I drive out of my way to go to this car wash because they used to be the best. This is now the second time that the job was not completed, so I likely won’t be coming back. This time I made sure to ask for them to do the back trunk area of my Subaru (it has all-weather mats, easy to wipe), and he said I had to do the “deluxe” option to get that. Also, that it would be $10 to clean all my regular mats (also all-weather). So, by the end of all this, the car wash cost me $50 and when I got home I had to finish it myself. The back had been vacuumed but not wiped and there was green dust all over the outside of my car, plus some other areas that were left dirty. For $50, you’d think more attention would be paid. I called them to try to make it right but have not heard back.

Will not be back after having a dirty car still after a $44 full service wash. Total rip off and terrible job. Dont waste your time and money here.

I got the Ultimate Wash plus mat cleaning so my total came to $57.00. I did not receive a wash that matches what I paid. There were streaks on my windows, my rims look dirty, the interior has dirt, the trunk wasnt cleaned. I asked how long it would take before I paid, the guy said 25min, it was 50min. 2.5 stars. Not terrible but I wont be back for the price I paid and the services received.

Got a free car wash flyer in the mail so thought Id try them out. They did a great job with the exterior however there were several locations inside the car they didnt clean. Floor mats were not cleaned along with other common areas, including the back. Come on guys, even a quick wipe down would have sufficed. So happy this was a free trial because if I paid for this I would not have been happy!

Poor communication. I wanted a quick wash and wax. It was not communicated that it takes 20 minutes to get my car finished. If you have a while to wait for your car otherwise if you want a quick high quality wash dont come here. I would give low rating to this place based on the wait times, poor sense of order and lack of communicating services.

BUYER BEWARE!!! READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FIRST!!!I have never been to a place where the company refuses to accept any responsibility for anything, until I came here. All the positive reviews are for people whos cars they cleaned as expected. Its when things go wrong where you see the true nature of this company. I had never used this car wash before and decided that I would give it a try. I ignored the bad reviews and even the caution given to me by 2 people who had been to this place several times.The jet washers in the car wash blew off a piece of trim on my Range Rover. I understand that things can happen. Your jet hits something just right and bam, it pops off. But the response of the staff is the reason for my poor review. First, no one wanted to talk to me about it and then when someone finally did, they told me they would make it right and order the part and contact me. Guess what? No phone call. When I spoke with the manager on the phone 2 weeks later when I decided to check on the status of things, he had not done anything in that 2 weeks and told me that the damage had to be there before I came in. The piece of trim was clearly on the car in the video as it went into the car wash and clearly not on when it came out. The part cost all of $77 and I am sure they would even get a discount off retail for it but my business wasnt important enough to fix the destruction to my vehicle that was clearly caused by their jets in the car wash.Also, as mentioned several times in poor reviews over the last year alone, the interior of my car wasnt even done at all. Not even vacuumed. It sat in the sun for over 45 minutes and was totally dry before they got to it. Also, as mentioned many times in countless reviews, there is no order to the madness of whos car gets done first. I spent a total of over 2 hours and 30 minutes simply to get a standard wash for my car.

Good but not the best

Super friendly people every time I go! I usually get the super wash, and I often ask for my 4 floor mats to be cleaned, they do a great job vacuuming, hand drying, and shining the dash and wheels on my car, even when it is super busy, their attention to detail is like to no other. They’re efficient, I haven’t had to wait more than 15 min for them to have my car turned around. They offer just about anything you could want at a car wash and their prices very affordable, so I do feel inclined to tip the awesome staff. I highly recommend this car wash if your in the area!

They always do a great job with detailing. Fair prices for the quality work. Two weeks ago I took them my absolute pig stye off roader/hunting truck and they made it shine inside and out. Toady I brought in my highway queen and got the same results. Great job all around.

Great car wash. My only problem is they are so popular that often you have to wait too long. This morning I asked for an exterior wash plus tires dressing. Their tunnel was evidently broken down for a few minutes and it took longer than usual. Good news is that they cleaned the interior prior to the wash. I dont know if that was a mistake or just complimentary for having to wait. Go early during the week for quicker service.

I am extremely disappointed in this car wash. I waited for 45 minutes and they didnt even wash the inside of my car. In fact, other cars that got there after me, were worked on in front of mine. I paid an extra $15 to have the interior scrubbed and they didnt touch it. Unbelievable and a huge waste of $32.

I have had two experiences with this place, one great and one beyond disappointing. After paying $50.00 (about) for a car wash/ mats to be cleaned we watched as our car sat in the sun and dried before it could be hand dried - not the biggest deal but our car left Finish Line unfinished. The exterior was dirty with debris and smudges all over. The mat wash left a pool of dirty, soapy water sitting inside.When I reached out to request this action be taken we were given two free car washes, however, that is not what we want as we do not wish to return here (my partner lives an hour and a half south). When we reached out again we were told that they do not do refunds once the services have been given...So, heads up everyone - sometimes they do a great job, other times they do a poor job. You pay the same value either way and you are not entitled to your money back if they do a horrible job. In a world where you have a car wash on almost any street this type of customer service is laughable. Im not a huge fan of them but Waterworks never treated me this way nor left my car visibly dirty.I provided a few photos but trying to capture the exterior debris on a camera phone was like trying to capture the sunset - you cant get the whole picture.

I love this car wash, I always get the ultimate wash. The reason for the 4 star review.is that I wish they wouldnt use a dirty rag to wipe the inside of.my windshield, it.always looks streaked when the sun hits its just right.

Decent car wash. Love that it is a touchless car wash. But the wait to get your vehicle takes a while. What should be a 10 minute wash with drying and vacuuming, ends up taking close to 25 minutes here.

I had a wheelchair accessible van detailed here and it was exceptional! The van did not even look this great when I bought it. The entire experience was so refreshing. Everyone was professional and friendly. So happy I found this place- no need to go anywhere else for car wash or detailing.

I love Finish Line! This is the best car wash I’ve been to in Denver. Nothing irritates me more than leaving Waterworks with crusty yogurt still in my middle console. Be prepared to wait a LONG time. I came here at 11:15 am on a Thursday and it took almost an hour for a basic exterior wash and vacuum. This place is understaffed and unorganized.

I paid for the pro wash which is a interior and exterior clean $36. When I got the car back there was dirt on the interior and exterior of the car. They said the wash would take 30 min and it only took 20. After the car was washed by the machines I only saw 3 guys clean the car for 5 min and then one sat around the car waiting for the time to end for the next 10 min. Worst wash ever have to get it redone at a better place...

They recently did a fantastic job on my headlight restoration! They have done a wonderful job on all of the other detail work for me in the past. I would high recommend Finish Line and they also have great low prices!

When my car came out of the wash I notified them the front appeared broken. They called the manager and he was able to find the piece that broke off in the wash, however it was broken and unable to be reattached. They then claimed that the car had pre-existing damage and they were not liable at all. They even went as far as to show me the video of the car going into the wash with all parts attached and come out without it. However, they still washed their hands of any responsibility and offered no remedy. Very unprofessional. They then handed me a card with the owners phone number, which was the phone number of the physical location. I did leave a message with no return. I am confident I will get no return call.I would not recommend this place as they do not prioritize the customers satisfaction, it seems like they only car about the dollar.

Finish Line Car Wash did exceptional work on my car. It was damaged with paint splatters from a nearby construction site -- which is every day, everywhere in my neighborhood -- and they were able to get the tiny little white dots of paint off, which the dealership couldnt! They also did some amazing detailing work. I feel like I have a brand new car, and I love it. It actually drives better too. Plus Ron gave me a paper with instructions thats been very helpful in keeping my car in good shape. Did I mention it was also very reasonably priced, considering all that needed to be done!

Went in for a Wash and they offered to take care of some scrapes and scratches. They did amazing work and I know saved me Hundreds if not over a thousand dollars in body shop up charges. Great service and attention to detail

I had my car wash on Saturday, around 5:30 p.m. . My side mirror was broken off when I acted at the car wash bay attendant attempted to fix it made it look like it was. Upon closer inspection still broken. I emailed the address listed in the prior complaints. That was on Saturday it is Tuesday and I still have not heard anything. Be very careful using this car wash.

Takes 45min+ to get through here. If I had known it would in the end take me an hour. To get my car washed I would have done it myself, saved the $20.Then when I asked about my car I was told that the car had been done for 30min. Even though I had asked 2 staff members about my car during my wait time before I went in to ask the attendant.No apologies. I was blamed for not hearing my car being ready even though I was waiting outside with everyone else and asking other attendants. No offer for a reimbursement. Or acknowledgement that they system they’re currently using isn’t working.Shame as I wanted to use this car wash since it’s so close to my work.Very disappointed.

My car has never been more beautiful. I do a lot of hiking and so when I get back in my car after, it absorbs the bad smells. Finish Line made my car shine and smell brand new. Theyre also reasonably priced. Definitely recommend them

I usually love this place, but today it took 30+ minutes to get my car washed. I repeatedly saw my car overlooked and ignored so they could work on the BMWs, Lexus, Mercedes cars. Very disappointed, in their customer service. Wont be returning

I love this place. I drive 20 minutes south down Colo blvd just because I like it. It’s not always the fastest because they are often extremely busy and they do a really thorough job. The people working here do work fast though and are really nice. I’m happy to wait the amount of time they take, for the quality they do and the sake of not having to vacuum out my car and all that by myself. Obviously you can pay for different packages that go up in price but they for sure affordable and again I’d say it’s worth it.

Service was fine but unfortunately the wash itself wasnt. Im not particularly picky but it was as though they didnt bother cleaning the seats in the least (which I got the higher level wash specifically for).

Best car wash in town. We drive from the foothills down to The Finish Line because it is the best. The interior clean is excellent, they are the only company who vacuums all the dog hair without complaint. Also, my SUV with topper (8 foot clearance) fits in the automatic car wash. The membership always saves me money. Highly recommended!

Stop in for a car wash at 3pm that was start with a bad sales person tell me. Put my mask on when i am siting in the car in-order for him to speak with me. Did it but he wrote the wrong wash down. And tell me i could not understand u wash and vacuum dress tires, I just got the car from Mercedes down the street and the still did not Vacuum car out. Not coming back and, letting Mercedes knew how i was treated since they payed for it.

Not a bad car wash. But I’m shocked every time I go here how long it takes. It’s 45 min easy even with a short line. Everyone lives in slow motion.

Great service. There was a bit of a line, so I was there for an hour instead of the half hour I expected. All things considered, I cant complain about that. They have an outside area to wait for your car with umbrellas and benches. All the folks I talked to were friendly.

Finish Line has always done a fabulous job on car washes. They really shined after I got in a bit of a fender bender in my husbands new car. They initially told me they could improve the scratches by 50%. In reality, they buffed out at least 95% of the damage - you wouldnt see the scratch unless you were looking for it - from the side. I was blown away. They have earned my loyalty for life.

First of all, the tech did a fantastic job with the exterior detail. His rating is a full five stars. The paint on my car looked so rich and deep, all the moldings were perfect, chrome tips polished, rims polished, the whole 9 yards. It looked better than when I first drove the car off the dealers lot.The reason for the star deduction was the price. Their web site quotes $175 for an exterior detail. When I got there, the concierge told me it would be $225. Huh? I have a VW Golf, a compact hatchback. What are they basing their web-site quoted prices off of, a smart car? Obviously, I still wanted the detail, and did think that the price was still fair, but they need to update the web site to reflect how they price.

I have been coming here for over a year, but the last three times I have been here, it has taken over 45 minutes to get my car through their basic cleaning. They have a ton of people working, but when it takes two people 13 minutes (yes, I was counting) to clean the interior of a truck, their is obviously some management problems. Also, when you pull in, there is no priority set of what cab goes through first. Watch 6 vehicles come in well after me, finish 5 minutes before me. Never again.

Worst car wash ever, they stopped the line while my car was half way through the line. The car was just sitting there after the first rinse, maybe 5 mins later they started to move the line again. At that point my car was pretty much dry from sitting still, all the brushes rotating on the car without any water definitely caused paint damages. The employees told me the car is wet coming out of the wash during the final rinse so everything is fine and they clean the brushes ONCE a day in the morning.

I took my ram 1500 here to get detailed and was told it would be about 4 hours. That’s absolutely fine with me because they do a fantastic job at a good price. I drive about 15 miles to get here but it is well worth the trip for the great service and speed they detail. I would recommend this car wash to anyone trying to get a proper detail without the appointment.

Always a great place to get her car washed if you get the right package. Totally touch-free is the only way to go dont believe it other places tell you that theyre wet brushes or roller brushes wont scratch your car they will swell scratch it every time. finish line is completely 100% touch-free love it! These guys work hard for the money on the drive so be sure to tip them well.

They did a great job washing my car

I took my 2017 GMC Sierra for detail service. I dropped off my truck that fully worked considering that its a newer vehicle and when I arrived to pick up my truck, I come to find out that the driver seat motor was broken and the seat could not fully move forward. I immediately asked to speak with management to make them aware of the damaged. I made them aware that when I brought my truck it was functioning and there was noting wrong with the seat, and I noticed that the seat was brought all the way fordward. Management told me they would investigate and look at their cameras to make sure it was not a pre-damage. This is an inconvinience for my self and my wife who is pregnant and can’t drive due to the seat not being able to adjust. I am expecting a return call since saturday from them and until this day I have not received at least a courtesy call to let me know that they are looking into it. Please consider other place before coming to this one, I will never come here anymore.

An hour for automated car wash

Definitely dont take your car here unless you have a full hour to watch them fiddle around trying to fix windshields for extra money. I stopped by for a quick car wash and sat behind a car at the vacuum station while a young woman struggled to fix a windshield for 30 minutes. Im all for offering services that help people, but on a busy afternoon when it should take 20 minutes top to get a complete wash you the windshield bit was too much.

Love this place! They do a great job and the service is always on point! The only thing I wish is that they would allow me to tip on my card or get cash back. The atm isn’t always working and these guys deserve a good tip!

The contact box on your website doesn’t work. I came to your colorado ave location today. I have an ignition interlock that goes off randomly so i cannot leave the vehicle while it’s on. This has never been an issue at any car wash here in Denver. Your staff repeatedly told me to get out of the car, to which i repeatedly explained the situation. They then told me if i wasn’t going to get out of the car, that i needed to leave and walked away. I am blown away at how rude and unprofessional the entire interaction was.

Very disappointing experience at this car wash multiple times now. Im done. Almost every time I go here, there are issues with the car not being clean when they FINALLY turn it back over to me. Usually its the interior doors where your feet sometimes leave mud or dirt on the inside of the door from getting in and out. Other times its they didnt do a good job wiping up the water/soap that remains from the wash. Today I told the guy taking my order that I wanted a interior and exterior wash. He sold me the $20 Super Wash plus 3 floor mats @ $7 and an up-charge of $1 for a wagon which I dont really have, its a sedan. When I got my car back there was still dried coffee on the passenger seat and mud on both front doors (interior) and the passenger side interior door and cup holder. When I asked the guy to borrow his rag so I could fix it he told me I wasnt allowed to use his rag. Then he told me that the $20 Super Wash does not include wiping down the seats and interior doors. I dont know if thats true or not but if so, why sell someone an interior wash and not include doors and seats. This place is overrated, and unfortunately its one of the better options we have. But their service sucks and so does the actual quality of their work. Im a real estate developer and half tempted to build my own car wash and put them out of business, we should all demand better. Im sick of paying good money for a lousy wash.

Very good full service car wash. They do my wheels better than I do by myself, usually.One time, coming through, they had a mobile glass repair kiosk trying to drum up sales. I appreciated it because I actually had a nick that needed addressing, but you might be annoyed by semi-high pressure add ons.

Good solid customer service. Got in and out fairly quickly. Its nice to know that I can trust them with my car as I always find it weird leaving my car keys for someone else to drive my car.

Ive been coming here for years. Always do a thorough job. Even clean the cup holder in the baby seat! No one else would do that. Ive always been satisfied here. The prices are the same as everywhere else.

The quality of work is subpar. The wash I purchased was to include a vacuum, and they only vacuumed to visible space of the front cabin floor mats. They failed to vacuum under the seats or the rear seat compartment. Im going to find another option for my next wash.

I brought in a tough problem today - remove white water based paint that has just spilled on the mat and carpet. The gentleman explained that he couldnt save the mat. It made no sense, but I agreed. They then cleaned the paint - which they insisted was oil based - it was not - and charged $100 to do so. When I picked the car up, white paint remained. He insisted no promise was made that all paint would be removed. It was promised. And again that it was oil based paint. When I asked why it wasnt steamed out - I was told they couldnt do that. Had they told me from the beginning, I would have gone elsewhere, been a happy camper and they wouldnt have refunded my money. They manager agreed to refund my money if I never came back. What a shame. My other experiences here were great.

Spent $38 on the ultimate car wash. My windows actually were more smudged than when I brought it in. I didnt notice til I left and the sunlight hit them. I actually had to reclean my windows. Unacceptable for that kind of money. I definitely wont be going back there.

I have been a long time wheel deal member and I have to say what a great team and I know most of your long time members of the team and for that I like this place. When you have great long term employees, there is a reason. They are treated well work hard and are rewarded for their efforts. I see that here. And that keeps me here. Waterworks cant hold a key to these guys. I will say, They are very hard to reach by phone, thats the only reason I gave them four stars. I have called over four days, left numerous messages and never a phone call back. Called the front desk, accounting, manager, detailing, never a call back. So they lost two family members cars to detail for B Day presents. How can you do so many things right? Have great people, but not answer or reply to vm. This is a management problem

This is one of the worst run businesses I ever come into contact With. I live close by, so out of convenience, I have unfortunately gone for washes all of which have been mediocre at best . Yesterday I made an appointment for today, for an inside detail on my car . The price online said $175 . The guy ushering in the cars and selling washes quoted me $200 . I called him out on it and he was like ... “ oh ok ... $175.. “I knew in my gut I should not give this place my money, but I was a bit desperate to have the inside of my car look really good. I am an outside sales rep and have someone coming in tomorrow from out of the country to ride around with me all day .I arrived exactly at my app time . They were slammed . I even said to the guy ... “ I can come back another time... “ out of courtesy because it was a nice day and they were super busy . He said “ OH NO . We are good . “ He told me to pull into a detail spot and leave my car running .I walked home and back four hours later with my son . There is my car . Still running . Unlocked with the key in it . No detail . They simply forgot about it . No excuse, no sorry, nothing . In fact the manager just put his hand in front of my face .There are bigger problems in the world. It’s sad that just because of a location a business can SUCK and they will stay busy, it just does not matter .
