Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.First time I used them I needed an igniter for my gas furnace.The first place I had gone to had given me the wrong one - these guys had the correct one, now my furnace works perfectly.This time it was a tensioner for for the belt on a Whirlpool dryer.Thought they were going to have to order it but they double checked the supply room and found the correct part.Problem solved.Thank you!Will definitely use in the future!Louis Wyman
