Wow! Such an awesome experience. Ben was awesome and helped us understand the ins and outs of our appliances...he also cooked up a great snack and topped the whole experience off with an amazing treat. I highly recommend anyone with Wolf/Sub Zero or are thinking about it take some time to visit this experiential show room.

The lady who helped us has not helpful at all. She didnt even explain what those ranges futures are unless I asked. I had some info about wolf range and subzero fridge because I went to Mountain High Appliance before I came here but otherwise I dont know why those appliances are much better than others. She even showed us some ranges then told us those are discontinued. that point, I really dont know why we were looking at those range that we wont get, and dont know why we were even here. They need to train people well.

My folks purchased new appliances and I tagged along for the training. I was expecting a sales guy pushing buttons explaining everything to us. What we got was our own personal chef giving us a hands on tutorial with amazing food that he had prepared. Chef Ben was fantastic, I can’t give this guy enough praises. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, just a great experience all around. If you have the means, you’d be hard pressed to find a better organization that Roth. Plus, their showroom is stunning, both for the appliances and just the neato kitchens they set up to showcase their products.

We went the other night to a fundraiser that they were having called, “Food for Thought”.It was amazing to learn about this organization and how many schools that they are helping now to be able to feed children, they are up to 40.This Is a amazing show room. We can’t wait to buy some new appliances for our new house. They offer classes there on how to use the WOLF convection steam oven’s as well as other appliances.It was a great night to experience chefs Ben’s amazing talent and the pairings of vine.Shout out goes to Chef Ben, Brenda, Nico, Becky, Sergio, Paxton, Lynne.Thank you Gabby from Gabby Gourmet. John and Bob from “Food for thought”, it was a very eye-opening fundraiser and I WOULD do it again.

Amazing state of the art kitchen appliances! The showroom is gorgeous. Staff are inviting and very knowledgeable. The Chefs Table event I attended was fabulous (thank you Chef Ben)!

Beautifully designed showroom with an acceptable selection of appliances. The customer service reps are very attentive and friendly, but know very little about the appliances’ technical specifications or even available product options. The are very diligent about getting the info, but them continuously referring to the info sheets takes a long time.

Its an amazing place! Highly recommended for viewing all the options.

Called customer service to order decals for my WOLF AIR VENT.Thay said I had to order the whole plate with decals not just the letters. So a .99cent part is now a 65.00 dollar fix.
