Service is fine. They are quick and tend to manage their heavy workload well. I did call to ask about a loaner vehicle after finding out parts were two days out. The service person that answered the phone transferred me to someone else where I left a voicemail and then my call was not returned. Overall, Id recommend and I will take my car back.

The people at Mile High Honda are top notch. They’re always smiling and welcoming while being efficient. Their text updates from the auto shop are awesome. It can cost a little more to address vehicles issues but i trust them with my Honda. You get your monies worth!

I called in the morning to make sure the car I saw online was still available. Steve said it was but asked to call me back once he did actually see the car on the lot. I appreciated that because he didnt want to waste my time. When I arrived on the lot Ed came to tell me about the vehicle. He knew literally everything about the car. He was amazing!!! He took the time to show us every single detail small and large. He made the car buying experience so great and easy. He was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Cyrus the finance guy was great as well; he even called back with a lower payment. I hope all the employees are as great as Ed, Cyrus and Steve. If you go to Mile High Honda you wont be disappointed.

Customer service was fast and friendly. The car looked and drove so much better after being serviced there. Shawna was excellent and so easy to work with.There was a mix-up with the shuttle that took a lot more time than it should (and that makes them lose a star) but it was corrected and Shawna checked me out in lightening speed.Ill definitely be back and fully recommend!

I woke up to a dead battery! AAA managed to get my car started. I called Mile High Honda and drove over. I was greeted immediately, told how long it would take and the price. Service was completed more quickly than expected. Toni...the service advisor was great. The waiting area is one of the best Ive spent time. Ill be back to this dealership the next time I need service!

This was the second time Ive taken my crv in for an oil change and check up at Mile Hi Honda; both times were flawless. My service was done promptly and I received a full report that my service coordinator went over with me line by line. He also communicated with me by phone and text while the inspection was in progress. At the end, he walked me to my car and double checked that everything clean and ready for me. I highly recommend Mile Hi Hondas service department.

The service was great. Went in for an oil change. The wait was 2 hours which I didn’t mind but they recommended a flush of my cooling system that was already done in May. Just think they should review past records before making recommendations. Overall good place and atmosphere!

I’m on a road trip and my service light came on and I was able to quickly set up a next day appointment with ease. Once I got there, my service advisor, Kyle, promptly checked me in and got my car in for work. I had to do a walk in. I was expecting to be there all day. I was not there very long at all. Nick was amazing he was very attentive and helpful. He was able to find a deal for me. I only had 1 issue upon my arrival, nobody greeted me at my car as they did others who pulled in. I thought that was rude!! Once I was inside I was treated with respect.

Don’t call on a weekend. No one will actually take the time to figure out your issues. They’d rather just bounce you to voicemails. Will not be using you all ever again. Not only that, they sold me the car with the gas light on. Couldn’t even bother to fill it up…

Cash in hand in North Dakota ready to fly down immediately. Just got discriminated against because I live in a different state than them and they refuse to sell me a car because I’m not a local. I have never in my life been treated so poorly right off the bat after my “out of state” phone number popped up on their caller ID. They were busy so my advisor barely acknowledged my existence even when someone else tried to introduce us. They said theyd wash the car and check the tire pressure since the light was on but they did neither so why set that expectation? And my key was broken when I got my car back. Pretty disappointing. Brendans customer service was great and almost redeeming.

All I needed was a screw replaced on the shield for my oil pan but they had me replace the entire piece so they can charge me $200. I just moved here so I don’t have a mechanic out here. I’m definitely looking for one now though. Not to mention there’s a lady who goes around to people with paid off cars and tries to get them to buy new ones by pressuring them into it. Every Honda dealership is like that. I will not be returning.

Brendan was a great point of contact, well done.The time taken for an oil change was too long. An hour and fifty-two minutes is just too long to be waiting. Why make appointments if they go this long?Now for the utterly frustrating part:I dont know who drive my car but the seat was pulled up, the back angle adjusted, and the steering wheel moved. I have been the only driver of my car for three years, inside of two hours all my adjustments we thrown out the window. A valet would never ever make these adjustments. Seat forward and back is acceptable, the others should not be touched. Still trying to get the adjustments right. WHY!!!!!

My Honda suddenly started dying over the weekend so I left my vehicle there on a Sunday night. I thought I’d get a bit of attitude for leaving it right in front of the garage because they were all booked online, but Daut called and texted me immediately on Monday morning and was very pleasant to deal with. They were able to have everything fixed along with some other things by the end of the day. There were a couple of minor miscommunications about things, but that was mainly Bc I didn’t look at the estimate closely. What I like is they send a link for you to review and keep you updated with a voicemail and text message which is helpful when you’re at work. I’ll be back for sure!

Devan was my service consultant and he was freaking AWESOME! He gets 10/5 stars because he explained things in a way that I understood them as well as made me feel like the service center wasn’t just trying to make money off me, but actually keep me in a safe and reliable vehicle. Devan is knowledgeable, honest and an excellent communicator. I felt 100% comfortable working with him and felt like he had my best interest as a priority. He also gave me the most cost effective options for my $1,000+ repair bill, which was wildly appreciated. I can’t say enough positive qualities to describe this Mile High Honda employee. He truly deserves all the praise; he earned it!

I was very impressed with Mile High Honda. When I drove into the service area my tire tread depth and alignment was checked. The machine indicated my car needed to have the wheels align. Which was important to me since I was driving back to my home in Pennsylvania. My service advisor kept me informed on my vehicles status. When I picked up the car he clearly explained the cause of my cars problem and how to prevent it from occurring again.

Walked in ready to buy a new car. Sales rep gave me a quote, but it included a $1600 add-on package (tints, mats, etc.). I told him I didnt want it. He told me that the add-on package was non-negotiable (LOL). I told him I would buy the car, just leave the add-on package off since it wasnt even applied to the vehicle yet. Sales rep would not budge at all. Pretty annoying. Youre going to give up a sale because of a $1600 add-on package???? If this is how they do business, Ill never come back.

Blew a tire on the side of the road. Probably a mile and a half out and one of their employees drove over and helped me because I didn’t have the special tool for my tire. Now I’m over here getting new tires and will probably never go anywhere else for anything again. I walked in and they took my car back almost immediately. Very welcoming staff. A huge shout out to Jill & Nick Coloroso. Amazing customer service you will find at this Honda Dealership. Nick assured me I would be taken care of when getting my power steering pump fixed and he delivered on that promise. I came back to get my car and was hit with a bill lower than the quoted price. I went in for a recall on my 2016 Honda HR-V. The service rep was very nice, professional and efficient. He told me it would take about an hour and a half to complete the service and where to wait. When my car was done he came and got me and escorted me to my car. Mile Hi is a very well run operation and I will continue to take my car there for all my service needs.

Bought my CRV and love it, however a mistake was made on their part of the financing. I made 3 attempts to connect with them to have it corrected. I had to fix it myself. Also emailed about the warranty and never heard back. Communication could be better.

This is for the servicing or maintenance area. I am not a customer here but my fiance is. She isnt the most knowledgeable about vehicles and their components so she goes here for the reputable name. I have to give them a few stars because it seems that they do some quality work here. But I do not appreciate them attempting to pressure my fiance into buying into issues that are not there or overcharging her for simple tasks that I can do literally in minutes (and I am no where close to a mechanic.) She was told that her brakes needed to be replaced immediately. She even got an emailed report with that service highlighted in red stating needs immediate attention. Her brakes were just fine and even felt better than mine in my car. I talked to her and we decided to wait on this. Over a year later she went back for another check up on her car. The same issue was brought up but was marked yellow and not as urgent as previously stated. Her car did not magically regenerate brake pads over the course of a year so what is really going on there. Also, she scheduled maintenance to be done and when she got there on time to her appointment she was told it could not happen today because the mechanics were about to get off work. I am not sure how this happens, any business I have worked for would recognize that the mistake was theirs and do the scheduled tests and maintenance. Like I said I am not a mechanic but I do know a good business and am able to recognize when me or my loved ones are being taken advantage of. As soon as we have the time to find another mechanic not interested in ripping off their customers she will not be back.

It took 2.5 hours to just get an oil change with a scheduled appointment. I did not receive an apology or explanation for taking so long. I did not receive the “complimentary” car wash. The keys were left in my car while I was checking out and the employee did not even know where my car was. I now also have sensors that are loose. I will not be returning.

I started my trade in experience online directly on the mile high Honda website. It was easy and very user friendly. Once I arrived I was matched with Leo who was already equipped with all my online paper work and ready to pull the car around. The whole process took around an hour from the on-site credit check to signing the papers. This is my second time financing through mile high, they provided my top dollar for my 2015 Honda Civic and was able to put me in a 2022 Honda Civic I am in love!!!!

I was on vacation and the night before I was to head home to Texas, my check engine light came on. I called the Highlands Ranch Honda Service Center first thing the next morning and they squeezed me in, repaired my van quickly and I was able to get on the road only a couple of hours late. We were on our way to Keystone from Missouri when our air conditioner just quit! Kansas is the wrong place for air to quit so we made it to Mile High Honda in Denver after calling to see if they could look at it. They not only got us in immediately but gave us a complimentary car to continue our trip in and let us keep the loaner an extra night because we had moved on to Buena Vista by the time our air conditioner compressor and clutch were complete. Blowing nice cool air for the rest of our trip. Thank you Mile High Honda for great service!!

Horrible service. I brought my car in for a safety recall. They also offered me a free carwash which was on my list of services that I signed off on when I dropped off my car. When signing the tablet for the services there was a balance of $75 that shouldnt have been there. I asked what it was and theyre like oh its just this special check, well remove that... So tried to charge me $75 for seemingly nothing. Then they tried to add several services that added up to more than my whole car is worth. They show up like NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION but they tell you at the end theyre just normal maintenance things that arent urgent. I rejected all of their overpriced services (hundreds of dollars for things like changing fluids). I tried to see if I could get the shuttle back around 1:30 and didnt hear from anyone until 3:30. When I went to pick up my car they of course didnt bother to wash it like they said they would. The shuttle drivers were very nice. Other than that this place will try to rip you off every chance they get.

Decided Im done using dealerships for regular service. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall issue. They did not have the part for the recall when I came in and did not tell me until after they kept the car over 6 hours.Also had a coupon, and I notified them ahead of time like they ask. But then they increased the price of the service until I pointed out I was given a lower estimate by phone.

I recently took my Honda Fit in for service because my key FOB was broken. After speaking with a Honda service representative, they informed me their next available appointment was a week out. I explained I couldn’t be without my car for a whole week so they recommended I bring the car in & leave it & hopefully someone could get to it sooner. They also explained a new key would cost $70 & programming a new FOB would be $95. I wasn’t thrilled about spending that kind of money for one key but I knew I needed a new key. After arriving to Mile High Honda I met Aubrey & explained I was concerned about turning off my engine due to the difficulty I had in starting my car with a broken key FOB. She took a look & informed me their parts department could replace the key & reprogramming the FOB wouldn’t be necessary. I was able to replace my two broken keys with the original FOB’s for $56 & was delighted. During that visit, Aubrey also informed me there was a recall for my Honda regarding the drive shaft. I explained I did receive the notice & when I called, I was informed the dealership didn’t have the parts to replace at that time, due to the Covid pandemic. Aubrey had me make an appointment the following week to take care of that issue. I left my car for service & when I came back, Aubrey explained everything was OK with my car & nothing required replacement pertaining to the recall. She even had them wash my car! Thanks so much for the great customer service Aubrey!

I am torn on how to score the service department at this dealership. They get a five for being friendly, professional, and getting the job done in a friendly manner no questions asked it was a very good experience. On the other hand they get one star because they neglected to tell me an important fact which means I had to reschedule and come back another day which is unexcusable. All in all though I would still recommend this dealership.

My friend and I called to get quotes for the same service and they gave different prices every time we called. I even wrote down the names of the service guys and their quotes as record. I asked to speak to the manager and the front desk girl hung up on me after refusing to transfer me to a manager. I dont understand these high reviews. Every time you come here they nickel and dime you. The price differences quoted were sometimes three hundred dollars different. They need to have their prices for services on their website so they cant cheat you.

I took my car in for routine maintenance. Brandon was great at keeping me updated and explaining all of my options. Overall it took ~2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection which seems pretty typical of all the Honda dealerships.

Once they get your vehicle in for service, they’re completely unresponsive and don’t bother to tell the customer anything about the status or ETA of the vehicle being repaired. We’ve left multiple messages trying to find out what’s going on with it and no one will call us back. This has happened multiple times now!!

This dealership is the best ! I brought my vehicle in for service . Oil change, 15,000. Ck up . The service adviser told me that they were booking appt out 3 weeks . Or I could wait aprox 3hrs and they would try to get me . I decided to wait so I elected to go get a massage ( my salesman who sold me my vehicle drove me to the salon and then he came and picked me up in about an hour by the time I got back which was a little over an hour my Vehicle was finished.! Thank you Mile High Honda !

Went in to take care of a recall. Didn’t think it would take over an hour and a half to get done. Asked them to shut off the sensor for my TPMS and that didn’t happen, even though I asked about it before I left, and they stated it was. Disappointed there. Was supposed to get a free car wash with my service as well, but that didn’t happen either. So little things that shouldn’t be an issue to easily do weren’t. So just a bit disappointed.
