My husband and I went in on Sept 11th about an hour before close for phone upgrades. Both workers were helping other people and there was one person ahead of us but we didn’t have to wait too long. The workers were so friendly and helpful. They even stayed past close to help us finish our phone upgrades. They were cheerful, funny, and fast. I wish I could remember their names so I could give them credit. They were awesome!

I went into the service center to make a payment. All of the service agents were busyWith customers. There also several customersAhead of me. The young lady inquired could I.Help youI needed to make a payment immediately she took my payment mind you she was with a customer buying New services.. what a teamPlayer Great customer service.. We just moved from Alabama and needed WiFi. We stopped here to start service and the guy was rude and unhelpful. He told us att was not available to us even tho we told him our neighbors had att. Did not try to figure it out. Just told us nothing he can do and sent us on our way.Guess what? Att just install our internet today. The dude was wrong and missed out on that commission.

Stopped at the Juban store, and they were not helpful at all, so we went to this location. Addie was able to resolve our issue quickly, and was very polite.

Went to this location 7-28-2020, clerk was on her phone, 1 other customer in the store, i waited 7 minutes and made noises to get noticed. told her my issue and said she couldnt help me with my issue, i went to the juban road location and they took care of my issue on the spot!

The sales representative that helped me was Addie! She was very nice and very knowledgeable of the products and services ATT offered. I would recommend people to ask for her when visiting this store!!!!

Confused lady who forgot her only job (to activate the data plan we bought) and also refused to let us borrow the restroom. Had to drive all the way back for her colleague to do her job (she also let us use the restroom). The overall feel to the place is that it’s badly managed. iPhones on display were out of battery, handwritten display signs etc...
