Went to get an estimate and waited 30 minutes before someone came to help. Then when asked if the repairs was gonna be done by themAnd if you tell them no then they threaten to charge for wasting their time when the door sign says FREE ESTIMATE

They did an amazing job fixing my front fender after my accident, super friendly, and professional. Premium service. 100/10 I will be bringing my cars back here if I ever get into an accident or have any problems!!!

WARNING**** Look at other auto bodies.These guys are shady. picked up my car on 7/6/2021 and there was noticeable issues with the car, which they glossed over and pushed aside. They finally told me to take the car home, and follow up with them for an appointment. After 45 days and 16 call with no answer I had to take my car to another shop, at the request of my insurance company.My insurance told me they have never dealt with such and incompetent shop, and thats coming from and insurance company!!

These people are shady and not very bright. If they make a mistake, they will blame you. A business that engages in gas lighting. The owner Robert will take you for your money in a second. Run for it.

The man at the dest would not let me bring my car in to see how much it would cost to fix unless I committed before i even knew what it was going to cost. Very weird and something I have never heard of. Poor customer service, he even argued with me because I didnt want to commit before I knew how much it was going to cost.

Best place to get quality work !

I was recently backed into and needed to have my bumper fixed. Daniel at Caliber was prompt in his responses when I called and reassured me that theyd be able to take care of the damage, which put me at ease. They finished several days ahead of schedule and they even cleaned my car for me! Will definitely go back if I need more body work in the future.

Daniel and Robert are awesome! They fixed hail on two of our vehicles. The process was seamless and they worked with our insurance company to get supplemental repairs done. Our cars were returned to us in perfect condition. They did a hand wax and both cars were as clean as when we purchased them! I highly recommend Caliber Collision Denver.

I saw that this repair shop had a 5 star rating so I took my car that had over $9,000 hail damage there. Dont let the appearance of this place deceive you. I picked up my car today On thanksgiving and was amazed how good it looked. It took a little longer to repair because they found more hidden damage my adjuster missed. Well worth the wait! Hats off to you guys- Thanks for a 5 star repair.

Took my car to Caliber and was helped out by Daniel. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, honest answered and explained all my questions and concerns. The work they did was extraordinary without putting a huge hole in my wallet. Definitely recommend contacting Daniel at Caliber if you need any auto body work. I went to the shop to have my dads car looked at and Daniel was so amazing! The service was friendly and smooth, the work was done well, pick up and drop off were made very convenient. I just got my car home and noticed that they even did a little extra paint touch up on part of the car that was not included in the work order.

Took both of our vehicles here recently for Hail Repair damage. Robert and Daniel are very nice and professional and my car looks better than new. The shop is small but they do top quality work. My insurance company sent me to one of their shops for the estimate and I am glad I did not schedule the repairs with them. They missed $2500 worth of damage and a supplement was written on both vehicles. Everything was repaired using PDRThank you to Caliber on 2595 W. Evans

I had a few problems in dealing with the shop and something was wrong with their phone so I had a hard time getting ahold of anyone. They were really great when I went into the shop and took care of things, but I would have preferred to take care of the issues over the phone.

Daniel took care of everything for me when I brought my newly wrecked car to Caliber. His knowledge and customer service is unmatched and took all of the stress I had away! Daniel told me tnat he could start working on my car right away and that itd be about a week until my car would be finished (While other places I called said 3 weeks before they could start working on my car and then add 4 more til it would be complete - YUCK!). Not only was the work done in NO TIME it was also amazing! And to make things even better - he threw in a FREE windshield for me because I couldnt afford a new one and my car needed one bad after the accident! Daniel went above and beyond helping me with everything! AMAZING HELP AND WORK!!!

Once they were done fixing my car, I learned they had broke my side view mirror controlThey promised to replace it and they never called me. I called many times with no response from upper managementI ended up having to pay my auto repair shop to fix itI would never recommend them to anyone

Disorganization, Unprofessionalism, Terrible Communication unfortunately describe my experience at Caliber Collision. Brought my 1 year old F150 in for hail repairs late May. Was told up to 3 weeks to have the repairs completed which was understandable considering the amount of hail damage the city took on.Towards the end of week 2 I still hadnt heard anything, even though I was promised updates on open decisons necessary concerning the repairs, so I started calling for updates and thats when the experience turned bad. First attempt at contact I was told they were too busy to update me and to expect a call back. That went on the next couple days without any solid info on progress. Finally went in person to get Daniel or Robert to talk to me. Was assured my truck would be ready by end of week which would have been over 3 weeks. Called that Friday to check in and was told it would be ready Monday now. Received a call the next Monday that truck still wasnt ready but would be next day. I called early afternoon that Tuesday to find out when I could pick up my truck and was told end of day. I said I would be there at 5:00.Get about 10 minutes away from shop, during heavy traffic and get a call from shop. Heres where the experience completely derails. Im told that they have lost the key to my truck and are wondering if I have an extra. Incredulously I ask how this could happen and am given a nonchalant response of This happens around here all the time. Great. Turn around in rush hour traffic and head back home to get extra key.Show up and now have to wait 45 minutes for them to finish my truck as they apparently have been looking for key all day and couldnt move it to complete service. Robert did give me about 10% off the bill for having my truck for a month and the lost key which netted me about a $200 discount after the key replacement expense. In addition, I was unhappy with some of the finish work and Robert did acknowledge this and said he would contact me to bring it back in to make satisfactory. Yeah right.I waited a month to write this review to see if he actually would call me and unsurprisingly, he did not. The cherry on top to this horrible experience is upon getting home, I realized that my custom weather tech floor mats had been swapped out for shabby older mats that didnt quite fit right. I can only assume they lost my mats and tried to slip by some extras they had in the shop, or they are so disorganized they didnt even know what they were doing.Shady or Incompetent, take your pick. If I were you Id stay away from this place.

Just called to see if they allow walk ins for estimates. I was told yes just dont show up between 12 and 1 due to lunch break. My wife made it there just after 1130 and she was told no that she would have to make an appointment and they would not see her for a month for just an estimate. People she talked to were snotty with her to make it worse.
