This was a very good experience with no pressure or rush. The dealer was very open and informative. All the vehicles in possession have seemingly good quality as Ive only seen one up close. Also if its any deference they have some refreshments and a even more refreshing attitude. They definitely seem to care. If you need a car, Id suggest a look at this place.

I fully expected for it to be a scam, but our experience was quite the opposite.Everyone who works there seems genuinely nice and well-intentioned. Bri showed us the car, went with us for a test drive, and walked us through the purchase process. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, not overwhelmed.It was a pleasant, low-pressure experience. Do not recommend. This dealership parks their cars in handicap parking spaces blatantly disrespecting the people who need them. GoJo shares a building with multiple agencies dedicated to providing services and other needs to the developmentally disabled and their families. Clients of these agencies have shown up for appointments with no available handicap parking and/or met with difficulty for access-a-ride to park close to the doorways due to GoJo vehicles. Even after being asked to move their cars on numerous occasions, GoJo decided it’s not worth their time to show a little human decency. Don’t do business with people like this.

I was hoping to trade out of my Encore for a Jeep at Gojo auto but discovered quickly that I owe more than my SUV is worth. The staff was great at explaining my situation and even though I didnt get the Jeep, they offered suggestions and pointed me in a direction that helped me....after speaking with my credit union I was able to refinance and cut my current payment in half. I wanted the Jeep but saving money was also the plan.....its Refreshing to know that even though I didnt buy the staff was willing to take the time and help...Ill be back when the time is right.

Mostly new suspension parts, but it’s enough $ to make someone not expecting it upset for sure.1) They do provide a Carfax, research your service history. If it’s older and it’s not replaced…2) Their prices are not great, but not horrible. “Market value” is what you are willing to pay, compare it to what’s around. Go elsewhere if you find a better deal, they will not negotiate.I was asked during my sale what GOJO could do so people wouldn’t feel the need to haggle.SIMPLE: Be upfront, be honest. Tell people what the vehicle “will probably need sooner rather than later”. It’s inspected at least once by their mechanic(s) (they said it was). The general needs of a car can be found out fairly quickly by a qualified person. *Hard to do as a business when that changes what people might be willing to pay sometimes*My business rating didn’t change, I bought the car based on what I wanted/needed. I have about $1000 in repairs I wasn’t expecting (steering rack), on top of normal shocks/strut replacements and the like. Know your priorities and needs when buying used and do your research.

In addition, Amanda and her team will come off as very kind, but will not hesitate to sell you a car laden with issues and claim no responsibility as soon as you walk out the door. Feel free to roll the dice with them, but I want to serve as an honest warning so this doesnt happen to anyone else.I had a very mixed experience buying a used Toyota Rav4 from Amanda and her team at GoJo Auto. The purchase process was smooth and the team was amicable. They even invited me to tour their new office and give feedback while I waited on paperwork. When I asked about the cars inspection multiple times during the purchase, I was assured that the Rav4 passed a high-level inspection and was good to go. I left feeling great.Everything unraveled when I took the car home and got it inspected at the Toyota dealership Ive been getting my other Rav4 serviced at for 4 years (with no issues or rip-offs). Over $4500 of repairs needed, ~$2000 of which was to replace the front and rear suspension on the car which were clearly blown and leaking fluid (the mechanic showed me my car on the lift and walked me through it). The rest of the repairs did not render the car unsafe, but were still necessary. This was my first time buying a used car and made the mistake of not bringing my own mechanic to spot these issues.So, I reached out to Amanda and her team, and they all claimed only Amanda could do anything for me. After calling for three weeks and being promised she would get back to me, I finally got a call from her. Since I was assured this car had no major issues, I asked to be met in the middle somehow so that I dont have to front this massive repair bill; I felt lied to by them, or at least that their inspection is a fraud pass/fail so they can just claim deniability. I cited to her my detailed inspection with photos of the issues that I had seen myself and researched a ton at that point. She didnt bother to look at it and replied that Toyota is just trying to rip me off. Then, Amanda assured me she would kick something around and get back to me, but in general said too bad, you bought a used car. I never heard from her and am tired of calling, so Im moving on and warning others. Just dont bother trusting this team.Amanda will probably comment on this review promising improvements and considerations. Dont let it reassure you, just go somewhere else. Photo attached is right after the purchase, and was the last time I was stoked about it.

Took me 4 hours to find out the car I was looking at had no inspection and they were trying to finance it to me for 500 a month, with no inspection. Very sketchy. I stated I didnt have a down payment, they ran my credit and tried ti get me to put a down payment, I left why cant you comprehend sentences? They also had held my id WITHOUT CALLING ME. I went back 2 days later and they did this to another lady.
