I would not recommend this company for many reasons. They were not good about replying to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. They do not seem concerned about customer satisfaction at all. The designer who brought us samples initially would say she would drop off more samples and then wouldnt show up. She would also say that she would come back to pick up the samples she initially left with us, I would get them ready to be picked up and again, she wouldnt show up even though she said she lives only a few miles from our house.When we made the decision about what we wanted to have installed, it took them several weeks to get back to us about our purchase and installment. The person I spoke to at the installation company was rude and short with me. When the installer finally came to install what we purchased, it was not installed correctly. I called them to ask if he could come back and install it correctly and they said they would have the installation company make an appointment for him to come back and redo it. This was over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hear anything from them. There was no apology for the service not being performed correctly. So, after paying $165 for the installation, I guess we will have to pay someone else to come to our house and do it correctly.

They are following covid rules and it was perfect to be the only one in the showroom. I was in a hurry and they made great suggestions and ordered samples sent to my home. I have shipped at Calico Corners for years and it has been one of my go to places.Excellent serve and qualified people.

I just love shopping at Calico!! The variety of gorgeous fabric is amazing and the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. I loved my drapes so much I am now ordering dining room chairs!!

We cant say enough good things! We visited the store while COVID19 restrictions were still in place. Fortunately, their website reflected the days/times the store was open. The staff was thoughtful of our needs, professional and extremely helpful.

Ordered $200 per yard fabric to be delivered to my shop address on April 23rd. Fabric never arrived. Got worried. They had it shipped to their store and didnt contact me. Good thing I called them. Lost time and margin driving to store to get my fabric. They acted like they didnt care. Very aloof. Shop elsewhere.

I have shopped periodically at the Calico Corners store in Cherry Creek since the early 90s, always finding a great selection of unique, quality fabrics. I walked in to the store a few minutes ago to find that several things have changed. The most significant is the inability to walk out with a fabric purchase - all fabrics appear to be samples and must be ordered. I cannot, however, confirm this because none of the approximately 5 employees in the store acknowledged me in any way. No eye contact, no smile, no offer of assistance. Apparently, I do not speak Cherry Creek.
