The service, quality and workmanship from A&W was top notch. This team took excellent care of the car and the finished product exceeded expectations. They took a bad situation and made it easy. Jonathan at A&W was fantastic to work with. He kept me apprised of their work and took all the headache out of dealing with the insurance company. The staff was impeccable and on time throughout the whole process of my 2017 Subaru WRX. The repairs were flawless and exceeded my expectations. When it was time to pick up my car, it was cleaner on the inside from how I left it. They even went above and beyond and fix another minor repair without additional charge. My car was backed into and I was sent here by the insurance company and was more than impressed. John is extremely helpful and friendly! They use a texting system to keep you updated about your car which I appreciated and they called a couple times for more detailed updates as well. Picked up my car in excellent condition! Would definitely recommend them!

My husband and I reached out to A&W Auto Body when we discovered a horrendous dent left by (we think) a rock and not a small one. Jonathan and the entire staff there were all very polite and professional throughout the whole repair, keeping us up to date on any possible changes. They even had a free loaner car available so that we didnt need to rearrange our schedules or need to rent a car. The car was returned to us looking like new inside and out. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

My car was hit in a parking lot, and the other persons insurance recommended this as one of the body shops to get my dents and scratches repaired. These guys were FANTASTIC - their estimate was spot-on and they were able to schedule my repair quickly. The work they did on the exterior was phenomenal; the paint was blended perfectly and my car looks brand-new. What further pleasantly surprised me was that they did a full exterior and interior cleaning and detailing, which I wasnt expecting at all. My car looks incredible, and I am so thankful for the work these guys did!! If your car is in need of repairs, I cannot endorse this shop highly enough!!

I really have no complaints. I was rear ended and had damage to my bumper and trunk. The repairs took a total of two weeks and while it seemed like a long time, the repairs are perfect and exceeded my expectations. Everything still functions properly (trunk closes and locks, rear view camera works) and the paint is a clear (and glossy) match. I smile every time I see my car. The staff is exceptionally friendly and kept me up to date on the status. I would recommend this location for repairs!

Back driver side door and rear panel replaced for my saab. No communication or quality control, I would not come here again. After the original consultation, I was told that the shop needed to order parts so I should receive a call within a week-ten days. However, almost 3 weeks later, I had to call only to be told that they had not ordered the parts yet and would call me back by the end of the day to schedule an appointment. Two days later I called back and was told they still needed to order the parts but I would be contacted by the end of the day. Few hours later I was contacted and told I would have to wait a month to get in for repairs. No biggie, it happens, but was a red flag. I put up with that as I had a great referral regarding their work and trusted in this referral. When I dropped off my car a week later I was told the job would take about 10 days to complete and I would be contacted with updates. 13 business days later, I called to see if I could pick up my car but was told that it has been pushed back for additional parts that needed to be ordered but that they were expecting the job to be done by the end of the next day. 3 business days later, I had to call back to be told that it was still not ready but was called a bit later to be told it was. When I went to get my car, I discovered that there is no quality control. There were spots with paint drips and spots that werent painted plus my window tint had been scratched in the replacement door, back panel window and my driver door. I brought my car back and picked it back up in one day. The new tint has air bubbles and there are still paint drip areas but they were so cold/annoyed when I originally returned that I decided to just deal. For the money, I am disappointed in the work and lack of communication.

My car was one of the billions in Denver that received pretty extensive hail damage over the summer. The waiting time to get my car in was less at A&W than it was at other shops, but the service was still fast and great! You cant even tell the roof of my car had to be replaced, and the cost of repairs was actually less than what my insurance company estimated it would be. Additionally, the staff was responsive and super friendly. I was extremely satisfied with my experience here and would highly recommend A&W to anyone who needs bodywork done on their car.

A & W auto body is wonderful! Not only were they over $600 cheaper than another estimate I got, but they did exceptional work. My car was fixed in a little over a week and when it it was returned, they had cleaned it, washed it, and you could not see any sign of damage whatsoever. They did flawless work.In addition, they even offer a loaner vehicle free of charge if you need one!The staff are friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place!

They did a really good job on my ‘03 Ford Explorer which had lost a back panel. I docked a star cos I think it was a bit expensive at $800 and change but, so it goes with most car repairs. 4 stars for the quality work they did, for sure that new panel isn’t going to fall off any time soon.

My brand new 2014 car was hit in the back bumper (hit and run......gurrrr!!). My insurance company provided me a list of auto body shops around me and A & W was on their list. They were able to get me in for an estimate quicker than any of the other auto body shops. They were very professional and polite upon my arrival. I received an estimate from them and proceeded to schedule to get my car fixed. They called and had me picked up to get a rental car. Eric kept me informed over the 3 days they had my car on what was going on, the price changes and when it would be ready. I was told it would take 2-3 days to fix, and it was done in that amount of time.Upon arrival to pick up my car it was all shiny and clean! Nothing but the best to say about this place!Thank you for making my baby look brand new as it is still brand new!THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES!!!

My vehicle had suffered some damage on the roof and I am very satisfied with the quality of the repairs as well as my experience in communicating and working with them to address concerns I had.

Eric and the crew at A&W repaired the damage to our Jeep in less than a week. They were friendly and accommodating of my schedule. The area they painted matches the original color perfectly, and there is no evidence that our vehicle had ever been in an accident.My repairs were covered by insurance, and A&W handled all the details necessary in dealing with the company. It was sign-and-drive once the Jeep was ready.While I hope I never need their services again, I would not hesitate to take a vehicle back to them again.

I went in for an estimate for my car and asked about a loaner car. The shop said that it would be two weeks before a loaner would be available, which was fine since my car was driveable and I was on vacation for most of that time. Two weeks later, I called to see if I could schedule my repairs. The shop told me that it would be another two weeks since they underestimated how long the other car would take.Well, its been 9 weeks and I have not heard back from the shop. I scheduled my repairs with Ramsey Auto Body as they also have loaner cars and they got me in right away. I dont know how well they repair cars, since they never got around to mine, but they suck at customer service.

I arrive early today for an appointment and was attended to in a very professional manner right away. Having had the benefit of A&W repairing one of my cars previously, I was aware of the attentive and thoughtful service. Even though I was early, Scott immediately reviewed the damage to my car, and provided two very good alternatives: i) schedule the car for repair (with reasonable estimates for the work to be done); or, ii) he would fix it right away in a less invasive manner. He did ii) and I was in/out within 15 minutes. He insisted that he would not charge for his time even though the car looks 100% better. It is a distinct pleasure working with A&W; I will always return based on the proven track record and very thoughtful service. John R. Benitez

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! This is by far the worst service, customer service, and staying accountable for repairs UNDER warranty I have ever seen. I wish I would have taken the time to review them before I made this grave mistake. They had my vehicle for nearly 5 months. Now that I have it back, I continue to have issues with the repairs that they did. However, I was advised that although the warranty states, and I quote We guarantee the work performed at A&W Auto Body, Inc. as long as said vehicle shall remain under present ownership. Well I still own the vehicle and was advised that even though there were 8100$ worth of repairs done, they will only cover the paint. They were supplied used parts, that were faulty, I get it, thats not fully there fault, however these parts are not working. My rack and pinion is leaking. A part that they replaced and now are refusing to fix. They said, The used parts you were supplied had only a 30 day warranty, my vehicle was still in their shop when this warranty expired. Nothing I ever received from A&W informed me first of all, that they were using used parts and secondly, that they only had a specific time frame under warranty. So I purchased the parts out of pocket, expecting them to at least warranty the labor to reinstall them. NOPE!! They said the only thing after 8100$ that they will warranty is the PAINT! Save yourself the hassle. This has been an eye opening experience. One I hope to never repeat, but I can assure you I wouldnt ever consider taking another vehicle here.

I brought my car there to get a few things fixed after someone broke into it. Gieco and A&W worked together very well and made it easy for me. They even cleaned my entire car for me inside and out since there was broken glass everywhere. Very happy with the service I received from them. A++

Edited review: I took my 05 Chrysler Crossfire to A&W after trying to find a bodyshop in the spring that wasnt booked 3 months solid. They were able to not only get my car scheduled in a reasonable time, they had replaced the smashed in door and had it painted beautifully in a week! There was an issue with my window leaking water that needed adjusting and unfortunately someone in the neighborhood go into my vehicle while it was being worked on but when Scott found out he was very honest with me and offered to not only fix my vehicle but also reimburse me for my missing items. I appreciate that level of integrity, its very hard to find nowadays and i can say that A&W has it.

Our trusted mechanics at Jim Paris recommended A&W Auto Body to repair minor collision damage. They gave us a prompt estimate, no problems with the insurance and after a week they gave us back a Nissan Maxima that was perfectly repaired and the detailing is sooo beautiful it looks like a new car. Good job by Scott and the employees of A&W.

I have no other words more than THANK YOU to the entire crew at A&W Auto, they did an amazing job on my Jeep Patriot, i am very satisfied with the results! I spoke with Scott over the phone and immediately scheduled me for an estimate. Once i got there RICH took pictures of every single detail of what needed to be repaired, and a week later they started working on my car. The following week my car was ready, looking brand new and they even detailed it, i have to admit, my car was a mess when i hand it to them, and they gave it back sparkling clean. I have another jeep that got hit while parked as well, and will definitely take it to this shop. Again, hands down to Rich because besides being very patient with me and answering every single question i had, He even went the extra mile to the point of waiting for me after closing time to get my car before the weekend, so to you Rich, THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Due to the amazing service and outstanding customer service I will bring my other Jeep to be repaired.To the people stating their stuff got lost, etc. I feel your pain, it is unfortunate that things like this happened, but i have to say that, THEY DO ASK YOU TO TAKE ALL OF YOUR BELONGINGS FROM YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE LEAVING THE SHOP, they made sure I took everything i had in my car before i left the shop. A & W fixed the hail damage to my Cadillac SUV. We received speedy service and the car was in better shape than when it was purchased. It was detailed and cleaner than when I picked it up from the dealer!
