Update: manager, Mason made a very nice gesture to fix this. I will give things another try. Everyone is entitled to a bad day. I had left a 5 star review because I had a great experience in June after getting brakes and tires. Steve was fantastic. The best experience I have had with a car repair person. Today was polar opposite experience. I interacted with two people who were not very nice at all. I was told if I come in for oil changes I would get a healthcare worker discount. I was charged twice what I was quoted which isn’t even why I am frustrated. When I got there I was told my online request was not found and there was no way I could have requested 12 because that is their lunch break. I requested 12-2 online. No one called to confirm so I went in as it is on the same block that I work. He agrees to do the requested oil change and tire check if I leave it for a few hours. I had a feeling I should just go to the place I used to go to but I left my car. No one called me to let me know it was done by the time I was off work at 5. When I get there I pay over $100 for just an oil change, nothing else. They don’t even check anything else like fluid levels, tire pressure. When I asked about the tires being checked he said they were. Also that the tire light may stay on until I drive it a bit. What? That seems like an obvious ploy to get me out the door. My tire lights still on as I am 100% sure no one even looked at the tires. I do not recommend getting oil changes here. Now I feel like I am stuck going to this place for tire service because I bought them there. Very irritated that I need to go find a place with a tire pump and pay to pump my tires when it was sold as part of the Midas experience and part of my unanswered service request. I was really excited to start going to this place for car service. Very disappointing.

DO NOT go to this location or any Midas ever! I went in to get my brakes done as well as an oil change. The moment I drove my car away the check engine light came on as well as the vehicle stability light. My car immediately had issues starting as the engine now takes several seconds to start as I imagine it will not even start soon. This issue was not brought up when I picked up the vehicle and all of the sudden there are several additional things wrong as they gave me a quote of 1300 to fix. No one can be trusted at this location!!! Please take your vehicles and money elsewhere or you will have more things wrong with your vehicle then when you went in from the first visit!!!

Mason was awesome, professional, super nice. When I called on Monday they said they were booked until Wednesday but could squeeze me in if I brought in in early. I bring it in early and Sure enough they’re already done by 3 pm on Monday. Also gave me a great discount and did the service I requested, will definitely be going back

I went to this shop after I had a bad experience elsewhere in town. I went to Midas for a 2nd opinion since they have a ton of great reviews and they were much more transparent and didn’t rip me off because of my gender (what a concept). I will be back for any other work needed- these guys are not pushy and they are happy to explain and review your estimate with you, even if you don’t speak car - thanks guys!

If you value superb service and customer care then this is the place to go. Our catalytic converter was nicked from our car at our hotel while staying in Denver for medical care at Anschutz. These fine fellows not only got the job done fast but let us keep our car at their shop til we were ready to head home to Wyoming. I can’t say enough about there professionalism - kindness and customer care. I’d rest easy if I brought my vehicle here for service. I’m sure the entire crew there is awesome - however we would like to recognize Chris and Mason for their exemplary customer care.

I went in for a scheduled oil change that ended up taking over twice as long as they originally told me. Normally, I would be upset about that and normally I would not go out of my way to write a review, but here we are.Mason seems genuinely interested in making sure every customer has a positive experience. Because mine wasn’t, he offered to cover the cost of the oil change. It was unexpected, but because of it, I won’t have any hesitation to go back when my car needs to be serviced again.

The guys at Midas are always friendly, helpful, and do their best to keep the customer happy. I always take my car here to swap winter to summer wheels. Its convenient and they can always squeeze me in if I drop off car for the day.The only reason it was 4/5 stars, because of a bit of a snafu on this recent experience. I brought my summer tires (still wrapped up from the last time they did the service) and had them swapped. I came to pick up my car, paid, walked out and saw there were no hubcaps! I went back and told them. They jumped on trying to figure out what happened, the mechanic who did the swap said they didnt have hub caps on them when he got them. I was certainly struck, and explained that I hadnt opened the tire bags and had just stored them in the garage, and that Midas was the last place that would have seen the hubcaps. They immediately went looking around the shop and luckily they were still around, six months later. What could have been an infuriating mishap, was remedied immediately. Im hopeful that had they not had the hubcaps still they would have owned up to it and made it right. Im thankful for the way they handled it and will continue to use this shop for my tire rotations, but will definitely be more careful to check for the hub caps next time. My thanks to Steve and Chris for making everything right.

This place is the real deal. I will never go anywhere else. They tell it to you straight and recommend best option. My car was on its last leg, repair was more than the car was worth so decide it was time for an upgrade. Had them look over my new vehicle as well because I value their opinion so much, they will make sure you aren’t getting screwed over on a new purchase. Hands down best customer service here. Steve is the man.

I recently went to the Midas on 6th for the first time. Chris at the front desk was very cordial and polite. I asked the length of time for the oil change (since I was waiting at the shop) and he relayed to me it would be about an hour.Although, the mechanics took about 90-100 minutes, I was pleased with the outcome because the manager covered the cost of my oil change and the rest of the work conducted on my visit because of the delay. I appreciated the accountability on the professionals at Midas and I will still bring my vehicle there for future work because of the way they handled the delay.

Had a great experience at this location. Happy that i decided to give it another shot as a few years back i had less than wonderful experiences. I will be back!

I dropped in on a busy Saturday and they were super nice about offering an appointment during the week. I went in at my appointment time and they were ready to work on my car - told me it would take an hour and it took 56 minutes, including check out. Most car places ALWAYS find something else ‘wrong’ with my car (even though it’s only 3 years old), Midas did not. Staff was super friendly, professional, and respectful.

These guys are the best. They go above and beyond to help. They are always booked up, but find a way to still take care of a walk in. I needed them to check out a car I had just purchased and do a tune up. After inspecting the car they determined I didnt need a tune up. Honesty! Most places would of just done the tune up anyway and taken the cash. Not these guys they are the best and go above and beyond every time.Thanks guys you are awesome!!!!

These guys are great. The neighborhood has a few auto shops and Midas always has great service. Guys who run the shop are friendly and personable. Quick to communicate issues and don’t hide the ball with what my car needs.

Ladies, come here for car maintenance. The owner Mason is super nice and explained to me what was needed without talking down to me (and I know absolutely nothing about cars, tires, etc.) or trying to gouge me (I called my dad to make sure lol). I got four new tires and theyre GREAT -- super round, rubbery, etc. (Again, I know nothing of cars or tires.)While you wait, check out the Thai place across the street.

Dropping off my car for my oil change appt was fast and easy. They told me it would be an hour, but ended up being 90 minutes. Not a big deal as I generally expect these things to go over a bit. Payment and getting my keys back was fast and easy.

I went in to get a brake light fixed last week and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. They got me in and out in about 5 mins. 10/10 would recommend!

We’ve been coming here for a few years now and I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. They are always upfront with the cost, what needs to be done and if the work is necessary or can wait. We have a 2012 so the maintenance is starting to pile up but any time we can’t afford to get something done they shop around to try and get us the best prices and let us know if we can wait a little longer to get the work done. I cannot recommend this Midas location enough! As a single female who knows little about cars, it’s not difficult to overcharge me for automotive work. But these guys were honest, direct, and flexible with the work that needed to be done and the timeline I was working with. Steve and Mason work up front and could not be more of a pleasure to work with. They made sure I understood all of my options and what needed immediate care vs what could wait.And the technicians were equally as pleasurable to work with and knowledgeable about their craft. My car was making a sketchy noise and when they couldn’t recreate with city driving, they took my car all the way to red rocks to recreate and diagnose. Undoubtably, the absolute best service I’ve ever experienced. I brought in my 2005 Nissan Xterra one day because it started limping and wasn’t accelerating past 20 mph. They squeezed me in despite their busy and packed schedule and I got a diagnosis on my vehicle within an hour and a half. They ordered the parts and started working on it that evening. Unfortunately, there were many more things wrong with the vehicle but Chris, Steve, and Mason were quick to set me at ease. They offered a vehicle for the time being or to comp me for the Ubers I had been taking. I definitely thought this was above and beyond but it didn’t and doesn’t even scratch the surface of the amazing experience I had with them. They were great communicators and genuinely cared about their work, me, and the overall safety of the vehicle. I am so thankful that I came here and I will absolutely not be going anywhere else besides this Midas.They are trustworthy, kind, throughout, and efficient and I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. They are amazing.

I cannot recommend this Midas location more. Recently, I needed to drive cross-country for a family emergency and they were able to accommodate my service request within the hour. They are incredibly professional, welcoming, and quick. They explain things in an easily understandable way and services are priced fairly. They take care of their customers and community.

Great price. Oil and filter change. And, no hidden cost. The only reason not to give 5stars is that the wait time was meant to be an hour for wait in shop and it was well over the hour by the time it was done. I did however, enjoy a donut!

Found my car’s tire was completely flat and has to reschedule my work day. Steve, at Midas on 6th, was able to get my car in and fixed earlier than expected. I called Steve with a time sensitive issue to be taken care of on a budget, and with the pandemic going on I assumed that I would not get everything I needed done within my price range or time constraints but I tried his shop anyway and I was not disappointed at all! In fact quite the opposite, I was thoroughly surprised! I couldn’t afford all the work I needed done in his original estimate but he worked with me and made compromises to make sure that I was road trip ready, even if it meant he had to work harder for it. (Which he did!) The professionalism and courtesy I experienced at this shop with Steve was phenomenal and it’s why I will never take my business anywhere else in Denver. A++!!

I accidentally showed up an hour early as I mistook my appointment time and they happily got me in anyway. Service rep was very helpful about answering some miscellaneous questions I had about my car and even took time to check engine lights and give recommendations for other garages I could have certain things serviced at. My experience at this Midas was great! My battery had been drained, and jumped by someone else but needed to be fully charged. Ahmed was so helpful and friendly when I called, and he told me to drive straight in so we could make sure my car would start together. When I got to Midas Steve helped me out and made sure I understood what needed to be done and the best way to do it. They helped get my battery charged and operational in less than an hour, and provided me a quote for other services I might need with no pressure to purchase those services on the spot. I’m so appreciative of their transparency and honesty. I expect I will be coming back here in the future to get my brakes fixed and would recommend it to my friends and family!

I went in for an oil check, and informed the representative named Steve, that my steering wheel was slightly vibrating when driving (not when braking). He came back with a quote of $650 and telling me that my rotors were in horrible shape snd that I urgently needed them replaced right away and that he could do it right then and there.I said no thank you because that was a lot of money. And I wanted a second opinion. At that point he changed his demeanor and was short and to be honest quite rude. I took my car to another repair shop and the problem turned out to be a simple alignment. Rotors were fine.Steve lied and tried to up-sell me services and products that I did not need.It’s disappointing to know that Midas tries to sell customers who are not car savvy services they do not need.BE CAUTIOUS WHEN THEY TRY AND SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DID NOT REQUEST.

I had never been to Midas before, always choosing a local mechanic, but with a family vacation from Indiana to Utah on the line, and few other options on a Saturday, and with brake issues and mountains ahead, I didn’t have much choice. I took my vehicle to Mark in the Loveland, CO, location who got me right in, determined he didn’t have the means to fix the issue, and called ahead to Steve/Mason in a Denver location. Once there, I was told it would be Monday before my vehicle could be repaired. Mason intervened—said it would be done that day—and we were on the road, with our repair done a few minutes before estimated.Our Midas experience was a great one, and I won’t hesitate to go back.Graig S

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.Let me say, they were wonderful working with us to get our car taken care of and on the road. HOWEVER, I have been trying to get my engine cover (that they FORGOT to put back on my vehicle) for OVER THREE WEEKS! I have spoken with multiple people at this location who were of NO help, and gave conflicting information to me on multiple accounts.I have been dealing with the district level, who apparently were told by this store they were taking care of it- YET I havent so much as HEARD from the store.Worst customer service I have ever experienced- especially trying to take care of something the STORE neglected to replace on my vehicle.

Ive been taking my vehicle here for about a year now. They are usually busy but thats why I always make an appointment. I did just that and they told us it would still be over an hour wait...we waited an hour asked about or vehicle and was greeted with very unprofessional response. Along with attempted intimidation by some technicians. Guess Ill be going to Grease Monkey from now on.

Mason fit me in between appointments for a quick wheel spacer job when it seemed like every shop in Denver was booked. Extremely considerate and kind to talk to, I will be revisiting in the future for all of my truck add-ons and repairs this point forward all because of the service Mason provided

Extremely professional staff, very friendly, efficient. My fiancé is not very car savvy and his Buick had been running rough due to lack of maintenance. I hadn’t let him drive it in two months, mostly due to weather but also because I didn’t want him to destroy the engine block after we drove it here back and forth from Texas three times without maintenance. The guys got it all taken care of and the Buick is running smooth as butter again. The Jeep was an early wedding gift from the in laws and lord knows I wouldn’t have been able to live that down if we had let that one go too. The diagnostics report is a great way to settle nerves and she just needed an oil change. We will be back in 2 and a half months!

I love midas, they are extremely friendly, and like any car repairs, it cheaper to do it yourself. However, if theres something out of my reach or I dont have the equipment, these guys are awesome. Id trust my car with them any time.

The air pressure was low in one of my tires and I had driven to every gas station in the neighborhood, but none of them had functioning air fill up stations. When I walked into Midas, the people there helped me immediately and did not charge to fill my tires. I really appreciate how kind and helpful they were.
