Got a rear, drivers side screw in the middle of the tire rapidly going flat on Saturday, 10/02/2021 and drove 4 miles to my Discount Tire Store on South Colorado Blvd. Denver, 80222 at 3:47 PM. Worried that they may not have time to fix my flat tire due to Sat. store closing time at 5:00PM. Wrong! I was greeted and told YES we can fix it and received the best customer service from JAKOB R who told me it would be completed before closing time around 4:45 PM. Amazing!!!! I took a walk and returned to the store waiting room around 4:30 PM. At 4:34 PM, a tire repair mechanic named Johnny (great guy) told me my flat tire was fixed and my car was being driven around for me to pick up. As I exited the store to pick up my car in the back lot...I was again greeted by my initial best customer service representative, JAKOB R who gave me my receipt and told me the flat was caused by a screw and a faulty tire value and because I had the Discount Tire Protection Plan there was no charge!!!!I, without any reservation, highly recommend the tremendous quality of service delivered from the Discount Tire Store on South Colorado Blvd. Denver and strongly recommend purchasing their Protection Plan!!!! Discount Tire has made me a customer for life!!!! They always exceed my expectations!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to get a nail removed from my tire & have it repaired & was denied service do to 1 section of the tire being below 2/32. However the rest of the tire was at 8/32. I wasnt even offered the option to purchase a new tire. The employee just said -we wont repair this because this section here is at 2/32. then stared at me a dopey look on his face... needless to say I WONT BE GOING BACK THERE. EVER!!!

I received tremendous service at this location! Ryan helped me place an order over the phone, and Jonny was extremely helpful while I was there. Both gentlemen went above and beyond to provide a terrific customer service experience. The store manager of this location was also extremely helpful. I will always recommend this specific location for new tires.

I can appreciate the service I always receive at Discount Tire and this location is no exception. I got an appt after my tire-pressure-monitor-system came on. Took them 5 minutes to analyze, resolve, and inform me I only needed air because my tires were in great shape. No hidden charges, it is a free service.

I had purchased 2 tires back in February. Around April, my left front tire apparently got a nail, & started leaking air. For the month of May, I was able to put occasional air in my tire, & it seemed to be holding. Towards the end of May, my tire was being increasingly flat. I took it in to discount today: 06/03/21, completely frustrated over the fact that my discount tire credit card balance was still $211 from February, and that I hadn’t had a chance to pay it down yet. I was looking at having to purchase another tire for a little over $85. Out of sheer frustration, I had instructed the sales associate Vincent, to just go ahead and put my spare tire on because I was tired of dealing with my account balance. After overhearing my grievances, Vincent and his wonderful manager, Jesse, waived the cost of my brand new tire. I was completely in awe. THANKS GUYS!!!!Most excellent customer service. These lads are wonderful!!!

Stopped by yesterday because my tire pressure light was on. Found a bad repair job and it couldn’t be salvaged. Needed new tires anyway. But they had me in and out in about 30 minutes.Driving on 6th avenue today, and I ran over what looked to be a lug nut or something. Tire pressure light went on and yep had to pull over at a Circle K with a flat. Called Discount, explained what happened, they called a tow truck and now they are putting on a new tire. The employees at this location have been incredibly helpful and extremely nice. Thank you.

They patched a tire but for whatever reason took off keeper plate off of other tire that wasn’t damaged. Had to drive 60 minutes to go back and get it and they had no knowledge that they even had forgotten to put it on. Didn’t offer any compensation for time or drive

Removed a nail and patched a run-flat tire. I dropped in without an appointment and they fixed the tire, for free. They quoted a replacement tire too at good prices. Definitely recommend, will return when its time for new tires.

The appointment only thing is absurd. Place is understaffed and it took nearly three hours to get a single tire replaced because of poor political policies and incintivizing laziness. Wouldnt return unless I was desperate enough.

I have been using Discount Tire for probably about 30 years now.I dont think I ever have had a problem with them even once.Reliable and affordable, I cant imagine going anywhere else for tires.

My appointment was quick and efficient - the tires I purchased are riding well so far. Im excited to see as they hold up, that being said Im here to review the service not the product (until Ive broken the tires in). Overall everyone was friendly and concise. Getting all four tires mounted (and having my best tire from the last batch placed on my spare) took 35-40 minutes with an appointment. Pleasantly surprised when the employees stashed my spare in its holding spot for me.

Nice people, but sloppy finish job! Can’t even take a second to wipe off the rim and tire. & didn’t even fix the TIre Pressure Sensor, TPS. I get it they are busy, but I pay FULL price for a FULL service so just frustrating to accept incomplete work.

Made an appointment to get my summer tires put back on after driving all winter on snow tires. I bought my Blizzak snow tires with Discount Tire this past fall.I was told by Logan that the tread was too low on a couple of my summer tires (they passed the penny test) and that they would not change out my tires unless I bought new set - always the inevitable upsell... Also, I was told this was company policy, not anything to do with CO law.My time is precious, and had only this opportunity to get my tires changed out for the next couple weeks, despite my pleading with them, I had to concede to buying a new set of tires without the opportunity to price out and research a set I truly want put on my car.All I wanted was my winter tires changed out for the quoted $80. They couldn’t deliver without the inevitable upsell, and for that they’ve lost a customer.

It was busy but they got me in and out quickly.(about 30 minutes) ?Just needed a flat fixed. All Covid restric were followed, masks, social distancing etc. Nice job!

The guys here are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They get a little slap happy in the garage but outside of that very professional. They greet everyone with a handshake and a sir/mam. They will own up to their mistakes if truly believe they made one.They get busy sometimes but it’s because they are good at what they do and people comeback. Eli helped me out a few times and is great to work with.

Had to get new tires while visiting from Texas. We did everything online such as purchasing the tires and picking an appointment time. They made it seamless and easy and took no time at all.

I bought 4 new tires from this discount tire for $735. They broke two of the studs on the tire and refused to pay for the fix because “it was like that before u brought it in”. Great customer service to refuse to fix something you broke that probably cost $25 to fix after I had just spent $735 with your company. Way to take care of your customers.

Discount tire never disappoints. Quick service, and knowledgeable staff. Pro tip: buy the tire insurance. Its not that much more, but when you need it, it will make all the difference in the world. Love the free repairs when I get a nail in my tires. And the free rotations and air checks (that I admittedly dont do often enough).

I got a flat on one of the tires on my brand new Toyota Highlander (it only had 400 miles on it!) I called the dealer and they told me that unless I had bought the tire and wheel package, they couldn’t help me. 😡 My daughter recommended Discount Tire and she was spot on! GREAT service! All employees (and most customers) were wearing masks, social distancing was observed, they repaired my tire and there was NO CHARGE!!! I was told, “Just come back when you need new tires. We just want you to be safe.” And I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. Can’t say enough about this place!

Ive been going to this Discount Tire for the past 7 years, and just purchased my second set of tires here. Ive always had great service, with everyone being so friendly and helpful. In the midst of trying to jump my car and sort the whole mess out I realized that I had passed my appointment time at Discount. I called to apologize and Justin was beyond empathetic. I was very impressed with their safety precautions regarding COVID-19! I made an appointment at 1030 this morning and was out of there by 1130! They were so efficient and friendly even with the extra safety steps they implemented. It was such a relief to take care of my car and not feel like I was putting myself, or anyone else in jeopardy.

I’ve been to other discount tire locations and I can’t say that I am that impressed by this one.Service speed is reasonable, friendliness depends on who you speak with.

I work across the street and these guy couldn’t fix a simple screw in my tire without wanting to sell me a new set. My wife just put 1200 dollars worth of tires on her car there. They have lost my business forever. Super criminal and don’t want to mess with a 12 dollar fix. It’s the busiest discount in the state. Go somewhere else, they don’t need your money. This place has my loyalty because they were able to diagnose the problem with my tire, WITHOUT CHARGE- which would not have been the same at other companies. Everyone I encountered at this location was very friendly and professional, and they were taking steps for social distancing. However, this place is always so crowded, and the parking is full- So even though I came with an appointment, it still took them an hour to even get to my car. Still, I would definitely recommend making an appointment so youre not 11th in line, or make arrangements to drop off your car and come back when they text you. Overall, Ill be back, just on a day when I have adequate time to wait around.

Not giving even 1 star but in order to post I am forced to. I am extremely disappointed with the Colorado Blvd location. I was told that it would be two hours and to come back then and my car tire would be finished. I waited from 1:30 till 3:30. When I went back my car had not been moved nor had the tire been repaired. All I was given was a VERY VERY WEAK apology. My time is precious and I changed my plans so I could get the tire repaired. I was also checking into purchasing 4 more tires to replace the old ones. Almost $1000.00. Not going to happen at this location.

I’ve been a customer of discount tire for 25 years and never have I been treated so rudely. I purchased winter Pirelli tires for my Acura a few weeks ago (with certificates) from another shop on S Wadsworth, which was a great experience in a clean, friendly shop. When I had a blowout late this past Friday night I ended up bringing my car to the nearest Discount (colo Blvd) on a flatbed. Immediately I was greeted with attitude, and the young man I spoke with immediately tried to sell me on building a very expensive spare, told me my replacement tire was out of stock and wouldn’t be in for 3-5 days, then when I said no to the spare he left me sitting in the waiting area for nearly 45 mins before I had to go find him and ask if he had a solution. When doing so I was told he could throw a cheap tire on for 159. My car is AWD, why would a supposed tire expert make such a suggestion? I asked to speak with a manager whom seemed bothered to have to speak with me... by this point I had come up with my own solution of bringing my all-seasons, I just replaced, back to gave them put on temporarily. When I told the mgr this idea he said “or you could bring one of them and we can put it on”.. yet AGAIN not the correct solution for an AWD vehicle. After all was said and done I received my car back with filthy wheels slathered with whatever they use to put the tires on. It took over 45 mins to thoroughly clean the wheels. My tire came on Weds and whomever I spoke with on the phone did expedite getting the néw tire (along with the other matching 3) put on however when it was done someone tried to sell me a warrantee on the tire that was just warranteed! Also, when I arrived the check-in dude outside was a complete jerk. This shop is filled attitude, lacks quality service, and their approach is to sell, not service. After sitting in the lobby and witnessing how these guys spoke to other customers it’s clear they are way too busy to provide the Discount Tire level of service I’ve been accustomed to for so many years. I suggest choosing another Discount Tire location if quality service and attention to detail is something you’d like when visiting a tire store.

I was having a rough day then to top it off I got a screw in my tire. The people at this location are so kind and helpful. Thank you all so much for helping me.

I had called this discount tire to see if they can take a look at 2 of my tires because of my air pressure light that kept coming on. I had the pleasure of speaking with Alex who was truly awesome. I had mentioned that my husband worked right around the corner from the discount tire and was extremely busy at work and couldnt drop the car off and Alex stated that was not a problem he would allow me to check in over the phone and run over to my husbands job and get the keys. definitely stress relief! Thank you Alex, I am truly grateful of the courtesy and customer service you have provided.. I would definitely recommend talking to Alex while at this discount tire!!! You Rock Alex!!

I love places that value a high level of service. Its rare these days to put yourself in the shoes of the customer. I bought a new set of tires there, 3 months later got a flat and they replaced the tire for free. The only bad thing I can say about Discount Tire is it can get busy at times with a long line, but thats to be expected when youre the best.

I had the best experience at discount tire on Colorado blvd. I went in thinking I needed a quick patch on my tire and found out I needed four new tires.. what could have been a stressful and horrible situation was actually quite wonderful.. chad the assistant manager took his time to provide education, review comparisons, and what to ask my dealership for a comparison... after a few calls I returned back to a very reasonable price and a manager that continued where chad left off, seriously cannot say enough good things, highly recommend! I never leave reviews but the experience was so great I felt I needed to!

Very fast, friendly. I had my tires swapped at a different Discount but had shaking. This location rebalanced, found two wheels that were off and redid them.

Stopped in to get some air in my tires as I was going on an 8 hour road trip. Glad I did. Kyle got all of my tires set at the same pressure ( they were all about 8 psi low). Only took about 5 minutes and was free of charge. Thank you Discount Tire!

We had a blow out on our delivery van 2 days before an early snow storm. I bought tires online, and scheduled an appointment online. It didnt matter. There was a mass of people there, and 2 poor employees running crazy while the manager sat in the back. This place may be great in June, but they do not work well under pressure.

Have been here three times already for my tire needs. Got new tires for my daily driver, my sisters car and for my beloved 1990 Lincoln. Javier, Eric and Ryan are professional, polite and get the job done right, and quickly as well. They went out of their way to order special white stripe Continentals for my Lincoln (which they had in and out quicker than the time quoted, a pleasant surprise). I highly recommend this Discount tire, and will surely be back here for my next set of tires.

Needed lug nuts replaced after taking my car to my dealership for an oil change and they stripped them trying to tighten them without using the key for my aftermarket wheels... They literally took two minutes and gave me lug nuts I was missing at no charge! Super friendly, informative and fast! Ive gone to several discount tire stores all across the country as well as several other tire shops and this one is by far the best Ive been to. Highly recommend and very satisfied! You will be too!

I have come here for my last 3-4 pairs of tires. I have always had such great customer service and people who really know what they are talking about. They will help you find a tired that fits your budget but will also explain what would be best for your car with your driving patterns. Super knowledgable. Even better, the warranties discount offers are awesome and all tired will have free repair if you get a nail in your tire. They are also really great at getting you in and out quickly and getting you in last minute if you need in for a flat. Nothing but good things to say. Appreciate these guys.

USE ANOTHER DISCOUNT!!Called and made an appointment, was told that no walk ups, appointments only....Arrived way early, tried to drop keys off and waited in line, tried to get a worker to take my keys. Was told to wait in line for a dropoff for an appointment...I came back 20 mins before my appointment, waited in line finally a person came out and told me that even through I had an appointment it could be an hour or more for my vehicle to get in...???I asked why bother making an appointment?Jonny told me that this location was implementing a new (August company policy of appointment only?? This is July)...my problem is that they have over 5 bays for service employees running around, and in my hour of waiting before my appointment, (I ate lunch next door ) I didnt see more than 15 customers in an out,in line.....hmmmm Jonny got testy after my frustration, and of course, added a few snide comments,I called and asked for a manager, spoke to someone who tried to explain this new policy, I had called two other Discounts and was told to make an appointment OR just walk in.I drove to Discount on East Evans, walked up was checked in and left in 25 minutes????I guess this is how a Discount is supposed to be run, no attitudes, just great service...waiting for a conversation with the general/regional manager to comment on how poorly the Colorado Boulevard store is operatedAnother business that obviously thinks that this poorly managed store is much more important than its customers...( hopefully just this bad apple, not representative of the chain)I have spent thousands of dollars over many decades, with this company....Cant blame CoVid on this...Many other choices for Tires and services...Try Les Schwab, Hampden...Brandon is what Discount used to be...friendly, attentive, no sales games, no add ons...I would recommend that you try the Evans store, long before you try this store... (Colorado bv)And...you dont sit in chairs 3 feet away from Colorado Blvd...!!!!! really drive by and look at how unsafe and tacky this is... a great visual of what to expect.....Yes it was worth the time to post this comment....
