The buying experience was a breeze, and Lauren was phenomenal to work with. I purchased a vehicle with a cracked windshield, and Cherry Creek included the replacement in the purchase price... Even better, their vendor would come do the replacement at my house, at my convenience. However, I reached out to their vendor who does their glass work, and after he asked who was paying for the repairs, was told that he does not service my area and was given the option of meeting him either 20 or 25 miles away.Its totally understandable that their vendor doesnt service all areas, especially since he probably receives a fixed-price, per job, from Cherry Creek. However, when I reached out to Cherry Creek to explore other options, I was told that I could either come there and that vendor would replace it, or that they would reimburse me what the vendors rate was. I explained that coming there would result in me incurring additional costs and more time than what we had agreed upon.Its a bummer that Cherry Creeks Management wouldnt acknowledge that either their vendor traveling to me or me traveling to them would result in time and costs in excess of what we had agreed upon, and offer up a solution to make both parties whole. Instead, Management stood their ground and will be mailing me a check for about 1/3 of what it costs for another vendor to come to my home, as agreed-upon, and use quality parts to replace the windshield.0/5, would not recommend, but Lauren was a pleasure to work with!

What cant I say about Cole Brooks and Cherry Creek Automotive? I havent bought a car in 15 years and was dreading the process. I was met with an extremely friendly, generous, and knowledgable salesman who went *way* above and beyond to make this experience as painless and transparent as possible. From the moment we walked into Cherry Creek Automotive our experience was horrible. After driving 2.5 hrs to attend a scheduled appt, prepared to make a deal with our trade-in & title in hand, we were told the car had “literally just sold”. This is where the owner, Justin stepped in and offered to do the right thing and let us test drive it. After agreeing to purchase, things got even worse. We were lied to by the senior salesman (Shad Smith) and told the car had been serviced (as do all vehicles upon arrival) and an oil change had been performed, brakes inspected and tires replaced. NOT TRUE!Financing was another joke! Errors made by their team resulted in failed approvals. In the end we were forced to pay cash and thought we were finally done with their team. After receiving the final bill of sale (contract #3) and sending EXACTLY what was requested, we get another call asking for the “tax”... Oops, guess they had forgotten to request it the first 3 contracts.The owner made a point to call us to apologize on how our entire deal was handled and assured us hed be our sole contact from there on out, yet we continued to receive calls from other associates and even got a thank-you note, asking us to give you a nice review online. Ha! Worst car buying experience ever - BEWARE!!

I had the best car purchasing experience of my life today. Cole Brooks with Cherry Creek Automotive is a true professional. I was buying a second vehicle for a daily driver and I couldn’t be happier from start to finish. Cole responded promptly, on Memorial Day of all days. He’s light years ahead of his competition in car sales in Denver. I had to drive four hours to get the car and Cole had everything in order and went above and beyond. They had the car detailed, new tires put on, the oil changed, bottles of water for the road, and a full tank of gas! Seriously, this dealership gets it and I am very happy I came across their path.

There are a lot of car shops around, but this one stands out for its stellar customer service!I came here to do a VIN verification and was pleasantly surprised by how fast the process was. Cole was particularly wonderful — super friendly and kind. And the office has a really comfortable, tidy atmosphere. They have cold soda options, a Keurig station, and a couch with a TV. I was also glad that they were all wearing masks.It really couldnt have been a more pleasant experience. Ill for sure keep this place in mind for any future car needs.

The salesman that works here, Cole, not only mislead a customer but wasted a 2 hour drive out of town just to sell the vehicle he had an appointment to view to someone else over the phone with 0 warning. The sale went through as this person stepped on the lot.Cherry Creek Automotive then offered him a more expensive vehicle, after disregarding the effort, energy and initiative this potential buyer put in to.If you need honesty, good sales representation and a fair deal, this is NOT the dealer you should go to. Got a fair deal on a Mazda CX-5 at this location. Cole was great, very helpful. Cole came in on his day off on the day that worked best for me to finish up the paperwork and payment. I had a rental car when I got this car and Cole drove my car to the rental car place so I could return the car. Overall great experience! Highly recommend.

When I purchased my car, I thought that daily things would be would be working. The keyless entry did not work. And I would have expected that they would know this with it sitting on their lot for a couple of months. I noticed it immediately the first time to lock the car. Unfortunately I purchased As Is. Shad was nice and claimed that they did not know that the keyless entry did not work. Yeah, right. there is no way they did not know that the keyless entry did not work. With only one keyed door, it makes a world of difference when you are not the only person in the car. Shad said they would do some good will and said that they would have their locksmith and then their electrician look at it. I just wanted to know why the keyless entry would not work. Shad would not keep me informed on anything and I was callling them once a week. It was one excuse after another and it would never had taken this long if they truly were going to do some good will. I did all that I could without taking things apart or not having the tools to check the electrical. It would hsve cost me a lot of money just to get it checked by the dealership and/or automotive shop. And I would be out quite a bit of money if it was too expensive to fix depending on their results.After getting the run around for almost 4 months, I just gave up after my brakes started to grind with less than 300 miles on it. I had to replace the rear pads, the rear calipers, and the rear drums. That only shows that the safety inspection should have failed. Shad mentioned that they only check the safety of the car. If I am not mistaken, if there were issues with the calipers, this is a break safety issue.

I came up yesterday with my dad we had shopped around the last week or two for a new vehicle for me. Was very easy to call and set up an appointment they had the oil changed before I came and test drove the car! I just bought this car from here a few days ago after weeks of shopping around. Quite frankly we were exhausted and tired of looking at cars by that point. Cherry Creek automotive is an extremely casual car buying environment with excellent, knowledgeable staff. I never felt pressured once. We managed to get a great deal on a 2012 Subaru Forester for $15,000 out the door. My salesman, Luis, was great and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car. He even cleaned the car and put in a new tank a gas right before.EDIT: Unfortunately I have spent $2000 on this 2012 Subaru Forrester just to get it safe enough to drive. And it still broke down twice. I understand a warped gasket is hard for a mechanic to spot, but it broke down on the highway twice due to overheating. I’m glad I no longer own this car.

Had a great experience buying my car here. Cole is an excellent salesman that doesnt pressure you just tells you what you want to know and helps figure out what you really want. They have a great service technician they go through. My car was priced great they base it off other websites as well. They have a 3 month 3,000 warranty for free and offer more packages after the 3 month. Rich was very helpful in lowering my monthly payment and figuring out best warranty price options. It was a speedy process. Overall I highly recommend Cherry Creek Automotive to anyone. They are very knowledgeable and accel in the customer service dept.

They had no professionalism at all. My friend called before hand, few days before we went to go look at the car inperson, and when we drove there 2hours from where we live, and the guy sold the car over the phone to someone else. They knew we were coming, we were going to buy the car. The fact they sold the car over the phone as we were on our way shows how scummy they are.

Got a great deal on a GX460. There was an issues that came up immediately after I picked it up. The owner corrected the issue immediately and was apologetic about the experience. We dealt directly with the owner of the lot Justin Franks. He got us into a perfect car for a low price we were very excited. We had the car for about three months and the transmission blew out. We were devestated. We are not wealthy people and practically put everything we had into that car. The limited warranty had just expired and we didnt have 2000 dollars to fix it. It was our only mode of transportation so we were really screwed. I contacted the owner to see if there was anything we could do. Even though technically he didnt have to help at all, it was sold as is, out of warranty,, and basically no longer his problem he offered to help. He gave us a couple options to choose from, help with the cost of the repair buy the car back and add some additional money so we could have cash or help.us into a new car. Even though we were a little weary that a new car would do the same thing he seemed to want to help and trustworthy so we went with another car from his lot. We love it and it runs great. Although things didnt exactly go smoothly or the way we planned in the end we have a reliable affordable car and a positive experience with Cherry Creek automotive and Justin Franks

Initially I was concerned because its a used car dealership, and theres enough stigma about those kinds of businesses. But after reading several online reviews and seeing theyre rated well by BBB, I went on in, and ended up getting a really great deal on a Subaru. The guys working there are very helpful and friendly, especially Brandon, whom I worked with. Brandon showed me several cars in my price point and offered honest recommendations that would work best for me rather than what would earn him the most commission. So far Im really, really happy with my car, and I was very happy with the service I received both times I walked onto the lot.

I dont write reviews often. Cherry creek automotive has sold me another awesome car. Im not rich but i spent 8000 for a 1 owner new car that has less then 10000 miles. I just wont to tell other people, where you can by a reablabe car. In colorado we have a lot of shady car sales men but here its differnt your family and they will work with getting you up and running. Thank you, Shad and Justin.

My husband went to Cherry Creek Automotive in search of a new vehicle. After finding a vehicle he headed home to wait for the loan approval. Brendan told my husband that hed call as soon as a loan came through seeing as we didnt want to hang out at the dealership all day. A couple hours later, Brendan called my husband and told him to head over. We head back over from our home in Wheat Ridge and low and behold, we end up waiting for another hour... the whole time staff is reassuring us it will only be a few more minutes. Finally Brendan breaks the news that the loan didnt get approved!!! Seriously guys... customer service is key in making sales. Being upfront and honest with your customers is a necessity. Your business lacks professionalism. Not only have you lost a sale but now you also have one more negative review.

Cherry Creek Automotive as a whole is a very honest and straight forward dealership. I personally dealt with Evin, but the entire staff is incredibly friendly, personable, honest, and effective. Theres no bullshit, smoke, or mirrors when it comes to pricing or how and why they do things. I felt very comfortable purchasing my vehicle because the inspection report was laid out very logically, and my inquiries on the condition of the vehicle were taken seriously and answered concisely.

It was a great pleasure to work with the guys at cherry creek automotive. Justin and Karl helped me sell a jeep and were very professional throughout the process. They treated me an offer that was fair and never pushed me into trading or buying a car from them in order to buy the jeep from me.Because of the way I was treated I will definitely purchase a car through them soon. I just bought a 2009 Honda CR-V from Chad at Cherry Creek Auto. I truly enjoyed my experience trading in my car for a car from their lot. We worked with Chad over two days, and he was very responsive to the questions that came up through the process. He recommended the car he thought best fit our needs, and didnt waiver from his recommendation when we waivered about purchasing that particular vehicle. He was patient and worked VERY quickly when we needed him to. Had we been ready to purchase on a quicker timeline, he couldve had us in and out in an hour. I also received a very fair price for the car I traded in - as much as I wouldve hoped to get had I sold it on my own. I was thrilled with the number they offered.Regarding the lot overall, they had a great selection, the offices were clean and comfortable and well-stocked with water, coffee, & soda. Everyone there was very friendly. I really enjoyed that we were able to work with JUST Chad throughout the entire process, rather than the dealer, then the banker, then the person to sign all paperwork. Made it feel like a much more honest process.

Had a great experience buying a car at Cherry Creek Auto. They had great customer service and had knowledge on the vehicle I was looking at. Brandon and Justin the owner, were both awesome to work with when buying the car. They gave me a fair deal on my trade in and the car that I purchased so I was happy. After I bought the car, communication was rather poor and I went a full week without a vehicle to use as I had traded in my car and the dealership was still working on the vehicle that I bought. I felt that it was a bit excessive especially when I have to occasionally travel during the week for work. I would still buy another vehicle from them in the future.

You’d have a better experience buying a car in a Walmart parking lot. Deceptive sales tactics and horrible communication. One star is an overstatement.

DO NOT buy a car from this dealer. When I first came to cherry creek automotive I was very excited to buy my car, everyone was super nice and very helpful. Unfortunately when I bought the car I was PROMISED AND SIGNED FOR some work that needed to be done on my car. New tires, new struts, an alignment, etc. I started having issues with my car about 6 months after having it. I took it into a reputable mechanic and shop and was told that NONE of that work was done to it. I called the shop where the work was done, B&P automotive who told me they only completed some of the work I was promised since they dont have an alignment rack or some of the equipment they needed to finish the job. Cherry creek automotive didnt take it to any other shop to finish the work. B&P automotive than told me they would put new struts on my car since the were under warranty. Turns out all they did was clean them up, not replace them. This place is a scam and I am very dissipointed in the lack of professionalism all around and and very upset that a business owner can allow this. Ive now put over 1000$ into my car for work that needed to be done and should have been done with what I paid for in the purchase. Save your money, shop somewhere else.

I cant say enough good things about this experience. These guys have incredible knowledge, great selection, and they are genuinely trying to set you up with a great car under great terms. The staff went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied and taking care of things that I am sure are outside the protocol. I know where my family and I will be getting our cars from here on out.

We had been looking for an LR3 or LR4 for several months all across the nation and had been extremely disappointed by the level of dishonestly we experienced at multiple dealers (all of which were not in the state of Colorado). As overly skeptical buyers, we were impressed by the fact that the LR3 we ultimately purchased from Cherry Creek was in excellent shape, as advertised. We appreciated their honesty and the ease of the car-buying/financing process through them.
