super kind people.I accidentally left my Passion Planner notebook behind in the coffee shop and was devastated because a week later it was still lost and I couldnt find it anywhere. I got an email from the owner saying that they had found it and apologized for the week delay in contacting me because they didnt want to invade my privacy by opening up my planner. Love these people... the coffee is an added and amazing bonus!

A bit pricey, but a decent product selection. Nice neighborhood alternative to Starbucks and cool place to catch up on emails, schoolwork, etc. Bar seeating was cool, with a view of the West Colfax bustle. Bullet hole in the window was cool. Generally cool, one might even say hip. Service was attentive and approachable but not overly so. Cool.

The baristas are welcoming and knowledgeable. The nibbles are few but tasty. They also serve locally made kambucha, yummy. A relaxing place to wake up, work or meet people.

Super friendly and knowledgable staff. Served by the owner who was very kind and even though there were people behind me took the time to explain a one and one which I had never had (and it was delicious by the way!). My friend had an oat milk honey latte which she said was the best she has ever had! The ambiance is great and I love the space. Parking is a little tight in the parking lot but I had no problem finding a space on the street. Its my new favorite Denver coffee shop hands down! Cant wait to go back!!!

Wow. This is the place to be. They sling the best coffee in town, have a beautifully lit and relaxing interior, and have an excellent staff. My favorite place to work during the week, and have lingering morning coffee dates on the weekends. My go to is the soy latte (everywhere else I try to order this it just doesnt compare). Highly recommend!!!

More of a Brewery than a Cocktail bar, but with coffee. As stated by the staff so they wont have complicated syrup mixes to cover the taste of burnt or old coffee. They serve fresh roasted, from fresh beans within weeks of being picked off the plant, style coffee.Their a high end coffee shop at a decent price.All Fair Trade Coffee!The Kambucha is so good and locally made as well! Brew Culture is pretty swanky. They make rich, well brewed coffee you can drink in a great environment. They also feature 9 kombuchas on tap. Im not a kombucha drinker, but the grapefruit ginger was not half bad. I would also recommend the spicy chai latte. Its definitely worth your money. Last thing, their latte art is on point

I stumbled upon this adorable coffee shop this past week while on East Colfax and so happy I stopped in! It was such a nice atmosphere to get some work done with holiday music playing in the background, great espresso & a friendly barista. Ill be back whenever Im in this are again :) Easy parking too!
