It was a bit pricey in my opinion but everything is pretty expensive nowadays and it was quite a bit of work done on the car. The reason for the 5 stars is for getting it done ahead of time and they got me back on the road to drive for Lyft before the Halloween rush. I will definitely recommend them for their super speedy and friendly service
Cody is always professional, friendly, and willing to help in anyway he can. Not to mention, the service is always top notch and reliable. I can’t recommend them enough!
Caesar and his team always professionals. They identified a left ball joint damage on my Chevy Colorado (low mileage) and resolved. Damage was due to hitting large concrete debris construction while RV towing in St. Louis MO. Planning a trip to FL in December; glad they discovered it.
Great service every time. The only place I take my car for service.
The Manager Ceasar and his mechanics are great. They always get me in fast. All work done is done when promised. Ceasar always lets me know if I need any extra work done before they do it. Been a customer here for 20 plus years and plan on always using Colorado Land and Tire forever. For good service and fair prices go use this shop.
Employees wouldnt give me simple answers that other mechanics could unless I brought my car in and paid for inspection. They then quoted me $700 for an alternator replacement, which I got quoted multiple other places for less than $300. Seems like a bunch of dudes who dont really know anything and charge amazingly ridiculous prices.Like I said, $700 for something that was less than half of that at 5 other shops.
I took my 1992 red chevy pickup in to have the rear axle seats replaced. They made quick work of the repair. I had a rear braking issue that they could not pinpoint. I took the truck in a separate time for the brakes. They did not charge me.
Recently took a subaru for brakes and honda for regular maintenance here because its close to home. Good communication, decent prices, quick turnaround! I DID find cheaper tires at discount tire, but for everything else, Ill keep coming to Coloradoland
I’m I caught them in a lie they possibly check my car told me that my gearbox was going out lol I just replaced my gearbox like a week ago that’s why I didn’t understand lol told me my suspension was going out my suspensions was done a month ago told me I need new tires I bought my tires and rental will brand new they told me everything that I replaced the rating that I needed it again I really don’t recommend nobody unless you could tell right away they wouldn’t steal from people I wonder how many people I wonder how many people they like to lol
We have used ColoradoLand at this location for over 10 years. The guys are honest and reliable. Cesar gets everything done!💯😉
Editing my previous review to 5/5. Turns out my rear shocks were faulty and shouldnt have work out as quickly as they did. These guys talked to the vendor and got them replaced for free under warranty even though I was a couple thousand miles outside of warranty. Great shop, friendly, helpful, would come back again.
This is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a tire repair shop. The first bad experience I had with them was when I told them I had a nail in my tire. They took my car for over 4 hours, and once I got it back they informed me that they had not found any nail. I had to provide photo evidence of the nail in my tire before they would even properly look at it.The second bad experience happened yesterday when my girlfriend brought in her car to get a nail removed from her tire. They said they removed the nail and charged us for the service. While on our road trip today, our tire went completely flat on the high way. Luckily there was a Discount Tire nearby, and they took us immediately. They looked at the same tire that was supposedly fixed yesterday; however, the nail was still in there.Their technicians either refuse to fix tires, or they blatantly lie about the service they provided. They are rude and unsocialized. The manager gave me a refund and was nice enough, but I can’t recommend this place to anybody.
Got my car in at exactly the scheduled time. Fast and professional. Good customer service.
Ive been going to these guys since I moved to DTC in 2015, and theyve always done right by me. I was a little concerned when a new management team took over, because I had liked the old guys so much, but I neednt have worried. Cesar is always open, honest, and so easy to work with, and the techs Ive met are just the same. When I needed new brakes but wasnt going to be able to afford them all at once, Taylor answered all my questions, walked me through what needed to be done soon, what could wait, and how long it could wait. I really appreciated those couple extra minutes he spent with me. I always come away feeling like the folks here are about the work and the people, never about the money, and thats what keeps me going back, despite having moved to the far side of the city.
Top of the line. Been coming here for 10+ years.
Good service and they stay very busy.
Awesome! Skip the dealership, prices and service are better here!!!
Friendly and efficient. Brought my daughters flat tire in. They were able to diagnose a nail puncture and had it patched in 30 min.
Quick to service and even quicker to please, these guys will get you the info you need and in and out of there in a snap. Recommended for any car or truck services you might need.
Great guys that do a great job!
I forgot to leave this review a month or 2 back. I want to thank Cesar for all of his hard work and communication after replacing a flat tire free of charge and putting on my spare. I wanted to give them some business and ended up buying 4 brand new tires for my bright green Jeep Wrangler. Great place with great staff, thanks again Cesar
These guys are wonderful! They helped us out when my daughters car broke down. Definitely use them again!
I had a problem with my truck and it woulds not start. I took it into coloradoland Tire and Service and talk to a gentleman named Cody he told me that they were busy but he would definitely get to it before the day was over. I went back to work and got a call in the afternoon that he had finished early and it wasnt even the starter that was bad it was just some wiring going to it he quoted a price of 300 plus and my total bill when I left was only $130. I know $130 is still a fair amount of money but yet having my truck running and starting all the time is priceless thanks again Cody I will always bring my truck back to you guys.
DO NOT GO HERE. Took my car in to fix the wheel bearing. We were told they would replace the old spindle with a new one. Not only is the “new” spindle OLDER than the one that was broken (it’s covered in rust) but now all of a sudden, 6 miles after driving the car from the shop, there’s a transmission issue??? This place is EVERYTHING you fear about sketchy mechanics. Not to mention they were very rude about the entire situation.
This shop is hit or miss. They’ve done some small work for me at no cost. Prices are usually pretty reasonable. But I’ve also taken it there and they’ve been downright rude(seems to mostly be when they’re busy).
Weve bought both my tires and my husbands tires here. Both times theyve met and beat competitors prices. Theyve been fast, reliable and kind. There definitely earned our business and recommendation.
Unbelievably great service and professionalism!I recently got a flat in early morning and needed a new tire.Unfortunately, I absolutely needed my car for work that day and after dropping it off using the overnight key slot, Adam was able to get me in first thing when the shop opened at 7:30am. I was at work with a brand new tire by 8:30am. They were lifesavers.Awesome tire shop! Highly recommend it!
Great honest service. Would highly recommend.
Great guys! Very knowledgeable about what needs to be done to keep your car running smoothly.
Ceasar is a helpful and friendly soul. I would definitely consider this business next time I need tires!
Coloradoland has always demonstrated to me outstanding customer service. Where most tire shops were just trying to sell me new tires for damaged ones, Coloradoland always went above and beyond to resolve my tire problems. I needed 4 new tires, and not only did they help me find a great, affordable deal, but they also opened up a bay when they had a full schedule, and installed them for me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.
Great and honest services for years except unwelcoming staff at the front desk. He needs to warm up a bit during greeting/conversation. Manager seems wouldn’t do anything about it. :/
Needed new battery installed. Good customer service. I will return for future needs.
Awesome service. Had starter issues, they came and towed my car, worked on it days before they said they could even look at it! Fixed the issue and worked with me cause I work weird hours. I haven’t even physically met anyone except the tow driver. This was awesome! Thank you!
Took my 2003 Subaru Outback here for about 5 years with no issues; former manager Sean was great. In March of this year (post their management change) took car in for catalytic converter replacement; from the get-go it was making noise so took it back after a week and was assured everything was okay. Have had trouble with car since, especially in the mountains. Finally took it to dealership to see what was going on and was informed wrong part and worst install we have seen (quoting dealer). This is supposed to be under warranty. Coloradoland offered to replace with Subaru part (instead of after-market part) and to replace transmission mount they said was an issue (dealer did not note this as problem). I do not want them to work on my car again so no refund for any portion of expensive job.As requested, I responded to the corporate email address on August 27 with my contact information and availability (not available over the Labor Day weekend). Have not heard a word from them. After contact with corporate, they have treated me right and refunded my money.
Coloradoland off Quincy is amazing! The service manager, Joe, was so helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me with new tires and brakes. It was a very smooth process and overall great experience!
They have always been great! Arent overly pricey and let you know what you need to do vs what you can wait a little while on. Appreciate their truthfulness on the car issues since many places take advantage of the fact that most people dont know a ton about cars.
Ive been going here for years now when I need a mechanic or an oil change. Ive never bought tires here. The manager Sean is very fair and actually looks out for the customer. His prices are competitive, often beating other local mechanics closer to Denver. (Ive shopped around.)I know when I go here, Im not getting ripped off. They do run a business, so sometimes theyll suggest things that are nice-to-have, but not necessary. If you let them know its important to keep costs down, theyll identify which issues are a must.Their website also has good coupons, making their prices even more competitive.
I took my Subaru there this week. It was in really rough shape and they tried to take advantage of that. They told me that I needed to pay them $1100 for new brakes, pads, calipers, etc. I thought that was weird because I had my brakes done four months ago and had new tires put on two days before I took it here. I asked the tire dudes about my brakes and they said that they had a lot on them still. We weren’t about to pay that amount for an old car so my husband bought parts for $350 to do himself. We got my car home, he rips it apart and my brakes are FINE! He put new caliper rods in and it drove perfectly. I took it to a shop to make sure and they said everything is good to go. This was a $100 at home fix that these a holes quoted us $1100 for!! I never write reviews but this is absurd and people need to be warned. Just stay away.
Paid for new stems with the tires, didnt get them. Not even new caps! (One was stripped, still is.)Asked for 38 psi. Got 41 in 3 tires & 45 in the fourth. My confidence and trust in this store is way low now. I was a regular customer and have bought my tires from them for 15+ years. Will have to think hard about doing so again.UPDATE: manager called and they corrected pressure/cap issues. Stems still not changed, due to cost of the sensor equipped stems. Should have been explained more clearly upfront.
Honest mechanics? They are the unicorns of auto repair.I rarely give 5 stars but these guys earned it. The managers Shawn and Adam and the entire crew have been friendly and have gone above and beyond to help people with their cars and price. After been ripped off by a few mechanics, I became a jaded driver for years. This place changed my tune as well as my car. Being a customer for two years and comparing every price and repair, this is by far the best auto shop in Denver. I drive a 16 year-old car. My car still runs and Im still have money in my account. Thanks to manager Chris, Adam and the rest of the Coloradoland team, they have a customer for life.
I cant even explain how amazing this place is! Our tire busted in the middle of our 25 hour trip home. They squeezed us into their schedule, changed our tire quick and had us on the road within the morning!
They are my go to for general up keep and maintenance. They are honest and knowledgeable. Stay on top of it they sometimes have been weeks out on oil change schedule dates. Other than that I am pleased with their services.
Needing a spare tire for a long road trip coming up, they had the tire and pressure sensor in Stock, but not a wheel. Shawn called around until we found a wheel in a price range that I was comfortable with. Very professional, I would recommend them to anyone and will come back here again for a new set.
I have a 1997 Subaru that needed front and rear axles and front brakes. Oil change and wiper blades included in price and was below the estimate given. Very good service. The car was done a day earlier then promised, and was cleaned vacuumed. I would definitely recommend Coloradoland Tire and Service to friends….
This guy tried to charge my girlfriend $140 for a front steering center link for a 1999 Grand Marquis. I searched for the part on google and the average price of the part was $50ish. I called Havana Auto Parts and they quoted $80. I understand that auto shops mark up parts but I couldnt find one that cost over $100 anywhere. On top of that, I brought the car to another shop and they said the center link was fine. Ive had good experiences with them in the past for basic services like tire repairs and oil changes but I was very disappointed with this experience.
Trill af!! I sent my girl there to get her car looked at stressing and man theyre always clutch like today! Spend your money here real talk! and God bless anyone who reads this! Peace
Great experience! Tech was personable,so I got details I wanted about my car. Also owner explained my options well so that I could make an informed decision.
Meant to write this when it happened, but better late than never. My girlfriends PT cruiser lost its power steering. I called Coloradoland and spoke with Sean. He told me it could be a handful of issues, and gave me range of quotes. She got it down there and turned out it was just a clamp broke and the hose had come unattached. Fixed it for about $100 and had it done within an hour or two. Feeling like your not going to get ripped off when going to a mechanic is a big deal. Ill take my vehicles here from now on and be fairly certain the work done is what is actually needed.
Great customer service! Had a flat tire and they were able to find the last tire in the state and on my car by the following day. They communicated progress and price is very reasonable.
Quick and easy service.
I have used them half a dozen times over the past year, and each time, they are extremely courteous, efficient, and have excellent pricing on service. Absolutely no run around.
The whole team is great. They spent extra time with me to show me the issues with my car and why. Even though they werent going to be doing the labor. I have been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks. An oil change and inspection for my Explorer, then tires for my moms Subaru, now tires for me!Sean always works with me to get it done. I will keep coming back.
I had a weird situation pop up from a snow and ice storm. The location off Quincy got my car in before
Went to Coloradoland on Saturday to get my snow tires changed over. Everything went smoothly, although I needed a TPMS replaced which I wasnt planning on, but they had one and got it done (modern cars have too much bs that can break!)After a day or so, my car was making a weird humming sound/cracking when braking at low speed. I brought the car over this morning unannounced right when they opened. They did not wait a moment before taking the car in to diagnose the issue. Everyone was very nice and apologetic, and quickly realized that I had thrown a weight. They rebalanced my tires for free, and took extra care to fix the issue. That is what I call cordial customer service, I was not charged extra for extra work, and they fixed the problem. Issues happen, good customer service does not always present itself when said issues happen. Adam and the team at Coloradoland were wonderful to work with, and they all deserve a raise for how they treat their customers. Thanks for making things right, and delivering a good experience!
I made an appointment for an oil change a week before hand. Expected the usual time for a oil change 30 to an hour. As I get in I was greeted with an employee who obviously doesnt know what customer service. I get it its an auto shop I dont expect the greatest service. After I was told it would take 2 hours for an oil change after I had made an appointment I decided to leave. If this company is anything like the customer service representative I spoke with I do not recommend their service.
My wife noticed a bulge in her front right tire and took it to Coloradoland tires down in the DTC, since that is originally where she had bought them. She was told that the tire would need to be replaced and that one of her other tires had picked up a nail. Unfortunately they no longer carried the type of tires, so she had to replace all four. The cost for the replacements and an oil change seemed fair (about $450). When she got back in her car, she noticed an envelope that contained $20 and a note that it was a start on our baby fund (she is about 27 weeks along). The consideration shown and the fair dealing we have received here in the past, is worthy of a positive review IMO. Tough to find a car shop any more where you dont feel like you have to watch your wallet when you walk in, but weve found that not to be the case here.
Used this place for oil changes and tires over the years and it seems they have gone hill! My impression is that they only take the jobs that are very easy or quick to do and bill high for.My last 2 experiences they originally said they would do the work then when I returned to pick up the vehicle was informed they werent able to get it done. Both were simple things. One of the timrs they dodnt even call to let me know they had encountered a problem I had to show up to pick up the vehicle before I found out.1 time was a headlight bulb that needed replacing.. their mechanic quoted 1.5 hours to replace and said they didnt have time... I took it to my dad and he did it in 5 minutes. The second time was to get an oil change and I was told the previous place had tightened the screw too tight and they didnt want to unscrew and become liable for any damages. It turns out they were using the wrong tool! My regular mechanic unscrewed it and put a new oil filter in about 5 minutes.I gave Coloradoland the benefit of the doubt the first time I had a bad experience but Ive noticed a pattern now and will not be back.
Fair, honest service. Have purchased tires, had struts and shocks replaced, and random routine maintenance performed. Quick, quality work every time.
The most honest mechanics in town. Adam and Shawn wont try to uncharge you and suggest services you dont need. Always upfront with cost and will give you a quote. Will go the extra hundred miles to make things right for a customer. Have taken all of my cars here since I learned how to drive 10+ years ago.
Called Saturday morning to see if I could get my flat tire fixed. Adam says he doesnt know until he sees, it... which is understandable, But he then tells me that hes very busy and If I bring the car in he can MAYBE get it done by five. While Im on hold, the service announcement brags that they will provide transportation, while your car is in the shop. But when I ask, he says NO, his shop is small and hes too busy. Well thats an encouraging thought, to sit in a tire shop all day waiting to see IF my tire can be fixed and NO ride home, AND Im disabled? This is very POOR customer service! I bought all 4 of my tires here, and my family and I have serviced our cars there for a few years, but now Im going elsewhere, and so will my family, well go to Discount Tire where my business is always appreciated. Your loss.
More than helpful at the right price. Went in with my spare wheel which had a flat on it and an extra tire that was given to me. Did not notice that the height was 5 more than all of my others which is important for my all wheel drive vehicle. They called and informed me of this but I was not ready to pay for a new tire so I asked that they put the higher tire on still so I could use it for a short period of time incase of emergency. An hour later they called me to tell me that my tire was done and that they found a used tire the same size as my others that was close to the condition of the one I brought in (which actually turned out to be a lot newer and had a lot more tread than the one I brought) and they had put it on at no extra charge! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place that knows how to treat their customers and I will definitely be back.
Shean and Adam ! All these guys are great! Only place I trust in Denver! They will tell you straight up and fix the problem right the first time! I refer all my friends here!
Very respectable shop. Timely service at a reasonable price.
Patched my tire for free! Friendly service! Will be returning!
I had a flat tire on my Scion xB. Took to Shawn at ColoradoLand on E. Quincy for repair. The tire sidewall was damaged beyond repair. Could not find a replacement because the tires were purchased in Canada two years ago!! Amazingly enough Shawn found a match and had it mounted and back on my vehicle in a few hours. And all that while he was totally busy with other customers with scheduled appointments. This kind of service is amazing!!. I highly recommend ColoradoLand tire. They went out of their way to assist me. So basically; I got excellent customer service and great value for my money! Thanks!
Great place, know how to take care of clients and they are great professionals.
These guys are great, super friendly and fast - they do get busy, so make sure to call ahead!
My favorite auto repair! Got the starter replaced in my jeep in one day with no appointment!
Honest and helpful, I always take my car here and Ive always had a positive experience.
Shawn went above and beyond to ensure that I got a good price and my car was repaired on time despite some difficulties that were out of his control. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely be coming back.
5+ star rating...would give them a 10 ifpossible! Coloradoland Tire at 1800 Quincy in Denver cant be beat! These guys rock!! From the bottom of my heart... Thank you Shawn and company for being first class lifesavers!!Recently had an emergency flat tire in Denver. I live 4 + hours away and pulled into the first tire place I saw. Tires Plus made me wait1 1/2 hours to check my tire. Put on my donut..said my tire was unfixable and wanted me to buy a new tire for 267.00.Decided to get a second opinion. Luckily..I called Coloradoland Tire on 1800 Quincy in Denver. Even though it was close to closing time.. the manager Shawn told me to bring it on in. He carefully checked my tire for leaks..Pulled out 5 + nails and repaired my unfixable tire after hours no less in less than 30 minutes. Another customer also had a late emergency they worked on by mine. These guys stayed late with smiles on their faces and treated this customer with top notch customer service! I want to commend their honesty, integrity, and top notch customer service going above and beyond the call of duty. Its a rarity these days!! I will never go anywhere else if I ever need repairs in Denver Co.Thank you SO MUCH!!!.Kim Loflin
Good guys. They are honest and will treat you right.
Worst experience ever visiting an auto repair shop! I requested a simple oil change that I was overcharged for. I should have gone to a VW dealership for a better rate. When my oil change was completed I picked up my car to realize my dashboard was blinking 20 mph hour consistently while driving. I must mention, this happened the last time I had an oil change at this shop and it was quickly addressed. However, this time when I returned a surly mechanic drove my car and realized that the light would blink at 20mph and stated there was nothing he could do about it and he was not responsible and abruptly proceeded back to the shop leaving my door open and engine running. Then, an individual came out requesting that I provide a VW manual in order to address the issue. Unfortunately my manual was at home and I decided to have a competent mechanic address the minor issue. Given that there are so many mechanic shops adjacent to the DTC area, I would recommend you thoroughly do your homework before taking your car to Coloradoland Tire and Service at 8000 East Quincy Avenue.
I had my car vandalized and my two front tires slashed. The guys here replaced my tires within an hour of my walking into their shop, and they were super nice about it. I would go back again!
Awesome place, great work and honest guys!
Wonderful, honest people. Thank you Shawn, Edward and Adam!
Great service. They helped me out with a flat.
Expensive. Wanted to charge 250 for something that I did in 5 min
Quick fast service for an emergency tire replacement!
MiNice friendly
Great place, know how to take care of clients
Sorry excuse for a service station...i asked for a simple tire repair no vehicles outside the lot and was told they were booked the rest the rest of the day???,.... _aay thanks for the service guys
Had a flat, they put my spare on so I could go about my day while they waited for the tire. They kept the punctured tire and the rim so when I went back it was ready to go, just had to be swapped with the spare. Friendly customer service too!
They are just way horrible and rude!
I had an appointment at1230 pm but ended up dropping it off at 8am they were nice and didn’t even blink about the early drop off, and even though I told him he didn’t need to call when it was done ( I was picking up after work) they still left me a voicemail. Very professional and friendly. I will use them again.
