I bought 2 cars cash. I paid $12,400 cash for 2 Nissans. I bought a 2010 for 5000 it needed the catalic convert, thermostat within a week of buying. I bought a 2015 for $7000. The bearing and engine is knocking. Horrible Im so disappointed. I paid cash and the sold me a lemon.

Purchased a 2012 Nissan Quest. Car had some problems. I signed the AS IS document... my bad. However, Nile fixed the problems with the van without being responsible for it. Overall happy with my experience.

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. Do not buy from here! The month after I paid $8000 and bought a car from here, I had to replace the battery and the alternator. I went back but they kept sending me home saying that there is nothing wrong with the car. They finally replaced it after my fifth time going back there. Then, next month, I had to replace the break pads on my own. I am tired of fixing things every month. I been spending few hundreds on the car every month. One thing after another keeps breaking. This place sells junk cars and their mechanic is not even certified. Be careful with this place unless you have hundreds of dollars to spend repairing your car every month.

I’ve known friends and family who have been buying cars from Nile Auto Sales for years and I recently bought a 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer from them.Once I decided on the car I wanted to buy, it was a quick and easy process with great customer service. I also felt like I got a great price on the car without paying for many extra fees or maintenance work. And after a few weeks I’ve had no problems with my car.I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who needs a good car.

Very bad customer service. They sell cars that are defective. Cars that are missing parts, cars that cant pass emissions. They sold me a car that consumes a quart of oil every other day, and my car cant pass emissions. I wouldnt recommend anyone buying cars from these people. They dont care about customer. I wont be bringing my business back to these people.

I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS BUT I HAVE TO GIVE ONE TO POST MY COMPLAINT.WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER. DO NOT TRUST THEM.I bought a Subaru Forester two weeks ago, got an inspection from a Subaru Dealership. There was NO headlight light bulbs, no drivers license light bulbs, ALL the brakes, pads, and rotors needed to be replaced. Serpentine belt is HEAVILY cracked. Cam Carrier is leaking. And possible Flood Damage resulting in electrical issues.I called to tell them what was wrong with the car and they said We will fix what we can but were not fixing everything I asked them how long it would take for them to fix (state law requires dealerships to give a duration of time to fix issues) and they said they didnt know. I then requested the CAR FAX to be sent to me, which I didnt receive. Called again the next day and was sent to voicemail, left a message and received CAR FAX the day after.They denied to give me emissions test or a voucher for emissions which is also required by state law and then hung up on me. I should have trusted my gut when I walked into the business and saw all the papers scattered all over the desk, and the fact that I wasnt offered any Warranty. SHITTIEST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. SHITTIEST CARS ON THE LOT.

We went to look at a car they had listed on craigslist. When we arrived we were told the car was actually at their other location a few blocks away. Lame. When we got to the other location, we found out the car was actually not even available because someone had put a deposit down on it. Totally lame. This is an incredibly unprofessional establishment.

This place here, man! I took two cars to two mechanics. One I have known for 7 to 8 years and one I have never seen before. I test drove two NICE looking cars (Mazda and an Infiniti) and the Mazda had its issues, but also sounded like tons of water sloshing around (like a rainforest CD on the inside), the second car had several noticeable damages that are noticed on a car that were flooded and there was O carfax reported. Not even one oil change on a 2007 or 8 older car. The motor had instant noticable issues of a flooded car (such as engine not being inside that car, leaks, and rust on every bolt, the wipers and under the car also rusted. My mechanics also informed me the car was from the East Coast. Now thats just some of the rust..So I thought I would run it by another mechanic just incase my guy could of been wrong, and they declined my money due to the EXACT reasons above..So after test driven two cars I just asked the owner were these cars flooded and he informed me No, my mechanic must be jealous of me and the car was from the East Coast, and they dont have garages(the gentleman I was with was from the East Coast, and immediately said Now we dont have a lot of s*** but we do have garbages. Now thats the reason for the rust throughout the car. To the no Carfax, he pays 1400 a month for Carfax and my mechanic must not. I asked him to send it to me, but I still havent receive it(my mechanics is from a big chain ). Last he already sucked at interaction (so reviews talking about good conversation LIES) and I noticed he instantly got agitated and took the keys and jumped in the car. Idk what else to say except check ALL vehicles because nice doesnt mean reliable for long.****ALSO READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS, NOT THE FLUFF ONES, BUT THE REAL CUSTOMER ONES.****Good luck, car shopping is the worst!

Horrible Service!! Don’t Waste your time and Money here!So i went here to buy a car and i found this Nissan Versa 2012 (Brown) that I am in love with. The heater is not working and they said they will fix it so i left the car for a day and have to come back tomorrow. The next day on our way home the car starts acting weird. It starts shaking and the check engine light is on. So i called them and have no choice but to go back to the dealership. They let me switch another car and ended up having the Nissan Versa 2014 model (black) and i even have to add more money.After a week of use the car shows a lot of issues already. I ended up having my car checked, spend a lot of money and found out that the car needs a lot of replacements. I even ask them if the car have any issues before i bought it and they said “nothing, everything works perfectly fine.”Don’t wastes your money on this dealership!DISHONEST Service!

From my experience over there it was such a great one a month guarantee to bring it back Incase of any damage....very nice salesperson would definitely work with them again in the future

Bought a 11 Acura from this dealer within the first week of owning the vehicle the battery went dead which was covered but the 2 week warranty but when I contacted the dealer they gave me the run around and ended up having to replace it with my own money. A short while after the clutch and control arm went out on the car costing a total of $1500 worth of repairs and I havent even own the car for a full month yet. I strongly advise to stay away from this dealer they operate by very dishonest means. Would give zero stars if possible.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!! We came in to check out a Toyota Camry. Test driving the car seemed completely normal, actually great so we negotiated a deal, they were to change the breaks before we took the car to be inspected at a Toyota dealership the next day. This did not happen and on top of that we discovered the vehicle had been through a flood, the rotors needed to be replaced badly and there was an oil leak!We were lucky and dodged a bullet by getting the vehicle inspected at an actual Toyota service center BEFORE purchasing. If youre looking at a Honda then take it to a certified Honda service center and so on, not just a mechanic. Its worth the $100-$150 or save that and dont buy a car here! There is a reason theyre cars are drastically underpriced and there are so many negative reviews. All of the negative reviews made us get the car inspected and Im glad we did.

Also it was obvious the grill and bumper where repaired and I asked if it was in an accident an u guys stated NO an I asked why u replaced the grill and bumper an you guys said bcuz it was cracked that should have been the red flag.. my mistake for taking your word!!

I bought a Honda CRV through Niles at the beginning of December 2015 and had it taken to a mechanic prior to purchase, who said besides the tires being almost bald, a couple filters needing to be replaced, and needing brake replacement in the rear it was a good car. Since the price was right I bought it and felt like I was getting a great deal, regardless of needing to do some work off the bat.After 3 weeks I was stuck on the side of the road calling AAA for a tow. That Honda dealer said that it was the battery needing to be replaced, so we had that done. A week later I was calling AAA again from the side of the road, this time the issue being an oil pressure switch. That Honda dealer also noticed that the timing belt was not the correct size and that the AC compressor was locked-to fix these issues it would be upwards of $2,000 for me. I called Niles about my complaints and they couldnt care less since I bought the car without warranty, but I feel like these issues they must have known about before ripping me off.Another concern I had with Niles was that they did not provide me an emissions voucher at purchase and when I asked initially for it they said Well if you register before the end of the year then you dont need an emissions to which I replied Give me an emissions voucher since you cannot legally sell me this car without one, I got a check written for $25 in the mail the following week. This was a very unprofessional way to react to their mistakes.I finally got my emissions completed, but had to wait until fixing box the battery and the oil pressure switch, so that I could drive without being stuck on the side of the road. When I went to get my car registered Niles had not sent the DMV the correct paperwork and I ended up having to get another temporary plate and wait for them to get it together. Turns out I wouldnt have been able to register even if I had tried before the years end like they wanted me to to avoid emissions....Overall, I think I have learned to settle with this mess, but I would not recommend them to anyone I know.Even though it pays more to go to a dealer that shows you respect, is honest, timely, and considerate of their faults, I would much rather pay those dealers for that then go back to Niles and pay them for junk and poor service
