Im so happy because these guys were able to handle my refrigerator ice maker problem, and they even managed to fix it on a high level. Knowledgeable and efficient too! I was stunned when the technician proficiently working on my oven hinge problems. The problem was easily carried out. He then explained everything thoroughly as he accomplished the repair. The issues were solved within an hour and the result was perfect. Prompt response, great work and excellent service. We called with a broken washing machine on Friday afternoon - by Monday, it was fixed. The quote to come look at the unit was very fair, and that charge is applied to the cost of the repair of you do move forward. James was able to come out the day after I called to fix our washer. If he hadnt been come, I wouldve had to wait a whole week for another service. He also fixed my gas fireplace for free! Great experience. Will definitely be calling again when I need washer/dryer help!

Pat was the tech for our older Kenmore dishwasher. He was assigned to us through our Xcel Homesmart service. He was prompt and courteous. He returned the next day with the necessary part even when the weather was terrible and I told him he could come a different day.

Had a problem with our refrigerator. They came out quickly and were very friendly. They even laid down sliders when moving our refrigerator so as not to scratch the hard wood floors. The problem was promptly fixed. Thank you!

We have a very expensive refrigerator that was in need of repair. I called the Appliance Repairs of the Rockies and they had a service tech at my front door in less than 4 hours. He found a part that was bad and had it overnighted and returned the next day for repairs. Ongoing issues required a few visits from the repair tech and eventually the owner/manager arrived on a Sunday morning for the final fix. In addition, my dishwasher was also in need of repair and the tech advised I was better off with a new one as opposed to hiring them for a repair, no upscale at all. I was very impressed from a customer service perspective.
