Great place to put your car on a lift for an hour or two if youd like to change your own oil or do some repairs. (I like knowing what goes in my crankcase and not getting oversold on things I dont need.) They have a lot of tools available in each bay, and even some hoses/filters in case you grabbed the wrong one while you were in a hurry at the auto parts store.

This was my first time at DIY Auto and I will definitely be coming back. I love the whole concept of renting a fully stocked bay with a lift by the hour. Mars welcomed me in and showed me around and was more than helpful anytime I needed something, really good people that you can trust here. No drama, it’s everything they advertise it to be. Whether you want to do it yourself, have them help you, or just want them to handle the whole repair I would go check them out, 5 star business for sure

If you are familiar with the auto hobby shops on military bases, youll love this place. For everyone else, youll love this place!Kelly runs a great shop where you can book your appointment online and plan ahead to make it efficient and cost-effective. They also have arrangements with local suppliers to get the parts you need at a great price. Each lift bay has the tools youll need for most jobs and they provide special tools, advice and assistance whenever necessary. My sons and I have been there several times and we will definitely return. If you want to save yourself a lot of money and either learn or pass on some self-reliant skills, this is the place to go!

I was originally recommended this shop because I had bought brakes a couple years ago and finally needed them installed. This shop can either do it for you or you can rent out a space. They cant do a hybrid model (I buy the parts, they put them in - totally understandable), but once they quoted me a price, it was still worth going there vs my local garage - they quoted me $60 less. They were friendly, professional, and I finally felt like I wasnt being swindled. The mechanic even offered to show me how to do my own oil change/brakes next time I need them! Ill be back!

Beyond thrilled I found this place! Desperately needed an oil change and brake pads replaced. I called and they were able to get me in so fast. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating. I definitely would recommend!

I by luck found this place when trying to figure out where to do a complete brake and rotor replacement. Kelly was the one who set up my appointment and made sure I had all the parts needed for the next day instillation. She was absolutely fantastic! Her and Charles ( Im pretty sure thats his name) were beyond amazing. They helped with any issues I had, answered all my questions and checked on me multiple time stop see how everything was going. They are incredibly friendly and hard working and made my experience at their business an enjoyable one! I will be going there from now on! I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Clean work bays with plenty of tools. Excellent staff who are there to answer questions or even lend a hand for extra. All the mechanics I interacted with were very friendly. My new go to location for working on my vehicles when I need a lift or assistance.

Freakin amazing shop and tbh the price is not bad at all on all levels of the diying be it complete DIY or help or have them do it compleatly. Parts a decently priced too. Got a quote for 100% them doing it plus part to swap my a/c condenser and a/c compressor and fround it to be 1/2 the price of anywhere else ive checked

DIY is my trusted shop for all my vehicle mechanical needs. I have been coming here for years. Ive done the bay rental, where you work on your own and the assist. Which is where you have a certified mechanic assisting/guiding you and just dropping it off and letting them handle it. My entire family now brings their vehicle for simple maintenance to heavy work. Never disappointed.

This place is amazing, if you are an amateur mechanic and need to work on your vehicle for a few hours in a place packed with pretty much everything you need this is the place. The staff is amazing from the front counter to the mechanics in the backand, they are all very helpful.

This was my first time using the DIY Auto repair shops. I was very surprised to find every bay had its own tool box with everything you would need, to work on your vehicle.The shop was heated with plenty of room. The staff was nice and helpful. I will definitely use their shop again.They also carry the BG products, which are really good.

This place is the absolute best! I cant believe I hadnt discovered DIY Auto Repair Shops sooner. They have everything you need for you to do your own work, and help when you need it. Their price points are reasonable, staff and mechanics are helpful, and they didnt even charge me when I damaged a roll punch with a bit too enthusiastic application of force.The only negative is that it can be a bit hard to locate. Maps directions sent me to the back side of the building, and the shop entrance and sign are tucked away in a corner of the industrial strip.

Charles and Kelly are just amazing. Even with the shop at about 90% completion after relocation, their shop and employees provided 110% of everything anyone could possibly need. Incredibly helpful with knowledgeable coaching and hands on assistance as needed. Weather running to pick up parts you need or extreme flexibility in honoring hours needed to complete an underestimated projects requirements, I cant rave enough about their business model and the way they accommodate unforeseen needs. This new facility is fantastic. Well definitely continue to do our automotive work @ DIY Auto Repair and highly suggest them to anyone and everyone.

Awesome sauce!! When i was a kid, my dad would take me on post (military base) and they had this mechanix shop where they would rent you a bay and provide tools and services. I have enjoyed auto work since then, and have been burdened by doing work on my back and improvising and borrowing tools since we moved from that military instillation and the ones in CO dont have them. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and plan on returning and sending friends. The crew is great. Very insightful and quick witted.

This place is great! 1st time here. Did an assisted strut & shock replacement and alignment. The whole car lifts, professional grade tools/equipment and ASE expertise made the work so much easier! It is totally worth it and I’ll definitely be returning for future repair jobs!

Awesome place if you want to work on your car! No more crawling around on the floor, freezing in the winter, sweating in the summer, trying to get up off of a crawler...you know what Im talking about! Charles and crew are very helpful and want you to succeed with your repair. Just needed my wheels balanced and then mounting them without bending over was a great relief! If you own a vehicle and do not already have a service plan with a dealership or other repair facility, you should definitely talk to these folks. Charles, Frank, and the rest of the team are excellent and have vast auto repair knowledge and are wonderful to work with. Ive visited DIY Auto Repair twice now for repair projects that I largely tackled myself, but with the excellent aid of the shops lift, air and other tools, and some key hands-on assistance when I got stuck a few times during the repairs. However, knowing what I know now, I will also take my vehicle to these folks for more difficult repairs that I cannot perform myself, and I wont be worried about someone trying to over-sell me on a repair job or give me auto repair advice that is not genuine. Great folks, great shop, and a great resource in the Denver metro area for all things involving auto repair!

Really a great place to work on your vehicle.They have about everything you need for any repair or service.This week, a tow hitch, next week replacing break pads & shoes. Yes, I have changed them under the shade tree before, but a nice warm service bay sure beats working in the snow at 21 degrees. I will be back.....

I was very pleased with having a great option to work on my vehicle that allowed me to have access to a lift. I had to replace the brake pads and rotors, doing it on the ground, in January, did not excite me. The staff were great, as was having access to tools. I will be using DIY again whenever I need to repair my vehicles

I cant recommend this place enough. Ive been going here on and off since late 2016. Saying the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful is an understatement. No shop will ever compare to this place.If you like working on your own vehicle but dont have tools, a lift, or just might need help, look no further. Just call them, you will be happy you did.

I am from out of state and don’t have a garage to do my own maintenance. It was nice going to a warm shop with a lift. I paid for an hour on the lift and wad able to change the oil and rotate tires on my ‘17 WRX STI. The owner helped me put my car on the lift and other than that I just got to spend an hour working on my car.Each bay had a full toolbox with everything I needed, including an air-impact which made tire rotation a snap. It was a great experience and I would recommend this shop to anyone.They also offer the option to do the work for you of you prefer not to work on your own car.

Installed a lift kit on my Ranger here. Couple things went wrong and I had no idea how to fix them. Charles was the only technician in the shop and was already helping 2 other people with big projects but he made the time to come over and help me. If it werent for him I probably wouldve had to get it towed to a dealer for them to fix. Probably wont be going back just because it gave me a new appreciate for technicians and Id rather just spend the money lol

Very good place to do your own auto repairs, very helpful and all the tools you need, and if something is over your head the will do the repairs at a reasonable price.

I had a great experience using a bay for 4 hrs to replace the fuel pump in my 1999 Blazer LT. Will use again to try my hand at replacing 21 suspension components next!

Wow! The customer service here treats you like family. I had to replace and upgrade my suspension (front and back). They were super helpful and very understanding when I had some surprise problems with the installation. They even brought me a plate of food when I was working my butt off the last day. Charles and Kelly are super awesome!

Wonderful service! We were looking for a dependable mechanic now that we moved from out of state and found mountain view auto. Not only was it a fair price for the diagnostic, but they went above and beyond to take care of the issue we had (water pump, gasket, and transmission leak). Fair pricing considering they had all the work done within a day of bringing it in. Thank you guys for everything!

I needed to do an oil change to my 2016 Chevy Equinox AWD 2.4 4 Cylinder. The Chevy Dealer over-torqued my drain plug bolt. I’ve used DIY to do Self Service repairs on my Pick Up Truck That I used to own.DIY has 3 levels of service.You do your work!You & DIY Tech do your work!(This is what I did on my Pick Up)DIY does the work and orders the correct parts.Your probably asking yourself,The Dealer charges a few Dollars more, they are under warranty.My point is if you are physically able,& don’t mind getting your hands dirty.You save, about 30-50% DIY!I’m a 67 Year old Retired Guy!This is important to me!

Go nowhere else! These folks are THE BEST!Came in 10 min before close. Needed a bolt drilled out. Not only did they get the bolt out, they cleaned the hole with the exact right tap, and sent the tap with me!They helped me so much, I went back to the Autozone that tried to help me and told them to refer everyone to DIY Auto Repair. The Autozone guy said hes going here for his own vehicle, and referring everyone else!Its an hour from my house, and Im going back to do my brakes! Thats how good they are.

Great place who are curious about their cars but cannot own a lift to play around! Will keep going here. Dont let your mechanic rip you off, go and inspect your car issue yourself. There are tons of YouTube videos on cars, first inspect the issue yourself irrespective of weather you can fix it or not, this will save you a lot of money when you fix it yourself or ask a mechanic to do it for you.

Charles and Kelly are AMAZING. These folks saved my bacon on a suspension swap on my #ZombieGX. The old suspension was corroded in and took a combination of sawzall and angle grinder to remove. Charles knocked out what would have been an extraordinarily expensive repair anywhere else with efficiency and grace ... and without making me feel like a nimrod.

Ive been to DIY Auto 3x times in the past year; once to change my own oil and twice to have one of their mechanics install parts. Each time Ive been there, the owners and/or other mechanics have been honest, professional and very helpful. The work they performed was done right; no corners cut.When I came in to do my own oil change, the bay that I used was clean, well-equipped ... and warm (which is a really nice benefit in the middle of December). Each bay has a full set of tools. Its basically a full-service auto shop that will rent you a bay, if you want to do the work yourself. If you want a certified mechanic to do the work, they offer that as well. As I mentioned, theyve worked on my truck twice and have done the work by the book; the way it should be done. I have found their pricing to be absolutely fair.I can recommend DIY Auto without any hesitation. They are my go-to shop for any work on my vehicles.

Im honestly disappointed. I have gone to DIY in the past to work on my old truck. My experience then was great. However I stopped going because my new apartment let me work on my car in the parking area. Now Ive moved again and cant work on my car. Ive called three times in the past week trying to schedule an appointment but I cant get ahold of anyone. I call, it rings, goes to voicemail saying to leave a message but no one calls me back. I tried using their web form with the same result. Im happy to change my review but I really just want to work on my car.

Kelly and Charles are both great. I was stranded with a non starting vehicle and they both were so helpful. Kelly is a paralegal too and she helped me understand the documentation on my car.Cant say enough about how professional they are.

DIY is an awesome shop with amazing owners! They always complete their requests in a timely fashion and take the time to educated you and work with you on what may be wrong with your vehicle. They are great automotive detectives and work tirelessly to resolve any issues. Payment is easy, scheduling is usually available within a few days, and the owners are extremely helpful. My daughter and I went in to replace the engine splash shield and a piece of the front bumper on our 2013 VW Jetta. Karen was friendly and professional and moved us through the initial orientation and safety briefing (5 mins) very quickly and thoroughly.The bay was clean and we had all the tools we needed to complete the job. The mechanic on staff was there to help as we needed and orient us to power tools that we hadnt used before.Overall, it was a great experience. When my daughter found out how much we saved versus having a body shop do this for us, she said We should learn how to do more car stuff and do it here!

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Lots of options to get/do your own repair work. Lots of experienced employees that can help you out when you’ve got a weird problem or a simple question. The space is kept in great shape, it’s in doors and cooled, with a lift. I got my big ol lifted F-150 in there and was able to get lots of work done.Really impressed, and there’s nothing like knowing your vehicle is maintained correctly by doing it yourself with an experienced mechanic explaining why and that it is correct. Customer service was exceptional. Helpful when needed and absent when not. Very clean shop, 5 bays with good lifts. Good quality tools, not harbor freight etc.I changed out the center link on my car and they performed an alignment. Good quality computerized alignment rig too. In and out in less than 2 hours.

Just letting the management know that their phone is showing up as disconnected. Been calling trying to set up an appointment for today and still no luck.

I always have them fix it, and they always do a great job. When I had to fix my car myself to save some money, they assisted me with a few steps and I did save a lot from labor. Overall a great experience with DIY!

I was very impressed yet again with DIY! These guys are friendly, professional and make it a cinch to complete big jobs. The bays are clean and they have just about every tool you’d need to complete a job. I just had my Excursion in and they had plenty of room even for a beast like I drive. The same joe that took an hour and a half would have taken all day in my driveway. I will keep coming back!

This was the second time I have used this facility and it does not disappoint. Everything I needed to work on my Toyota FJ Cruiser was readily available along with techs to answer some of my dumb questions and provide a little assistance when I ran into a small problem. Great group of folks that are on top of everything. Bays are clean, tools I needed were at the ready and they have a selection of stuff in the event you should forget something from lubes to oil to nuts and bolts. I feel confident that I can get the work done that I need to with all the resources that are available to me.

Love this place and will certainly be back again. Charles took care of my 4runner after there was a mishap with the alignment and the price was very fair. My only feedback is maybe there is a way for people to become certified on the lifts because having to ask someone everytime you want to make an adjustment to it is pretty tedious.
