Today I walked into cricket and I was pleased with the friendly faces and customer service!I came in the store with so many questions and she answered all of them. I would recommend the denham spring location they they are so helpful. They transfered my information from old to new phone.I spent about 10-15 mins max (and I have a lot of pictures that I wanted to keep)
I usually go to the Walker La location.Today I was closer to Denham Springs.I was not impressed at all with customer service.I felt like an inconvenience and will not go back to that store.I asked questions and got quick short answers that did not assist me one bit.I paid for new device and left before O became irate.
I went in to pay my phone bill and was straight disrespected by the 2 people working not cool Ill be in touch with district Ive had service with them for 7 years and thats about to change
Daysha and her team are amazing! I had to work with her for business, and I enjoyed the customer service here! She is totally honest and will make sure her customers are happy! Love this location! My husband approves of Crickets service too. Its affordable and great for us!

Let me first say that I have been with cricket for 2 years and enjoy my phone service.But today I go into the store to upgrade my sons phone and the young man who helped us was giving us phone prices of phones without the upgrade so we picked out a phone according to our budget and when we checked out realized we could have gotten a much better phone had we been given correct information.Then most of the sample phones we were looking at in the store were dead so we had to wait for them to charge and the chargers were not lighting so when he would pick up the phone it would go dead again. Why aren’t these phones already charged for when the customers walk in the door.Then the lady who put the screen saver on (that was 15 bucks) had bubbles all in it.Seems like this location has a severe lack of training with their staff.
A good mobile phone store
