Its nice to visit a brick and mortar store instead of just downloading software. They have a nice selection and a knowledgeable staff who are happy to help. Many people may not realize that you can also trade your pre-owned video games and hardware.

I dont go to Game Stop very much because I dont play games, but my grandchildren do. Any time I need something they have it. Employees are great!

Game Stop is the greatest place ever to get games. Everyone there is so nice. And its fast to return stuff. And you can exchange stuff with no cost lest then a week. Game stop is the best.

Always great service. As an older mom I often have lots of questions. The help I get from Gamestop employees is invaluable and thats if Im buying a product at the time or not. Theyll help regardless of a purchase.

Ive been going to this particular GameStoo since I was about 8, now Im old enough to work there. Honestly, unless you go in while its insanely busy, theres no way that your trip can go wrong, everyone there is fully competent and can do their job with ease

Unprofessional staff. Claimed a controller I traded in was broken after I watched the worked purposefully make the controller fail diagnostic by not checking each button. I asked him to run the check again, this time he actually went through all the steps on the diagnostic and it passed. I went into get a same as cash promo. After a good 15 mins of trade in procedure I was told that this store doesnt honor that promo. No signage or indication of that was anywhere in the store. I left and went to walker where the workers at least knew how to run the diagnostic software on devices properly.

The store is clean. The employees are very helpful and have great personalities. They are social and friendly.They not only help you with your purchase, but they also go as far as looking online to find the item youre looking for if they dont carry it at their store.

Actually pretty good for a gamestop! The staff has always been really good to me, and thats important for something like a games store. Prices are about what any other game stop would be.

I really enjoy the gamestop in Denham. Theyre a smaller store than Walker, but they really take their time with you there. Every person Ive spoken with has been very knowledgeable about games or collectibles. They went above and beyond today for me by letting me know about the trade-in preorder bonus; I got like $20 in free credit for it! Shout out to Colton on the awesome service today!

THEY SOLD ME A PS4 THAT DIDNT WORK. THEY TOLD ME, It came straight from the warehouse. We didnt check it. HOW IN THE HELL DO YOU SELL SOMEONE AN ITEM, THAT WAS POORLY TAPED IN A BEAT-UP BOX, WITHOUT CHECKING TO MAKE SURE IT WORKED AND HAD THE RIGHT PARTS? I HAVE A PART THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE CHARGER FOR THE CONTROLLER BUT IT LOOKS LIKE IT BELONGS ON A GOT DAMN FAX MACHINE!!!!! THAT IS A PISS POOR EFFORT AND THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE DID A TERRIBLE JOB. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO BACK TO THAT SORRY EXCUSE FOR A GAMING STORE!

Wide selection of games and microtransaction cards along with pop culture figurines, everyday items, and clothes. Sometimes crowded when a new game comes out, but the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about what you go in for.
