Addison Auto Repair and Body Shop was wonderful! I brought my car in after it was hit from behind in an accident. At first they thought my car was totaled but, Seth understood my love for my Liberty. He searched everywhere to make sure the parts were available so Libbie wouldn’t be totaled. I really appreciated this, and also appreciated the communication. They really keep you informed. Getting the car back completely detailed was a cherry on top! Highly impressed and very grateful for the amazing customer service and to have my Liberty back home with me!

I had a great experience with Addison Auto! Jake was super helpful in dealing with my insurance company and making sure my car was repaired as quickly as possible since I needed it for work. I also worked with Diana in the office and she is very friendly! I really appreciated the shuttle service to drop off and pick up my car--it saved a lot of headache. They did an amazing job on my chevy traverse. I brought it in after I was hit front bumper so the front of car looked like it had a broken jaw. But after Addison fixed it she was good as new again even washed the car for finishing touches and i received my car a day earlier than expected. Thank you so much for your services.

Had over $1600 worth of hail damage repaired on a new car and now my hood is uneven. Left two messages and still have not received a call back about this issue. Again, it’s a brand new car. Never been in an accident only hail damage.Very frustrating. Will not go here again.

Do NOT GO HERE. My experience at Addison auto has been the absolute worst body repair experience I have ever had in my life. I repeat: DO NOT GO HERE.They told me the repair would take 2 weeks and it has taken 2 months. They have upcharged by 30-40% on everything compared to what you can find anywhere else. I have no idea how this place has any good reviews.They have done a terrible job with communication. I have had to show up over the last two months to get any real updates.They broke my front grill during assembly, and won’t replace it. A $150 part on a $7000 job. They decided to “trust their tech” over me. I have been nothing but patient and honest with them and they think I’d lie to them to short them $150 on $7000? That’s absurd.The paint work is subpar. I am finding hidden imperfections the more I look.I feel bad for the service advisor who worked with me. There was nothing he could do as his leadership wouldn’t take responsibility and the techs wouldn’t either. He was the only person there who was an actual genuine person.If you have the choice, don’t go here. The quality of the work is non existent. The service is the worst ever and you will be left with a vehicle that is not actually repaired. This has been the biggest let down after reading so many positive reviews Initially.Happy to adjust this review if they own up to the poor quality job they have done.

There were some parts that were hard find during the Pandemics global supply chain strain, but Seth and the Addison Team tracked down the parts and kept me updated. We were in an accident and needed some body work. The after hours customer service representative with our insurance recommended a different spot. We got the estimate done and just felt.. unsure. We called our broker and he recommended Addison. He said that he rarely has a customer call back to let him know about an excellent experience, but he has had multiple people call about Addison Auto to tell him what a great job they did.So we took it in for an estimate. Jake was amazing, thoroughly explained his estimate, how it was done, how it could change based on what it looks like when they take it apart, and that the work is Subaru Certified and follows the repair guidelines. from Subaru. He scheduled and gave us a two week time wait time.When I brought the car in, the shop gave me a shuttle ride home. I got almost daily updates, and direct calls about any change in repairs or timeline. The shop is a bit short staffed, and they called to tell us it may be an extra day or two, which normally would have been fine, we just happened to have some family circumstances that we needed to travel back to my wife’s home state.I told them that’s okay if they need, but to let me know a few days in advance for sure in case I needed to book a rental.They worked really hard and made sure the car was completed on time.The work looks excellent, the service was exceptional, and though we hope to not need body work ever again in our lives there would be no question that we would use Addison Auto again ever time.Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed

I am disabled and my Mom is disabled. It is against the Law for anyone at any time for any reason to be abusive in any way, shape or form to someone who is Disabled. Dirk at Addison Auto Body was verbally abusive to me over the phone while I was driving there and when we got there, he was again verbally abusive in person to us both. Diana the front desk manager did an excellent job after I told her not to yell at me through the phone while she was trying to do her job. They are very fortunate to have an employee such as her. Tony is newly hired there. He does okay, but no one backed me up about the total lack of good communication and fair-minded customer service going on there throughout this repair facility. Im not sure how they ever got to be AAA approved ?!?!! It looks clean in all their photos online, but........The scheduled repair take in time was sent to me continually via text message and kept changing repeatedly continuously throughout the course of days, hours, weeks. It was very confusing to be continuously texted in such a manner as this especially during all the rush of traffic we have in this city these days. What are they trying to do...Create more business for themselves?!!??!!!!There are places on my vehicle and factors that got missed and overlooked. And on top of it all to be treated with such disrespect before I even dropped it off, all throughout the repair process and again upon being there with my dear Mom to assist in the drive away to pick it up was shameful and shockingly embarrassing. My Mom thought it was never going to end. I even warned them upon entry with my Mom to please be careful around her, but no......Dirks bad attitude is a major problem for this facility. I put them on notice.If they can settle up and make things right, maybe I can leave there as a satisfied customer. Maybe we can settle Out of Court, as I am an Officer of the Federal Court of Colorado. I do Criminal Investigations and this is one case I am currently working on. And I have the documented paperwork to prove it.

Ive used Addison twice now for body repair work. The estimation process was quick but through. They kept me up to date almost daily on the progress and the work performed was excellent. I highly recommend!

I worked with Diana and Jake on the phone- they replaced my catalytic converter and sensor very quickly and in the time quoted, and even helped me understand making my insurance claim! A super great shop!

This place was so amazing. The ladies at the front were so helpful and eager to make sure I was taken care of. Seth was spectacular and made sure I understood everything they were going to do. They even finished my car a full day ahead of schedule.

They replaced my engine after another oil change facility failed to properly put my oil plug in the oil pan after an oil change. I brought my vehicle here to have it looked at and replaced. They repaired it for much less than the dealership was quoting me at. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

I just got off the phone with Joe in the service department and I was so blown away by his knowledge, referrals and customer service that I just had to stop and leave a review. This is definitely my spot from now on.

I was referred to this shop after my RAV4 2020 was hit by a semi tire on a one lane road that came flying at me in front of it. It tore off most of my bumpers and mangled many parts underneath my new car as well. I have always had not so pleasant experiences with mechanics because I’m a woman, but from the start they were assuring and transparent about the fixes needed on my car. As they worked on it and found new issues which was to be expected because I never got to look at the damage underneath my car seth updated me on a near daily basis. I was a bit nervous when it came time to pick up my car because I know there was a lot of painting that needed to be redone, but it looked brand new. I was nearly in tears as Seth showed me what he and his team fixed, if it weren’t for covid I’d have wanted to give that man a hug. I couldn’t believe how well they did on the front portion of my car. I’ve been driving it around for a few days now and everything feels better than even before the tire came and ruined my poor new car. You wouldn’t even be able to tell that anything has happened to it. I can’t thank them enough.

Addison was great to work with for fixing my vehicle. They were polite and very professional. It took me several weeks before finding a good body shop that I could take my vehicle to. I made appointment with them on Jan 8. Once they took a look at the vehicle, they knew that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. They were able to start the repairs right away. The vehicle was completed on Jan 28. I am very satisfied with them and the work done on the vehicle.

March 26, 2021Im gonna write this review even before I pick up my car from Addison collision body shop and auto serviceI have used their expert services before and they are exceptionalSo I know that when I pick up my car its gonna look just fineI just figured out what makes them so exceptional1st of all they dont have an AI lady answering the phone. There are 2 wonderful ladies by the name of Betty, Jennifer and Diane are very personable and now and then will even have smalltalk with you.And then Jake and The Body Shop, they keep you updated constantly. They try you special it like a family business would. ...Treat you like family... like friends and like your neighbors or something when you become their customer.But they have all the sophistication of text updates and they work directly with the insurance companies, mine which was State Farm. I am also sure that they do the same with other insurance companies.So you dont really have to do much. And, they also work with the rental car companies.I guess to add a cherry on the top they under promise and over deliver. It was like I made plans and thought my car would be ready on a certain day and received a call the week prior that my car was ready. On a Friday evening!They do a exceptional work.I highly highly recommend Addison KevinOctober 24, 2020I thought that I had an even more horrific situation in addition to having my automobile nearly totaled when I took it to a body shop near Addison and could not be scheduled. After I had arranged to get my car and a rental car to that shops lot, they could not take me, nor could I leave any cars on their lot. They had me worrying that my car would be totaled too. I was only bringing it there to make ‘a total lost’ official. I didn’t know how I would get new transportation before the winter cold. I am retired, living on limited income.I then drove around the corner to Addison, who worked with State Farm on the phone while I was in the car parked. And they got things all worked out. Production Manager Josh Anderson welcomed me without hesitation, and he took the obligation upon himself to make it work. He indeed did.Josh Anderson even drove me to retrieve the rental car from the other body shop. I was not revengeful with them, but it did feel good to come back 30 minutes later in a competitor’s shuttle van, painted boldly with Addison Auto & Body Shop, after being rejected.After a day or two at Addison, I still worried that Addison’s estimate would result in my car being totaled. I nearly harassed the State Farm claims agent, calling to see if they received the estimate. I called Addison, as well, I spoke to the very friendly receptionist. She was reassuring, placing me on hold to speak with Jake Laino, the estimator. She said, “it looks very promising. He’s about 85% complete”.The next day, I called State Farm again, first thing in the morning. I called later that day too. …Still no answer. Addison was being very thorough, checking for structural damage, and seemingly wanting to make sure that my car would not be totaled. They were on my team.Later that same day, I got a call from Jake Laino. He said, “I know you are going through a lot. I wanted to call you personally to give you good news!” He told me that my car was fixable! My stress immediately deflated like a balloon. I slept better that night too.I found all of the people I met at Addison to be very friendly and family-like. You don’t get this type of treatment often these days, especially at times when you need gentle handling most.I am happy that I brought my car to Addison. My friend, who works at the post office across the street, says that they’ve been around a long time. The lady that schedules appointments for body repair is the absolute worst, not to mention completely unprofessional! She definitely makes it clear that she doesnt want/need your business by telling you that theyre very busy and you wont be able to get an appointment for an estimate for weeks. I have called multiple times for service and continue to get her. I cant subject myself any longer to her rudeness and am doing business elsewhere. They apparently have so much business that they no longer need mine.

I had just bought a used car & I wanted to get a diagnostic done to see what all that was wrong with the car. I also had a few parts I wanted done as well. They eventually found some issues on the car. Ive been working on cars for a while but obviously not skilled enough for all types of jobs. When they told me the issues they found, I knew there was more issues than what they found. I even asked them if that was all and that I felt there was more issues with the suspension. They told me it was just my brakes & the suspension was fine. Well I take my car back after spending about $1200. I then do my spark plugs & wires. I find oil in 2 of my cylinders. I call them about it & they said they dont take things apart like that to see if its leaking. They did my timing belt & water pump. So they took the engine apart. Perfectly fine, until I then take it in to a different shop & find out that my bushings on the sway bar & strut mounts are completely deteriorated. I dont know if they just didnt want to fix anything else or if they wanted me to come back with more issues later down the road. Regardless, I would not recommend this place if you dont know much about cars. I got the feeling that theyll screw you over so that they can get a repeating customer. Its very difficult to find a reliable shop.

Are you a single female who is suspicious of auto repair shops?? LOOK NO FURTHER! I really trust this team. They take care of me, theyre honest and they go way above and beyond for you. I wont go into too many details, but my holidays were a nightmare... 2020 style, and this team did everything they could to improve my day. Are they the cheapest? Nope. But I have done comparison pricing on some of the services and they were always reasonably competitive AND YOU CAN TRUST THEM! Thats worth its weight in gold for a single female who often feels and/or IS being swindled. NOT Addison. I strongly recommend this team for your auto needs. Theyre awesome

Incredible!As a long time Saab owner Id come to expect the driver side window rollers would require periodic replacement.They had performed this service several years prior and in my most recent visit they let me know the window regulator had become bent, so they attempted to bend it back into its correct shape.The window functioned, but not perfectly.They offered to install a new regulator and the labor would be covered.It is uncommon to find an auto repair center that will install parts a customer purchased elsewhere, but given the situation that is exactly what they did.When I showed up with the part I had purchased online, it turned out the incorrect part was sent.Addison did something I had never before experienced: they purchased the correct part and accepted the wrong part in exchange.They went above and beyond in the service they provided.Thank you!

I worked with Jake on 2 of my cars for damages from a previous hail storm. Jake and the team were quick to respond to my inquires and I couldnt be happier with the results and turn around time on both vehicles! Very kind family owned business. I felt I had selected the right place based on the positive vibe I felt. I was helped immediately and given a quote and time for the repair. They have a shuttle to take you home and bring you back upon completion of the work. They said 2 days and that is exactly what it was, 2 days. They even cleaned my car inside and out! What a surprise!

Diana, Jennifer, and Tony were all incredibly nice! They communicated well and the process was smooth and easy. They were even willing to let me pay a deposit in advance to get a part ahead of time. That let me shorten the length of time I would be without my car since I was paying out of pocket and not wanting to pay for a rental car. Plus it was all done on time! They were fast and efficient. And the wiped the car down nicely so it was looking good when I picked it up.However, I will say I felt like they weren’t transparent. I had sent them an estimate the insurance gave me, they inspected the car, and they said everything looked straight forward. Then they actually called me to tell me there was less damage than was in the estimate! Awesome! Except then they told me about a vehicle diagnosis that the “manufacturer required”, which came out to the same amount the other damage would have been. No one had mentioned it beforehand. And of course that diagnosis work apparently took the same amount of labor hours as the body work on my car. On top of that the hourly rate for that work was double what the hourly rate on the body work was.They probably just forgot to tell me about this diagnosis work. But it very much felt like a bait and switch. A “surprise” fee that they just threw on at the end after they didn’t get the full amount in the estimate. Plus I didn’t feel like I needed it since the damage to the car happened almost two years ago, and I had no problems since. But it is what it is.They probably didn’t do it on purposes. It just left me with a bad feeling, and I wish they would have been more transparent about it.

Went in because my car was leaking coolant. I paid to have some hoses replaced per their recommendation. Drove less than 5 miles and the check engine light came on. The check engine light has NEVER come on in my car before. Took it back in and they didn’t seem to know exactly why the check engine light came on and didn’t think it was related to the repairs. They turned it off and now it’s back on again. I don’t think it’s a coincidence my light came on right after repairs and after driving it less than 5 miles. Also disappointed by the “customer appreciation” letter I got in the mail and an expired $10 off coupon.

Jake and the body shop did a good job repairing my truck, had front passenger damage from a box truck backing into it. The reason for 3 stars is the mechanic dont know his name charged me for the diagnosis that Jake had already done and told me it was a sensor issue but they wanted to confirm it for another 125.00. After they ran it told me it was a fan clutch, quoted me bout 600, I said no. When I had my truck returned I looked personally and find out the its not the clutch at all but a wiring harness. Got quotes for that part is less than 50 bucks. So that was shady. If they would of told me it was just a harness and charged me 100 or 150 I would of done it but to sell me something I dont need ya typical salesman. Which sucks cause Im in sales and I wouldnt treat my customers that way to meet my sales or commission. But thanks Jake you did a fine job.

Just recently, I had an issue with my cars turbo (which can be very expensive to rebuild or replace $2000-$6000). Instead of recommending a big, expensive repair, Addison took the time to find the specific issue and make the right fixes, saving me so much money! My car now runs great! Once again Addison had be back on the road.If you need autobody or repair work - this is the place to go! (They even have a free shuttle service to save you $$ on uber/lyfts to and from your house). Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. They are honest with you about what you need now and what you can wait on. They keep you up to date with the progress of your car via text message. My car was estimated to be completed on 1/12 and it was done today 1/7.

My only recommendation is better communication as car repairs times can be hard to estimate. Based on a friend recommendation, I came here when my check engine light was on. Got me in quickly and explained everything. Check engine light came back on and they were so helpful. I was a return customer until my last visit last week.Ive been working on my own cars for 20 plus years now and decided I was going to let them fix my air conditioner problem, Ive taken a few cars there in the past and they were fairly honest and reasonable priced.I advised the service writer that I know theres ac coolant leak somewhere because I recharged the ac and it only lasted a couple days. I also advised him I had put the leak detector uv type in it, so it shouldnt be too hard to find.He advised me that they still have to recharge it and its a flat fee of about $160, which would be no charge extra for recharge after the repair was done??A couple hours later I was called and informed that its my ac condensor thats leaking. He quoted me about $850 + taxes and fees, but then he stated that theres a large coolant leak from my radiator according to the technician.Hit me with another $760 ( minus $200 since they are already in same area) on top of the other quoted price🤔For the last few months Ive installed a 2 leveling lift kit in my truck, changed plugs and wires, added a cold air intake, and a new aftermarket throttle body. Ive been working under the hood and always checked my fluid levels. Needless to say if you have a large coolant leak from radiator it will be noticeable not only by sight but by the smell.I declined services and had them do the alignment, which I already agreed to.I went to pick up my truck and was basically ignored by the service writer ( not putting names because they all work together as a team)As I was standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge me I had to hear them giving an elderly lady a hard time for trying to pay for her repairs with her check book.Finally the other service writer asked me if I needed help, I paid my bill and left.I started my truck and realized that the ac wasnt even charged. If it was it would have lasted a couple days.I wont be coming back for future repairs and I wont be recommending others there like I have in the past. I was going to ask for that recharge fee back, but its not worth the effort. Especially after not letting the elderly lady pay with her check. I replaced my ac condensor yesterday, 2 hour job $150 part plus ac coolant.Sincerely upset ex-customer.

I was in a pretty significant accident and Addison Auto was recommended through family. I can not say enough good things about them, Tony and the staff were amazing and super nice! It was a really big job for them but they repaired my car like the accident never happened. I will be using them for future problems with my car, I highly recommend them! My experience with this body shop has been pretty sub par.First I was made to wait about 40 mins before my completed check-in.The repair took about a week due to some parts ordering. I picked up the car after a quick visual inspection and it looked good. The next day, the bumper had dislodged and the lights were moving freely. Called the lexus dealer and had a technician explain how the front bumper should look. The Daytime running lights should be flush, and it is not secured properly. I left a message with Addison and got a call the next day. They had me come in, where they took a look and tried to repair it again. I give Josh props for trying to fix it and readjust. However there is still a gap between the lights and the bumper. Ill have a Lexus technician look and fix it properly.-.-I thank them for fixing my vehicle through my insurance, and trying to remedy issue.However, with how my experience went, I cannot wholly recommend this body shop if youre looking for an easy experience. If youre ok with driving back and forth to refix issues, and waiting, then im sure they can get the work done for you. just give them a little time.Pros:Receptionist was great! They had my car for over a month for hail damage becusse of their delaying communication back and for between my insurance company. Hard to get a hold of them so I had to instigate much of the communication between them and insurance (shouldn’t be my job). Still had damage when I got back and they said they wouldn’t fix that without another quote. Difficult to work with for sure can’t recommend.

I’ve been going to Addison for the 7 years that I’ve lived in Denver. They are professional and have done an excellent job of taking care of my family’s vehicles. I’ve been working with the same guys in service over the years (Dan the man!) The staff must be treated well as it seems like very little turnover. They are closed on weekends, which I think is great for the workers. This is the only place I will take my vehicles.

We were in an accident with a State Farm insured driver. The accident caused front end damage to my wife’s 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. This shop is a preferred shop for their insurance and it had the highest rating for a 25 mile radius of my home so we went there. They did an estimate within two days of calling and had me scheduled to come back 1.5 weeks later. They promised to have all parts ordered when we returned and could get the work done in a weeks time. They also said they would work with the rental company for our rental car too. We dropped the car off on a Tuesday and it was ready the same week by Friday. It was done faster than expected and they contacted the rental company again to facilitate the drop off of their car. This shop was really good! They are family owned and in business for 30+ years. They have solid customer service and did a great job! We even take my car here for mechanical work too (VW), they do it all!!

First, Addison is very convenient for me because I live nearby. They are professional, prompt, and never do any additional work without contacting you. On my last visit I went in to get my brake light replaced. They called to say I needed an alignment and tire rotation.I approved the alignment, but was going to take my car back to where I purchased my tires for the free rotation. When I picked up my car the mechanic said he went ahead and did the rotation for no charge. Thats good service!

I’ve reviewed Addison before, but I switched Google accounts so I bet my review got deleted. Addison is, unequivocally, the best third party body shop around. I’ve brought my 2016 Civic in to them twice, once with a minor scrape and once with major accident damage, and both times they have been absolutely astonishing. The car was done early both times, they were super communicative, and even helped me deal with my (honestly) substandard insurance company. These guys are friendly, fast, thorough, and I will never be choosing another body shop over them. I am so thankful for the amazing service I continue to receive at Addison!! Highly recommended.

An update on my review. I had to accept the car after your shop repaired it because your estimated had no other options on how to get the car back to the condition it was in before the minor accident. How could the body lines not line up after repair when before the minor accident the body lines were perfect? Your estimated said there may have been worked on before but i dont understand how that matters when before the accident the body lines were perfect. Why couldnt they be restored to the state there were in before the minor accident. I did receive the body pieces that were not replaced when i picked up the car so that is one good thing that happend but still took a week to get them. When they should have been replaced before i picked up the car. The lack of professionalism, customer and actual repairs 1 out of 5 stars. Will never even think about this shop again.body shop that doesnt know how to fix gaps on the body of the car. And wont fix it but loves to bill you insurance. Missed a couple body parts that need to be on the car. Tried to return the car to me and take my money before i saw the repair. Missing a couple body parts that are supposed to be on the car. Would have not replaced them if i didnt make sure they did.

Everything was taken care of a in very timely and professional manner. The communication was prompt, and the front office was also very nice and friendly. Would recommend to everyone.

My car went in after it had a hit and run....ended up having a lot more wrong with it that you couldnt see until they started taking it apart. Got it back, and it looks so good! These guys have never let me down! Most recently, I took my car in to a big chain for some suspension repairs... when they gave a ridiculously high estimate, I took it to Addisons Auto Repair instead and they did it for HALF of what the other guys quoted. Now I know to just always come here first. The guys (and gals) in the office are always super courteous and helpful in store and on the phone. They do a great job of communicating everything and updating you on what’s going on. They also have a great warranty on all work and parts. This place will always have my business!

I went in for a AAA Winter Check up. The appointment was easy to make. Dan was friendly and helpful. I got in and out quickly. I would go there again.

Dont go here. They dont do good work. They were supposed to do windshield and hood. Easy right? It took them a month to get it right. 1st time their was glass everywhere still inside. Scratched interior that should have been replaced. They just tried to get away with it. Now I need a whole new radio and USB system. I will let the dealer do the work this time. After being completely ignored after inquiring about some faulty codes on my dash I call in and was sent to a voicemail of a Machanic and never received a call that day or the following week I had to wait all weekend to call in on Monday to have it scheduled for Tuesday. I bring my car in and I noticed a tow truck blocking the parking spaces so I parked it by the garage Some Machanic comes busting out the door and demanded my keys saying you can’t park here and I explained why. So I go into the door and I spoke with Joe and he’s asking me about what was going on and I specifically told him that I had my battery replaced and he asked was my module reset an I told him I didn’t know and he also explain to me that they do and inspection on top of the diagnostic. Well 3 days later I have a car that won’t start and the manager and Joe want to use deflecting tactics to hold no accountability on what services they did not perform these people are not to be trusted they have nasty attitudes and are not professional. They obviously don’t know that the universe has a way of paying people back for what they put out 10 fold my mistake was putting the trust into the hands of these dishonest people, when you confront them they hang up in your face what a shame.

I met with Dirk and he was super helpful with my minor door dings on my Tacoma. Top notch help and I couldn’t beat the price. I will also be back to get my tires switched too. Glad to have found a local shop!

Had a scheduling mishap but when I showed up Diana was able to fit me in. I worked with Josh & he was able to give me a quick, fair estimate. Checked my truck over, gave me options, & was able to align my truck bed that same day. He was polite, down to earth, & honest. I was in & out in less than an hour! I contacted Addison to have them evaluate a problem with our 2013 BMW that was emitting black smoke. I brought the car in for an appointment and Dan was professional and helpful. They did the evaluation and determined the problem was a know issue to BMW and my car would be covered by our 10 year drive train warranty, and they recommended I take the car back to BMW for covered repairs. Dan and Addison went over and above normal car repair service and printed and provided BWW paperwork that I could use to discuss with BMW.They are true professionals and they will be our auto service provider for all vehicles in the future.

Ive had my car to Addisons three times in the last year, and every time I am impressed with the quality of the work done, their time explaining what my car needs (and why!).I also appreciate the way their team will suggest other work that they see needs to be taken care of but they dont push you into getting it done right away. They send a gentle reminder via email, not a call. I find that very respectful of my time.
