I needed my Whirlpool front-loading washing machine repaired as it shook like crazy during the spin cycle. Everyone (Cody, J.R., and Mike) with whom I dealt from the company is professional, courteous, responsive, and experienced. The repair cost was reasonable, they came when they said they would, and I didnt have to wait very long after the diagnostic to have the machine repaired. Im very happy with the repairs and with a one-year warranty on parts and labor whats not to like? I will keep their info handy and theyll be the first company I call if I need appliance repair in the future.

I called Denver Washer Dryer last Thursday because I was getting a flow sense warning on my 1.5 year old dryer. I had discovered that Best Buy had damaged the dryer vent hose at installation and it was crushed probably causing the issue, but refused to come out and fix the problem they caused without a service charge. I wasnt about to give them any of my money. Denver Washer Dryer had someone scheduled for the next day. He called me when he was on his way allowing me time to get back from my office. Came in, cut down the excess vent hose, put it back together and its been working great since! He said if that didnt end up being the problem that they would put the money I had paid for him to come out towards any other repairs! Quick to schedule, honest and reliable. I couldnt have asked for better service!

The tech (Mike) who came and repaired my dryer was courteous and replaced the heating element very quickly. I will definitely keep this business in mind for future repairs.

Amazed at the level of serviceI just recently bought a house and was in need of a washer and dryer. I chose to go the used route to save some money. I found an add for Denver Washer and Dryer on craigslist. I went into their store, which is very nice and clean, and met with a very nice salesperson. He explained to me the different sets that he had available. After I chose a set, they took them in the back to check and make sure they were running and then loaded them up for me. One of the best parts is they provided all the hookup hardware including both types of plugs for the dryer.Once I got the washer and dryer installed I ran a load to see how they worked. The washer seemed to have an issue with the timer. I phoned the shop the next day and they arranged to have a repairman come look at the machine (90 day warranty). Once they looked at the machine, they simply replaced it with another machine of similar model that actually had a few more features. They were very polite and professional. I will definitely shop here again and recommend anyone who needs a quality used appliance do the same.

Cody is amazing! He quickly helped me to find a fridge for my house and he went above and beyond to add my house to the delivery route. He even switched the hinges on my fridge to the other side so that the door would open without knocking into my pantry door. If I could give this shop a 10 star rating, I would!

My wife and I walked into the shop and immediately were greeted by the owners, both were very helpful, genuine people. We bought with ease, felt we got a very good deal and we helped local business owners. It was simple, easy, under 30 minutes because of the quality machines and service. Also, delivery was on time and extremely professional. We have a free year warranty and they will extend if we want to. Owners were very impressive laid back on the sale but obviously hard working and care about their company/workmanship. We will recommend them to veryone we know.(Tricky to find the store entrance but don’t give up. It’s in the back of a warehouse looking building.)

Shortly after they installed my washer and dryer I had a dishwasher break, that I didn’t get from them, and they came out and fixed it for me. No issues. My son found them on the internet. Went in looking for a dryer, bought one and brought it home with us. I turned it on and while it turned it didn’t get hot. I called them and they were so apologetic and told me to come back in and they would replace it. I recently moved into a new home and needed to get a good price on a high quality Washer/Dryer. Spent a good amount of time shopping craigslist and other appliance outlet stores until I cam Denver Washer Dryer. They gave me the best price by far. I needed them installed in a very small basement with an even more narrow stairwell. When they arrived to install the units, I was partially expecting a bit of justified grumbling from the guys delivering the unit. I know I would have complained about the very tight stairwell had I been in their shoes. Instead they stated that they’ve seen worse and got right to work. They worked efficiently and got the job done quicker than I expected.Very professional, prompt and great demeanor for delivery dudes. I’m used to delivery/installation guys who couldn’t care less about you, your property or the job they are doing so I was very surprised and impressed with their professionalism.A few weeks later I was replacing the stove in my house and needed to get rid of the beat up and ugly stove that was there. I called Denver Washer Dryer and they came to pick it up in 10 minutes and gave me $30 for my stove.Great business. Highly recommended.

I called Denver Washer and Dryer initially to see if they sold any apartment sized stackable washer/ dryer units because my washer wasnt doing anything; they do and at amazing prices, but Cody asked me what was going on with my unit. I explained what was going on and he walked me through several different trouble shooting methods. Nothing worked, so he quoted me a very fair price for a few different possible fixes. The next day the dryer heating element went out and our hot water heater went out too. I called Cody to tell him this and he said that was all too much of a coincidence and I should probably call an electrician. I was so impressed that he 1) had so much knowledge that he could pretty much diagnose my problem over the phone and 2) wasnt one of those businesses that just send someone out to tell you its not the unit for $300.Long story short, we did need an electrician and everything but the washer started working again. When I called again to tell Cody this, he got someone out two days later.The day of the repair, Dustin stopped by, found the problem and fixed it in less then 20mins! And for under $200!I am so impressed by these guys! Both are so friendly, knowledgeable, and they have great prices! And they do more then washers and dryers! I highly recommend this company!

I had a part go bad on my washing machine. I brought the part to the store and we tested it right there and he sent me home with another used part that works even better than the old switch.Theyve got a great selection and great prices. Excellent service! Needed a dryer that was a front loader, gas and fit a specific height restriction. Cody came through with flying colors. When there was a heating problem after installation he came out twice to figure out the problem (which wasnt the rebuilt machine but our clogged duct). Great staff. Buyer Beware. One has to question why a company that claims to have such high integrity would repeatedly refuse to return calls to a legitimate paying customer. How does one explain their refusal to return repeated calls to a known customer, let alone someone practically begging them to please coordinate a money transaction to finalize a sale. I did not simply desire product, they fully understood I was in dire need of a machine.I had made repeated efforts, in person and by phone, to coordinate sizable purchases on different dates. I was someone who frequented their business in person weekly over several months. (In hindsight, I realize my drop-ins were directly related to their failure to return my calls.). Numerous in-person visits and calls to both Cody and Dustin were made in my efforts to make my final selection. I evidenced nothing less than sincere interest and intent. Both Cody and Dustin came to know me by sight. There was no mistaking my ability to pay, interest in paying, desire to purchase, and the specific products I wanted to buy.On my last two visits to their store, I specifically said I was ready to buy existing machines. I was surprised when no effort was made to write up a ticket, quote me a final price, coordinate a payment, or even bother to get back to me to finalize the sale. Each time they remained vague, stalled, suggested they’d get back with me to finalize the agreed “sale”, only to be ignored and forgotten. Each time I left their store in good faith, believing they’d get back with me to finalize my purchases....(Crickets)...The first time I gave them benefit of the doubt. When it happened the second time, about one week later, I took their failure to take me seriously as a strong sign that I should run from a disreputable company. Simply amazing.Here I was, clearly pointing to machines that I was now wanting to purchase, ready to pay on the spot, yet my money apparently wasn’t good enough for them.When I see all these “5” ratings they’ve garnered for the company, I can’t help but wonder what those customers had that I did not. Why did they deserve such stellar service, while I was instead treated not just casually, but with a complete lack of professional ethics.They basically gave me the run-around, as they stalled, ignored, and ultimately rejected my desire to conduct legitimate business transactions. After a horrible experience with a new washer and dryer that cost a lot, I decided to look into some used ones to save some money and because it just seems like the newer the appliance, the shorter the lifespan of it. Denver Washer Dryer did not disappoint. I bought my washer and dryer from them over a year ago and these appliances may not look fancy, but they work reliably.But what I most want to commend is the level of service. This has to be the most prompt, and friendly service Ive ever gotten from anywhere. They were like that on the initial installation, and when a week later, I had an issue with a knob on my washer, they came out that day to fix it. They give you a free 90 day warranty, and I also opted to buy the year warranty which is a good deal in my opinion, especially since I did need it just before the year was up to have them look at my dryer. Once again, same day service, very courteous guy came out and fixed the issue quickly and extended my warranty another 90 days for free.After having to deal with another company trying to do anything they could to get out of fixing issues with their appliances which were brand new, Denver Washer Dryer has been like a breath of fresh air. As long as they are in business, I will be a customer.

We bought a refurbished washer and dryer from them for our new house in March. The owner was friendly and was able to suggest a set that made the most sense for me. As a first time homeowner, one of the things I get worried about is a high energy bill. This washer and dryer has proved to be incredibly efficient, and came at much lower price than major stores. It’s quiet and does a great job on our clothes. You really can’t tell it’s refursbished, to me it seems brand new. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a washer and dryer.

Have had washer and dryer set installed for about a week, washed and dried dozens of loads thus far and everything appears to be working in prime order. The buying experience was great - direct and quick. I called on a Thursday and asked if they would stay open for me as I couldn’t leave work in downtown until after 5, Pete was all smiles even though I arrived 20 minutes to close and flustered from fighting traffic to get there. I walked in and met Pete > named my price > he showed me two options > made call to confirm with husband > signed papers and handed over payment > and I was on my way. It was quick and seamless buying process. Then when they arrived at my house in Aurora EARLY for the delivery/install appointment that as well went seamlessly and the gentlemen were very conscious of moving appliances through narrow doorways (highly appreciated). All of this on top of a one-year warranty to continue to receive great service? YES PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

Megan greeted me and I explained to her what I was looking for and she took me to see their inventory. Though the selection was small for what I was in need of, I found a set immediately! I explained to Megan about the awful customer service I received at the previous business and she made sure that WOULD NOT happen here. She gave me a great deal on the set and set up delivery for 3 days later & made sure the time frame was perfect for me! I left there happy as can be! On my date of delivery, Cody gave me call approx. 45 minutes before the actual delivery. He was polite and very professional when he arrived. He and James took my old broken w/d set and replaced them with my new ones. During the removal and installation, we all talked and had a great time. These guys were funny and so pleasant! Cody also made sure I knew all the functionality and settings of the new appliances before he left. I could not have asked for a better group of people to work with! It all began with Megan and continued with Cody and James! I even got a better deal, and a better w/d set than I had purchased (and returned without ever taking delivery of) from the other place of business!I have already referred several people to Denver Washer Dryer (as I work for a hotel and have numerous guests moving to the Denver metro area). Do not shop at Denver Washer Dryer. I have purchased refurbished products from them that should not have been sold. Their repair team is incompetent and you will require several visits to get your washer and dryer in working order. Their staff is rude, they don’t respond to emails, and they will ignore any repair windows they give you.
