Bought a car from them and then found out that the vehicle had been wrecked before and had a ton of problems.It has been 2 months and still dont have the title for it either so I cant get it registered.I am very disappointed in the way I was treated and I will never get another vehicle from them.

Im so Upset with this Place if I could give negative stars I would.he sold me a Lemon and couldnt even help me out with another car. The car was sold with what was said a Minor problem with easy and I told him of its Minor I wouldnt mind turns out my car needed a whole new rebuilt transmission.I let him know about my struggles and how I needed a good reliable car for me and my daughter and just goes to prove what kind-of person this Dealer really is.I will NEVER buy a Car from here and I hope others take my advice And seek Car buying else where.

No one approached me or seemed open to selling a vehicle. Had to pull them from their seat or ask multiple times to ask about the cars, reports, etc. The website does not reflect what is in the lot. All high miles, many questionable cars

My family recently relocated to Denver and needed a second car. Initially we got crv and decided the next day we wanted something newer. The owner was very nice and very responsive. He traded it for us for a newer car The price difference wasn’t too bad. Indeed they are so nice and treat ppl like family. Car is been running great with no problems!!!!! His son and the other workers were so nice and genuine! This is by far the best place to buy a used car in Denver!!!!!! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car there!!!! Please know that all the reviews here are genuine! I never give reviews but wanted to do this cuz they are just very nice and treat customers well.

Do not buy a car from these guys, they are crooks. I bought a car from them and it wont pass emissions. By LAW its their resposibilty to fix it but they wont. Law does not exist in this establishment... Nor does loyalty...

After leaving an abusive relationship and driving a 20 year old car that finally gave out on me, I was in a position to finally buy a better, more reliable car. I came across the 2007 Jeep and loved it. We went down to check it out and gave it a test drive. It had it's engine light on. We asked about it and the mechanic came out with the code reader to check it out, said it was not a big deal that it was a loose hose and deleted the code so the light went off. I decided to buy it cuz otherwise the car seemed in good condition and replacing a hose was something i could do. I was unable to get the car to emissions within the 3 day period, due to snow and having to work so I didn't lose my job. I take full responsibility for that choice. This is not what I have a problem with. I learned from this situation how important it is to really know what you're about to buy. This is simply about letting others know my experience so no one else finds themselves in a tough situation, potentially losing everything, if they are in a situation where they too are rebuilding and need to make sure they have something reliable. As soon as we left the lot several lights came on, the engine light, the battery light, the tire light and there were others. I couldn't afford to take off work. Instead of the shop making sure their vehicles are in good shape even before I made the purchase, they turnes off those lights with their code readers. All they do, as they said, is top off the fluids. So in just a couple weeks, I had to replace the water pump, thermostat, a pulley, the battery because it was 5 years old and practically dead, also had to replace the top radiator hose because there was a leak. The transmission had a problem changing gears. Then one day I got to work and coolant was leaking everywhere. Took it to a shop... the jeep needed a new head gasket because it was cracked or broken. Potentially needed the block refinished as well, was told that would be very pricey too.. The repair estimate: 3 thousand dollars (for the head gasket repair alone) and at least 2 weeks in the shop. So the car I paid $4200 for, was then going to cost me even more than that just to fix so I could drive it at all. I spent everything I had on that car and on the smaller repairs I had to do. Another $3,000 and I would have been back where I started, having lost everything all over again. Just weeks after I thought I was finally getting out of a really dark place. Again, it is on me that I failed to take it to emission within the time window. Had I done that immediately, maybe I could have saved myself from all of this. I just want others to know how careful you must be if you are going to get a car here, and to share the practices that I witnessed firsthand. And if someone doesn't want or cannot end up in a situation similar to mine, maybe think of where you really want to take your money.

I had came late night to get a car. Omg!!!! Everyone was super nice. I felt so bad because they had to stay late because of me. I know in the inside they was upset because it was a Saturday, but they didnt show it. They are freaking awesome and I will make sure that everyone that I know to buy a car from them. I will say that speaking with them they are willing to work with all credit issues. I dont really write about my experience, but I wanted people to know how great they were!!!!!

Family Owned business, father and son are very helpful and friendly. As soon as I walked in the lot their staff came to greet me and I got immediate assistance by the sons owner. I told them which car I am interested and he came out with the keys of the car to show me its interior. Took a copy of my license and let me test drive the car. It only took me 2 cars to choose from. I went from Colorado Springs to/and around Denver area, the quality of their used cars are in great shape compare to other dealership. Not only the cars are in good condition, runs great, they gave me the best deal from all the dealership I shopped for the price of the car I bought. I got the 2005 Acura TL. Thank you for the great deal you gave me, because of that I was able to put a big smile on my daughters face on her 16th birthday present, you made her say, WOW impressed with the great car you guys sell.

Great delaerahip I wanted a convertible Bentley and went to these guys they didnt have one but with in a week found me one out of state and got it for me took a week shipped and was a great car thanks really appreciate it

My mother (late 60s) and I shopped and bought her car from Auto Max. From start to finish: the cars listed online are just as described, the salesman, Laith, was very nice and SUPER patient. We initially test drove 3 cars during this process. And after having made a selection my mom changed her mind and swapped out the car a couple days later for a 4th car she hadnt driven yet :-). Laith attended to details (sticker removal, bumper tidy up, replacing a windshield, putting in a spare tire when there wasnt one) on both her car selections. He went above and beyond for what Im sure was a relatively small sale for him and I appreciated his dedication to making sure my mother was happy with her car. I would buy another car here without hesitation.

Where to begin? If I could give more than 5 stars to this family owned and operated business, I most certainly would. My daughter and I were on the hunt for a used car that was reasonably priced and well maintained. My daughter wanted vintage which is reality for old. We were welcomed by Laith who is the son and business partner. Kind, knowledgable and patient Laith wasted no time in trying to find my daughter just the right car. Her first car choice ended up having issues. We had it less than a week and had already signed on the dotted line. Laith did not care. Our satisfation and my daughters safety were all that mattered. He told us to come back in and pick out a different vehicle after his personal mechanic, whom he paid, couldnt fix the problem. The second vehicle was more expensive but that was also not an issue. Had us make payments with no credit check and after 6 months we now own a dependable vehicle that before us had only had one owner.I HIGHLY recommend Auto Max for a relaxed and comfortable used car buying experience. Your satisfaction is more important than whatever the price tag might be and Laith will make sure if any issues occur that they are addressed immediately.
