Susan my salesperson was great but after I got home I started reading reviews of the $4500 mattress I ordered and saw that the two most recent reviews of the mattress were awful and they both returned the mattress. It was easy to cancel the order and they were pleasant to deal with but I believe for integrity of reviews they should not manipulate the order or have promotional ones they can cherry pick.So mattress firm took the one good review and placed it out of chronological order on the top. So 2 of the 3 reviews are very bad and then the rest are “promotional reviews from Beauty rest” and how they get a 4.8 ave reviewI don’t trust their review process but would likely buy from them again as overall they were great to work with

We had a wonderful and easy experience here. Christi helped us find the perfect mattress for our price range and comfort. It’s difficult to provide folks both space and attentiveness while shopping, but Christi struck the perfect balance. Overall extremely pleasant experience, I would shop here again and recommend to friends and family.

From the moment I started the process with mattress firm it was great...I think the online could be e better because it didnt give me an option to pickup... but other than that..the customer service was great. They had my item in in stock and so I was able to pick up..within as couple of hours.... The fact that I was communicating with them from out of town was even better

After suffering with a hard mattress for eight years I finally have decided I’ve had enough. So I went to mattress firm at Federal and Speer Boulevard today. I’ve actually never bought a mattress in a store before. There was nobody in the store except the one employee and he was very helpful. I was able to test out mattresses and found one that I really liked. I was not pressured at all by the sales person. He was very informative and helpful. I am waiting on a refurbished mattress to arrive next week or I can call in and check it out. If I do not like it I do not have to buy it.

He was friendly and easygoing, and he listened to my needs and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, at a great price, and it all came the next day! Would give more stars if there was an option for it. Mother of three here... I was very nervous to upgrade my son’s bed, but Ace was very helpful and understanding of my budget and circumstances. He was able to help me pick out an extra comfy bed that would not break my bank account and that fits my rapidly growing child. Ace was truly an “ACE”! I purchased a mattress for one of my semi trucks. I took the truck to the store and although the measurements were correct we didn’t account for the minor obstructions. Im always confused when buying a mattress is an enjoyable experience. Ace and salesman George were great to work with, and gave us enough space to make a decision we were very comfortable with. They were also very responsive through delivery, which made the whole processes quite easy.

I went in for their Presidents Day sale and was greeted by Michael. He was a wonderful help. I went in to just browse as I have never bought a mattress before. Even though we ended up getting a good deal this day, they have really good deals all the time. Its in a perfect location in the highlands with plenty of parking and a clean store. Its a big rip-off unfortunately. But a good mattress is the most important thing. I got a Stearns & Foster plush firm bed. I only bought a top mattress and use two by fours for the box spring. That top mattress ended up costing me $1,700. And that wasnt the best that they offered.

BEWARE! FRAUDULENT CHARGES! DO NOT BUY A BED FROM HEREI purchased a bed from this store in April 2018. I put $500 down and financed the rest. The bed was sleeping warm, so I returned it two weeks later. My problem began when I wanted to return it. I returned the bed and received my refund. I had to pay an additional $80 to have the bed picked up and returned back to their warehouse. The salesperson I worked with told me that the $80 charge would go on the card I used to put $500 down and the finance account would be refunded. Turns out, the salesperson did the opposite - he did not charge my card for the $80, he refunded my finance account less $80 for me to pay. I just received a credit notice that I am two months past due on my finance account with almost another $80 added in late fees. I called Mattress Firm to help because they told me one thing and did another. The manager, Mark Weaver, told me he is not responsible for his stores miscommunication and basically told me he could not help when it was his employees fault to begin with. On top of that, he was rude. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mattress Firm is a failing business. I highly recommend going to Nest Bedding. They have a store in Cherry Creek and their beds are cheaper.

Danny hands down is the best! I havent received my bed yet, but at the price I could afford I know he got me the best mattress. I cant say enough good things about this store and about Darin the Store Manager. Over the last 6 months, I have purchased 5 mattresses from him for both my regular home in Denver and and my vacation home in the mountains. He is knowledgeable, professional and fast. He gave me great advice on my new mattresses choices as I was nervous to give up my 10 year old ones that I loved. I loved all of the new ones he recommended and in the one case where I had an issue with one, he quickly offered up a new one, picked up the old one and delivered it, all in 24 hours. I was dreading mattress shopping which is why I had put it off for so long and thanks to this Mattress Firm and Darin it was a great experience from pre-sale to purchase, to removal of the old ones, to delivery of the new ones.
