Hey it works good for certain situations they didnt have the top to go with the cabinet for the vanity that I ordered but thats okay
Orderd cabinets thru Company did not receive as promised and had 2 wait a month for replacement parts cabinets of very poor quality
DO NOT buy from here! Bait and switch! You will not get what you ordered and will end up over paying for low quality! Can’t get ahold of anyone for a resolution. Unless you want to pay a pretty dollar for something you didn’t want go elsewhere!!
This company is incredible! Weve had our cabinets for almost 3 years now and they are of the highest quality. The employees were efficient and responsive to all of my questions (er... demands) and treated me with the utmost respect. The product we received was installed in a timely manner and was done so with expertise and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone. We are so happy with our cabinets!

Do not do business with the Company! I placed an order with them that was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 months and it’s been 9 months, I’ve paid over 50% for my order and the Company refuses to respond to my e-mails concerning the status of the order. Huge integrity issues with this Company and they have “company policy” which contradicts their own contract terms!I contracted Thurston (also dba DC&A, Discount Cabinets and Appliances and Kitchens of Colorado) for a kitchen cabinet order in March of 2017 and the contract had a delivery date of June 2017. It’s almost November 2017 and nothing has arrived (over 9 months since I ordered the cabinets!). Thurston has not acknowledged any responsibility for not delivering the cabinets timely yet they continue to hound me for payment on the final balance even though nothing has arrived. They continue to promise that the cabinets will be in “shortly”, “next week”, even “tomorrow” but nothing has been delivered. To make it worse they are requiring a final “cash” payment to be made to them before the cabinets arrive to them and have indicated they will not deliver the cabinets to me until I pay them cash for the full remaining balance. This payment policy is not in the contract that I signed but according to my sales rep it’s “company policy” which they can’t make any exceptions to. I’ve recommended to them that they should make their “Company Policy” align with their contract terms! I can’t delay the cabinet delivery any more than it has already been delayed so with extreme reluctance, I agreed to make a final payment via a credit card (to give me some sort of recourse if they don’t deliver) even before I have any opportunity to inspect the cabinets and before they deliver the cabinets to my residence but they have not responded to that offer or given any indication to me as to when they will deliver my cabinets. They just want cash and they’ve gone completely silent on me (other than payment requests) presumably until I give them cash. I thought this was a reputable company but ultimately this company has the most rotten business practices that I’ve ever experienced. On four occasions, I’ve requested evidence from them that they actually place the cabinet order with their manufacturer but they refuse to respond to that request – this request was made after I found out in late April 2017 that they forgot to place my order with their manufacturer after I signed a contract with them and gave them a 50% down payment.I have numerous other complaints about this company but the lack of performance and refusal to refund my deposit is the biggest issue at this point. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for kitchen or bathroom cabinets!

We remodeled our kitchen 3 years ago and was sold GE Monogram appliances by Scott at this Denver location. I had walked in wanting to get Wolff brands but Scott convinced us GE was the way to go. When we have tried to call Scott, we get no reply back. The bad review only reflects the appliance department.We do not recommend purchasing GE Applicances - especially GEs top end Monogram line! Its not possible to fully describe our frustrating experience with GE. But we suggest they stop using the slogan GE Cares when clearly GE Does Not Care... as evidenced by our experience and others we have read about online. Well make this as brief as possible.1) Consumer Advocates who should be renamed GE Advocates.2) Consumer Advocate Supervisor ** who made it clear that GE doesnt stand behind appliances after they are out of warranty and could only provide solutions that required the consumer to be inconvenienced and spend more money.5) No one else to speak with - why is GE management afraid to speak with their customers?Purchased a full 6 piece kitchen of monogram appliances at the cost of 26,000.00. So far, we have had the microwave, refrigerator, and ice machine serviced. The ice machine has been serviced 3 times. The ice machine finally died and I am 4 months short of falling under warranty. GE would replace my ice machine for $2400 which is supposedly a discount. Had I not had to wait several weeks for service calls I might have made the warranty. The microwave rattles. We had a buddy over the other night who laughed at it stating his Walmart microwave works better then our overpriced high end microwave. Refrigerator had the motherboard replaced, but it rattles and the hinge has never work. I told the tech and he claimed it was a $300 part plus labor. I explained it has never worked correctly. To which he shrugged. I cannot believe I was such a sucker to spend the money to buy high end appliance thinking they would last longer and hold up better then a Walmart appliance. Boy was I wrong....We did everything right, we scheduled our repair with one of their expert techs, we waited for our appt(s), and we were willing to fully pay for the parts and labor. The next right thing we will do is replace our 3 year old $26000.00 Monogram appliances with a company who truly CARES, just so we dont have to live through another experience of GE CARES. Were sure the competition will gladly take our business.

Ordered some Merillat cabinets for my Master Bath on 5/27 and they are still not in. Was promised a 3 week delivery that did not happen. Everytime I call to see where my cabinets are they say I dont know and there not in yet I asked them to call Merillat to find out where they are and they said they cant tell me anything other than there now on their way from the factory. I called again to see when theyd be in and they told me the driver called and made an appointment for Friday morning for delivery. Driver never showed up so I asked DC&A to call his company and track him down. They said they didnt know how! Its called Customer service 101 DC&A!These people at DC&A are really incompetent and lack customer service skills...Still No Cabinets!
