I wound up breaking down in Denver a week after buying a new car! I was so stressed, I thought I would be stranded or at least without a car for at least a week. But I called in and immediately was met with really kind, caring, and fast customer service. Had my vehicle towed in and they took a look at it that afternoon and had the vehicle in for work the next day. Im sure nothing would have been so fast had I not been from out of town, but thats also my point here. I really felt valued as a customer and taken care of. Its scary to be stranded in a new city, but luckily CNS transmission had me on my way so quickly. Also I worked with three people (whos names im sorry to say I missed), an older woman, and older man, and a younger man (along with a very cute dog), and every single one of these people was professional and friendly. Thank you CNS transmission! I would absolutely recommend, just for personability alone

These guys are the ultimate professionals. Very transparent with work that needs to get done vs. whats recommended and very reasonably priced. I trust them not only to do transmission work, but any auto work my car needs.

If you are in the Denver/Aurora area..have to give a shout out to CNS Transmission. Seriously..fix your car there. Took the truck in and was anticipating a long day sitting in a (very clean and comfy) waiting area..they had me out under time and for less than I thought it would be.Was shown the parts being replaced and he explained why my brakes werent making the squealing sound but grinding instead.Its hard as a female to find a mechanic that doesnt treat you like an idiot based on your gender, and they listen every time to what I have to say. Love this place..a good mechanic is a great sense of security when you have to haul heavy stuff on the freeway frequently! We have been there multiple times and have never been disappointed in the service. Will never take my truck anywhere else!

Had my transmission replaced here and immediately had an issue with it not shifting into passing gear so I took it back and they said my throttle body needed to be replaced, I replaced it and still had the issue, took it back and they said there was nothing they could do. Took it to another shop and found out that the transmission case was cracked and was leaking fluid at the cooler lines which they replaced as well. If they had taken 2 minutes to look at it they would have seen it but they didnt. I do not recommend this shop at all

Got work done here on both my truck and my car.First time here my car had randomly broke down something to do with the clutch Im a delivery driver so not having my car means no cash flow and I could only afford half of the bill but they worked with me put my truck down as collateral so that way I could use my car to make money to pay them off and they worked with me the whole time.They also helped me getting my truck to pass emissions on time before it got towed for no valid platesAnd now fixing my car after theyre closed to help me out love these guys been missing the sound of my subs for weeks now😭😁Overall a great good priced place to get work done

I was in Denver visiting a friend and something went awry with my transmission. I looked to have my Jeep towed to Oklahoma to get to someone known and trusted...$2000 tow fee using AAA....I once given a referral by a resident so Monday am I called...this company was closed Monday and I had to return home to work. I google searched. I wish I could remember the name of the company I called, as they too deserve props, ...but I was referred to CNS...I called and was assured they would give immediate assistance once my Jeep arrived. They were true to their word every step of the way. I was on the road within 3 hours and the price was very reasonable. I have absolutely NO complaints!! This is a professional shop with integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend CNS Transmissions. They are the real deal. Thank you!

Had trouble on vacation. They worked me in found no issues with transmission didnt charge me a dime. This after driving it couple times and doing computer analysis. Cant give a ten or I would.

This place is awesome! We were driving back home to Montana and our transmission started slipping, we took it here and they got us right in and didnt even charge us to fill up the transmission fluid. They are hard workers and very friendly I would recommend going here.

I had CNS rebuild the transmission in my old van. They built it better than Ford did at the plant. A couple days after it was done it slipped thru second. They got on it immediately and got the repair done within a few hours. It has worked fine ever since. Highly recommend because of good work and great customer service should something go wrong.

50/50 on staff asking if you need assistance. Could use more smaller quantity size pet supplies. Please spend the time to teach employees working in an area whats what. most seem to be trained enough to stock thus your patentionaly missing a lot of sales

Everyone else said it was a exhaust valve and itd be around 3200 to repair. these guys had it 5 minutes tops and found the loose spark plug. so incredibly grateful to find a honest shop.Thank you!

Rebuilt better then new! Transmission now has solid smooth shifts and customer service was excellent and quick.

Still finding loose bolts after my $2000 repair and that’s after the second time I brought it in because the first repair wasn’t finished which left me on the side of the road. He swore that all the new cars won’t go in reverse and just keep driving it. Next thing I know my clutch is to the floor and I’m stuck on the side of the road. Brought it back for adjustments and he obviously rushed it putting things back togather. All the intake Bolts, lower control arm and throttle body were loose. Plus during the initial fix they wld say they wld be done then it wld go a day and wldnt hear anything so I wld have to call and see when I cld pick it up and they keep saying “call this afternoon”. Was quoted a three day job ended up being a week. Amateur hour on the business ethics.

This business doesnt stand behind its work, they also have bad reviews with the BBB, and Angies list for worst repair shops in Colorado!
