Id rate this zero stars if I could. I wish I did my research on this dealership before putting $2,500 down, only to find out four days later the check engine light went on and it was problem after problem after problem from. I paid and got all of these problems fixed just so the car could keep stalling out on me, so I was clearly duped on this car period. I called 4days later only to be told you only have 3 days to return car if check engine light is on and that there was absolutely nothing they could do for me. I asked either for my money back or to switch vehicles. But this dealership is just unethical period. So I have no other option than to expose their unethical behavior by filing a complaint with the dealer board. Never have I come across a dealership this unethical, so do your research (reviews dont lie and I wish I had seen the many people who were ripped off just like I was). There are several ethical dealerships around Colorado, so save yourself the hassle me and many others went through with no resolution but a rip off.

DONT SHOP HERE ! These guys took a deposit for a car that was ready yet to be sold so they asked for me to make a deposit ($500) and told me I can pick up the car on Monday . When I arrive the car was sitting in the lot with the rest of the cars and people have to look at it and test drive it and now the battery was dead because one of the customers left the lights on in the car . But if I already had made a deposit on the car why would they letting people look and drive it? When I told him that I didn’t think that was a car for me and I want to look at another car they have for sale the salesman immediately got upset wouldn’t show me the other car that I wanted to look at Told I did not get my deposit back and I could not use it toward another car. He claims he told me that there was no refundable deposit which he never did and if I would have made it $5000 deposit he still wouldn’t return it either. THATS THEFT! This place is shady !

Bought my car last year from them and Im approaching 10,000 miles put on so far. Didnt havnt an issues with them except for them not pointing out an issue or two which I found later on. I would recommend having a mobile mechanic inspect the car before you buy it. Overall Im still happy.

They completely jacked me off my 4750$ over a car that was missing the cold air intake and they jimmy rigged to run for a certain amount of miles. Do not recommend.

These people sold me a vehicle for 6,000 the very next day after paying it off I took to be service and found out that the frame was broken and unsafe to drive I couldn’t even drive away from the shop and am out the 6,000 . These people sell unsafe vehicles slap new bumpers on and call it good they will end up killing someone someday if they already haven’t ! They should be ashamed.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR LOW PRICES. These people get there cars from insurance auctions (cars that have been in accidents). Then do the bare-minimum to fix them up, and pass them off to poor suckers like myself with no remorse.I purchased a 2008 Ford Escape after having a good experience test driving it at the lot. After driving it for about a week, the transmission began to fail. I had it towed to a mechanic today, where they told me they could not even get the car to start. Still waiting on the final verdict, but the mechanic told me that I needed to call and see if I could get any kind of refund for the car b/c it was in such poor shape and not likely to be worth fixing. When I called Ariana Auto Sales, no one picked up and their voicemail was full. Tried 4 more times and finally got someone who told me that all sales are final and there was nothing he could do. I pleaded with him, saying that I had dropped $6,000 on this car that now, a week later, is not likely to be worth anything. He did not seem to feel sorry for me one bit and simply hung up the phone. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE.

I bought a Dodge Caliber on January 25, 2019 and when I was driving it home the check engine light came on, so I called the dealership and told them about it and I was told to take it back. I took it back, he read the code and it was a Cam shaft position sensor, P000B. He just cleared it and said to go back again if it came back on. No surprise, but the light came back on and so I had to take it back. He kept my car about 2 days and then called saying it was ready and he fixed it. I took the car home and once again the light came on. He told us to take it for emissions because if it passed, he was not responsible for whatever was wrong with the car. I took it for emissions with the light check engine light on and it passed. I was very upset about the light and I told the dealership that, but they just continued to tell me that the vehicle was “sold as is” and it was not their problem. Thankfully my grandpa rest the computer and now there is no check engine light, HOWEVER, now my car has a red lightning bolt and it doesn’t drive very well. The light means there is something wrong with the Throttle Control and affects how the car drives. The dealership told me the cars are looked at by mechanics regularly, but I believe that is NOT true. I am VERY disappointed with the vehicle I bought here. I would NOT recommend anyone to buy a car here. Now I’m out $2500 and I dont have a car to get me anywhere. I am 5 months pregnant and now i’m struggling to fix this car and find ways to get to work and my doctor appointments. Do not get a used vehicle from here, I wish I didn’t.

DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE WITHOUT TAKING IT TO A MECHANIC! Our salesman was the owner,and he sold us a lemon. We recently purchased a Nissan Xterra, we had a great experience at the lot, and the test drive went very well. but after purchasing, about halfway home (20 miles), it had a severe knock and a blinking check engine light. So a trip to the mechanic revealed SEVERAL problems, and a $631.91 bill. I have made several attempts to contact them without response. PLEASE take caution if buying a vehicle from this very shady car lot!

Terrible. Got a car from them that failed emmissions the day after i got it and they said they guarantee it passes. The engine over heated and the radiator hose exploaded. In total i only had the car for a little over a week and it broke down 3 times. They didnt give me my 1500 back and they have the car and tried to get me to pay for the repairs. Um no they are crooks and they will temporarily fix probs so you buy it and it will for sure brake down after a couple days

To say that buying a car from Ariana Auto Sales is a horrible idea is an understatement. The most dishonest people I have ever had the displeasure of conducting business with own and operate this dealership. I bought a car from this dealer in February 2017. In May 2017, they had yet the transfer the title to my name. I had to get an extension on my temporary tags. Then the car was totaled in hail. They had the audacity to cop an attitude with GEICO, threaten to charge $10 in interest a day and were disrespectful. They lied and said they did not transfer the title because of the hail storm and the total loss claim. The hail storm took place MORE than two months after I bought the vehicle. They were attempting to pocket the entire settlement amount from GEICO because the title was still in their name. All of their lies were recorded. Do not buy a car from this dealer. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. ANYWHERE ELSE... It is also not interest free as they claim. If you finance a car, they charge $1,000 regardless of the price of the car. Go elsewhere instead and get a loan through a credit union. You will save money, time and a headache. I intended to buy another car from this company once the settlement was reached; however, after their behavior on the phone with GEICO, I bought a car elsewhere.
