Andy was super helpful. I got a wool mattress topper. Yeah they’re expensive, but he was able to discount it since it was the floor mattress. Good experience.

Purchased our mattress when they had a store in Ft. Collins but LOVE our mattress. It was a bit firm but they were so helpful in getting me a softer layer to substitute in. Made so much difference. This is the best mattress I’ve ever owned. Absolutely love the woolly bolas pillows too.

This place is such a gem. Andy is very welcoming and low key, but also extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The selection is just enough to give you options, but not so much so as to overwhelm. I highly recommend buying your mattress and pillows here!

I ordered a bed frame from them online, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Their website wasnt set up for me to purchase the exact model I wanted, but Andy (who I assume is the store owner) was able to very straightforwardly order me the bed I wanted, and was extremely nice and professional in the process of doing so. I couldnt decide between two stain choices, so Andy very kindly express mailed me samples of the stains I was trying to decide between! He furthermore was extremely patient as I tried to figure out which one I liked best for the next several weeks, and very helpful when I had a change of heart and decided to switch colors shortly after the order was placed. Just an A+ experience all around, they were awesome.

Just like everyone else here, we had a wonderful buying experience. very knowledgeable, patient and no-pressure sales environment. Even if you dont buy here, you should come here to check out competition and what a good sales process is supposed to look like. We had a custom bed and custom topper and Andy went above and beyond for us to check into everything (and more) about the custom order. Mind you mattresses are never cheap but Id like to mention that we went to Urban mattress, who were equally nice and informative, but prices were higher for a less customizable product, less organic, and less latex. For less money we were able to get a full latex mattress at The Natural Sleep Store versus at Urban mattress it was more money to get the full latex mattress. Unfortunately we bought a bed thats supposed to last 15-20+ years, so if the store is still around our next mattress will be from the Natural Sleep Store for sure. Thanks for all your help Andy!

After 3 nights we are very happy with the comfort and support. The assembly was not difficult--took less than 30 minutes by following the direction. An added benefit to the build it at home mattress is that well be able change the firmness in the future if we feel like it. Super happy.

We bought our Bella Sera latex mattress and woolly bolas pillows from the Ft. Collins location before it closed. Wonderfully helpful salesperson even when we had to modify the mattress a little since we initially went too firm. Great delivery and set up too. Love my woolly bolas pillow even though I was a lifetime down pillow person.

Buying a mattress from The Natural Sleep Store was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. My sleep was seriously suffering after giving birth to twins and I needed a new mattress to help with my aches and pains. I chose a Bella Sera Nove 3 mattress and I could not be happier. Strange situation...these guys forgot to charge my card when they shipped out my mattress. Thats fine, mistakes happen. But instead of contacting me about it, or letting the mattress arrive and then collecting payment after, they decided to cancel my delivery at the very last minute (they must have realized they forgot to charge me, and panicked). The mattress was supposed to arrive on a Monday and we had been planning for it. The company cancelled the delivery late Sunday night (they didnt tell me about any of this, I found out through UPS when the mattress didnt arrive). I guess they thought that I am some kind of scammer or thief, even though they were the ones who didnt charge my card! Definitely a missed opportunity on their part to have a customer for life, because the way you choose to act in the face of a mistake tells a lot about your business. Too bad!

Andy was great to work with. We came in last spring, tried out a bunch of beds, and then talked over options with him based on what we liked. He gave us some written material and we decided to think it over for a bit. Checked out normal mattresses and mattress stores which were just gross, looked up his pricing to compare and he came in below the internet, which was pretty cool. We had a couple of positive employment developments this fall and decided to pull the cord. We went back in and tried things out again, then decided to make the purchase. There was a nice young guy working there, and he was a bit unsure how to process our transaction, which was kind of nervewracking as it was like $3k and we were also applying for a bit of financing. We decided to return the next day and finalize things with Andy, which went e-z-peazy. The bed came in after 2-3 weeks as promised and Andy delivered it on a Saturday amidst his own move, and helped me set it up after carrying the pieces up three floors. Excellent.The bed itself is awesome and was totally worth all the thought and work. Glad to have worked with Andy through the whole process, aside from a minor bump at the point of sale.
