So nice staff! So amazing job! I sent my car (2012 Corolla, more than 80000 miles ) to there to get painting refresh. Only 3 days, I got a brand new car back! This car is very special for me! I am so happy to see it got a wonderful look again! Thank you guys!

The work that was completed was done properly and professionally. However, the customer service was really dissappointing. I was quoted 21 days for my fix and it took 30. 9 days extra rental car is not cheap (the owner did take $200 off which is nice, but does not cover my expeneses). Additionally, it took me multiple calls to figure out when to drop off, when to pick up etc. The front office really needs some work. They are trying their best...

The Body Shop did an incredible shop in repairing some deep scratches we had in our truck, and at a price that beat their competitors. Also all staff were terrific to work with…always courteous and friendly! Would definitely come back.

I brought my Jeep to the Body Shop after an accident that scraped up the side of my car pretty bad. They were very quick to repair my car and they did a wonderful job! Most importantly, the customer service I received from Janelle was above and beyond. My insurance company did not release payment on time and Janelle called at least a dozen people to make sure I was able to leave with my car that same day. I would highly recommend the Body Shop for great work and great customer service!

I almost left one star but they were nice so I’m leaving 2. Where do i begin, from the disorganization and mismanagement to messing things up on my car. I had to call in multiple times to check on the status of my car when it was being repaired from an accident, even when they said they’d call me and let me know. I had to come back multiple times to address mistakes they made on small repairs. And I’m still having issues. Not worth my time, not worth your time. Will not use ever again.The pic below shows just how shotty their work is even for something so minimal.Edit: you can’t find me in your system because my name is different on here. I’m done contacting you though.

I needed significant paint repair on my truck and got about 10 estimates. The Body Shop came in several hundred lower than the rest of my estimates and the tailgate and decals looks identical to the original product. Joe was honest enough to tell me I didnt need to have it fixed for 6 months before I accrued more damage, rather than trying to get a quick sale. Joe thoroughly explained everything they were going to do to fix it, gave an accurate estimate (final bill actually came out a little less), and had it ready in a few days like they said they would. You can tell Joe and the team are very experienced. They even made a little extra paint and touched up my bumper at no charge because I didnt want to pay to have them fix it properly. Great customer service. Check this place out before having repairs done anywhere else. See before and after pics below. 5 stars.

I got a few different estimates and The Body Shop was by far the most affordable. I just picked my car up yesterday and it looks like new! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. At the Body Shop, I had one of my best costumer experiences in the last few years! They were courteous, knowledgeable and very good at communicating every step of the way from dealing with insurance, bringing the car in, the needed repairs (including the ones that were needed after the car parts were taken), to the point when the service was completed, always with a realistic estimate of time and cost.They were amazing, and I will always choose to use their services. Upon scheduling to bring my car in I had to reschedule twice due to transportation issues and the body shop was so accommodating and understanding. I highly recommend this place if you need body repair done to your car. One day I attempted to open my trunk from the outside. It didnt open. I double checked the gate was unlocked but it still didnt open. I brought my car to this body shop. From the start, they were very professional and told me they will look into it. I got a call from them within a couple hours explaining that my trunk latch was broken. They ordered the part and fixed my car with in two days which is amazing because I thought it would take a week!! On top of being courteous and professional, the price was amazing! I was expecting a few hundred dollars but it wasnt even close to that!!! It was much much lower. If my car ever needs work again Im going right to this place!

I had several panels on my 4runner painted, including front/rear bumpers, side panels, and a rust spot on the roof. I had a long scratch too they worked on. Everything worked out flawlessly! Extremely professional, perfect color matching, and great pricing too! Highly recommend!

Had a decent sized scape on my paint. Requested a quote online on a Friday. Received the quote and a call from Joe in less than 1 hour. The quote was extremely fair. Joe scheduled me to drop off my truck for the following Monday. Joe quoted me 2 days to get the work done. It was completed in 1 day. Fantastic job all the way around. Super friendly staff. Straight forward no b.s. quotes or gimmicks here. Had them do a front bumper fix and paint on my Tesla S and it came out just like factory. They dealt with the insurance smoothly and my car was done on time as promised. Highly recommended and they are very friendly people. Thank you guys!

If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I would. They do quality work at extremely reasonable prices. Cheapest that I found in town for both times that I have gone to them. The first time was getting my grille surround painted to match the truck and the second was getting my cab corner repaired. Will definitely keep going back to them for all of my body work. I came to this place thinking that I finally will get my car fix and get over with my accident dispute. But I just will get into an other one, They charge lots of money to the insurance, 555.69 more than a regular shop will charge for a windshield. When they get caught they get rude and aggressive, I will take them to court not expecting to get anything but stop them for do this to others. Business like this hurts our community BADLY 😢

I took my Civic to the Body Shop to repair a rear bumper and met with Janell. I Shared an estimate I had received from another body shop and after looking over it she ran some numbers and was able several 100.00 dollars less for repairs. Janell was great to work with!They were able to repair the bumper in one day and did an excellent job.I highly recommend this body shop for any auto body repairs you may need done.

The owner was very aggressive when I went to get the car. The owner is not running a professional business.He lied about the work he will do, he only polished the car and then called me to tell me it’s ready for pick up.When I saw the job, I asked him to do the repair he promised, he said the insurance didn’t cover it and got aggressive and was an inch away from me throwing his hands in my face.Do not go to this place.

Instead of doing a quality check to ensure vehicle safety. They did not perform a quality inspection. Since they were not getting paid, the shop decided to not confirm information.The owner got information that a possible broken part on the vehicle and decided not to follow up. Would not recommend for principle of business purposes.

I had a referral to Gerber from my insurance company, went in and was told they are 4 months out to fix my car. WHY does an insurance company send you to such a back logged repair shop??? I went home, researched body shops near my home and found The Body Shop!! What a lucky break for me. They worked off my Gerber estimate, I took the car in the following Monday and had it back by Wednesday. All around, a great experience.Comfortable wait area with TV and coffee, easy to find and warm, friendly employees that make you feel special. Their driveway had some icy patches and Kent Davis saw me drive up and came rushing out to assist me out of my car and into the shop so I wouldnt fall! WOW that was afirst for me. Then Janelle, at the front desk took over. She is a jewell!Warm, friendly, knowledgeable and very good at her job.Thanks everyone. I know where to come when I drive over another curb!!!

I brought my 2014 Corolla to the body shop after I wrecked and almost totaled it. Two other body repair shops said my car was past the threshold to be fixed. Kosh and Joe took care of me and my car. Not even 3 weeks later, my car was fixed! Same color, I thought it was going to be black. But they went the extra mile as found black sand mica, the actual color of my car. I had frame damage, after rearending someone, but after the guys at the body shop, it was like new. Thank you a million!! I would 100% / highly recommend the body shop!

Worst body shop ever. Had to take my vehicle back for the same issue more than 5 times after they said it was fixed over and iver again. Each time something else magically was already broken. And then they had the nerve to blame something on me. And tried to make another claim against my insurance to fix the same issue that was caused by their body guy not knowing what hes doing. Everytime i leave a bad reviews it get deleted. DO NOT TAKE YPUR VEHICLE HERE.

I called around to several repair shops for an estimate and this was the only one that didnt require an appointment, which was great. I came in to get my side rear view mirror fixed expecting it to take hundreds of dollars, and they gave me a DIY solution that will save me from spending that much.
