Within past month I made 3 visits to this store. After being without service over 10 days I paid to add a line just to have a cell phone being single.wirg toddler. Twice store closed early without notice and the other time was over am hour long visit. Employees at the store could not help only gave me the 800 number that I had been calling already. Its really shocking until last 6 weeks I had no complaints with Verizon and now paid double.with half the service plus treated rude by staff and wasted hours when calling 800# for resolution. Promised compensation for two weeks no service but now no one can honor it by adjusting any credits on my account they just refers me to another department when I ask about it.

Julia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention patient with my questions. They seemed perhaps a little understaffed due to conditions beyond their control. (Covid, an incoming hurricane, ) I had to visit the store twice right before hurricane Ida, with a little patience on my end; I received extraordinary service from their end. Thanks again Julia. Keep that location running right!

Went into this location to switch phone planes. The wait was manageable however we where rushed into the store an sold phones an sent on our way before anything was explained . Once upon leaving the store we come to find out the phones where not activated properly an the location that sold us the phones closed so I called the numbers provided an couldnt get anyone on the phone for 4 hrs. We ended up getting Michael on the phone from the walker location who kindly suggested we come to his location to have our phones straightened out. He even stayed later than scheduled hours to assist us in our situation unlike being left to have literally no phones because the og phone had already shut off.

Verizon overall has very poor customer service. This location have rude representatives trying to rush you through. Worse than a car dealership. Made an appointment yesterday to have a screen protector switched. Found the store had closed last 3pm when I arrived. The appointment I made was for 4pm. If there was another carrier with service where I live I would drop Verizon real fast.

At the Verizon wireless store on Juban Crossing, in Louisiana. We arrived early and there was no one there. So we proceeded to the door. Where we were met by representative named Sheila. I am not saying that I am not capable of transferring data. The fact remains that we are paying customers of this carrier. So to make things easier we decided to let them do this for us. We also went to get a new otter box and screen protector and a pair of air pods. This woman told us that the Galaxy 9 is out dated. So they no longer carry accessories. Shelia as well as the manager did not help us at all.Not just that, the blatant disrespect was dumbfounding for no reason whatsoever.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The customer service was horrible to say the least. The lady was rude from the start. There was not even a nice greeting at the door. Very very rude. Showed no interest in even wanting to help. Caught an attitude every chance she got. She kept just walking away mid sentence to go and see what everyone else needed when coming to the entrance. Every question I asked was met with and eye roll and a attitude. Ended up having to just walk out. Like really.

Greeting someone at the door like they have the plague doesnt do much for business. Expecting someone to shop and not be able to touch the cell phones is ridiculous. People have shopped all day touching things find a way to clean the phones after someone has touched them to look at them to navigate them to see if its what they want. I will find a place that is willing to accommodate customers and buy my phone from there, thank you.

Awful customer service. I purchased two new phones and the salesperson added extra services to my lines after I specifically told him I didn’t want anything added. I received a follow up call from the manager who assured me that was an oversight and had never happened in his store before. I went back a week later to replace a SIM card and again had extra services (insurance, international plan, and parental controls) added that I clearly said no to several times during my visit. Now the manager will not return my call after multiple attempts to contact someone and I’m paying for extra services that I didn’t want. If you have visited this store, check over your bill closely. If you need to visit a Verizon store, choose another one.EDIT TO ADD: Despite the reply by Verizon to this message, there was absolutely no mixup or misunderstanding on my part or the salesperson’s end. We discussed the fact I did not want anything added to my account. I clearly explained my reasoning. Each salesperson verbally agreed to my request, but added extra services to my account anyway. I am an educated buyer who understands how to communicate in an intelligent and forthright manner, and I can unequivocally state there was absolutely no misunderstanding or wavering on my part. The store personnel overstepped their boundaries within my account. The management of the store refuses to return calls or speak with me when I’ve attempted to communicate this so I feel comfortable in stating they do not care to correct the problem, or are possibly promoting the unethical behavior. Again, if you have visited this store recently please check your bill, and if you need to visit a store choose another one.

One of the worst Verizon stores I have ever visited. We were there for 40 plus minutes waiting to be waited on . No one even greeted or acknowledged me . One sales guy noticed us standing there, whom was an older grey haired sales man(heavy set guy). He kept taking other patrons before us, and directing the other sales staff to take others as well. Ok, I could see if the other customers were there before us, but they walked in a good 20 min after us and were not on any check in list. There was no check in order, basically who the store associates chose to wait on. We left and went to Walker. Exceptional customer service at that smaller store, friendly staff who greeted us on arrival and I spent 1100.00 cash on that visit on impulse buys and watches.

I needed a new screen protector so I go to Verizon at Juban Crossing. My husband and I have both had bad experiences there so why in the world did I go back. The salesperson that waited on me was so RUDE I should of left. People go to Verizon in Walker where everyone there are so nice & friendly.

Been twice now and customer service is a joke. First time was about a promotion on my new phone and was told I was wrong. Went to walker location and beyond pleased! Unfortunate second time to go get my wife a new phone and switch her from at&t, Im still calling verizon customer service tomorrow to make sure everything is right cause I didnt trust the guy to much but thats were the wife picked! Didnt even help with the setup on the phone at all, just told her how to do it when she got home. I could have just bought the phone off the website and had her do it why the hell pay someone to just swipe a card after he walks to the back to grab a phone? Ultimately just go to walker location, they actually have customer service and know the product!

Lonnie, the GENERAL MANAGER, helped us with a few questions that we had about switching our lines over to Verizon. He was very unprofessional, and it shows that he doesnt care about his job. He was clueless about their promotions and very rude. How can you train your employees on selling Verizons promotions when you dont even know them yourself? That doesnt make much sense. I had great experiences at this location in the past, but this was ridiculous. Go to another Verizon store if you need help.

Visited while out shopping one day, the best thing about the store is the store itself.. It is truly state of the art BUT I thought that the workers were sort of snobby & offered a cold reception.. I visited this particular store twice just to make sure it wasnt me & got the same cold reception both times from the workers, as if Im not the person responsible for them having a job, THE CUSTOMER.. The one on Walker Road about a 1/4 mi from the Walmart is not as frilly-frill but the customer service is ON POINT A+++.. The employees are VERY knowledgeable, they make you feel welcomed & will do whatever it takes to ensure you have a good experience. The store is about 4 miles from my home but its well worth it for the experience of being treated like a Valued Customer.19yr+ Customer w/Verizon!!

This specific Verizon store was extremely unhelpful. I had gone here on 3 separate occasions. They told me I would need to go to Hammond, which turned out to be a waste of gas and time. They made it dang bear impossible for me to get a sim card for MY phone that WE pay for because the owner of the account lives 5,000 miles away, who they also refused to help. Terrible.

Horrible, BRENT IS a LIAR and has no idea about the products he sales. Purchased an I phone and life proof case from him Christmas for my daughter. 4 months later the screen is separating from the phone case, with the life proof case and the insurance it was supposed to be replaced if anything happened,, brought the phone to the store and saw the same guy BRENT, he looks at the phone had no idea what was wrong, showed the phone to the manager, after that he comes back and said with out a doubt its from damage, from dropping the phone..I said its not from dropping, the phone had never come out of the case. I said I thought you told me it was replaced and the life proof case covered it, he then said well it cant protect everything.... tried to make me go through the insurance and pay 150 dollars, and told me if I tried to go through a claim to get a free phone they would see it was damaged and i would have to pay 300+.. and there was nothing they could do... long story short, went to Apple, it was from a swollen battery, nothing to do with damage, replaced the phone for free...So Brent, and his manager have no clue what their talking about....

Approached a sales rep named Frances and she immediately seemed as if she was bothered that I asked her for help. I came in with a few coworkers so they could check on replacing a company phone, I needed help with MY personal line. She said she couldnt help me because I came in with them... what do I have to do with what anyone else has going on? She seemed annoyed, unfriendly, and so unprofessional that I will NEVER do business at this location. Im so taken back by this experience that I almost want to cancel my service with verizon.

This comment has to do with the Juban Crossing location in Denham Springs. If I could give their customer service a zero i would. If you go their to get a phone or service, youll be treated ok. I went there today to file a claim with their insurance program for a damaged screen. There were three employees staring at me like a deer in headlights. Not a one of them wanted to help me out. One of them put me on the phone with the insurance company. I had to do ALL the work myself. Its like if Im there to buy something, they help. If Im there to get something from them, they just stand there or walk away. For the OUTRAGIOUS price tag I pay them a month, it would seem they could get off their butt and help no matter what Im there for. I guess they only jump if you flash plastic or cash. EXTREMELY frustrating!

I know why I only deal w/ Verizon via phone OR online. There you will experience great customer service! Something the store staff could definitely learn from. Store staff are HORRIBLE!!! NO SMILES / NO WARMTH in service. Heres the difference between store and phone. PHONE: I ordered my phone online, given a discount w/o asking for one (grateful), and was told that the store only had 1 shiny black phone and many rose gold (I wanted the matte blk). So I chose the rose gold. She told me I could look at the black at the store and change my mind, if I wanted to. Order via phone was quick, helpful, and warm. STORE: I left my engine on thinking it was going to be quick. Walked in, Tim helps me. I tell him that Im here to pick up my phone ordered by phone. But i tell him that i would like to see the black one. He shows me whats on display and tells me that he has the matte black too.So i asked to exchange my color. He tells me, oh, that will be a $35 charge. I tell him that I wasnt told that on the phone - was told i could change my color in store, if i wanted to. He says, well you can go to your email and see if theres a link to cancel order. I said, well im here now - cant i just call them. he gives a promo phone to use. Im on the phone w/ Jameka (very nice lady) who tells me they will credit the $35 that will be charged for my color choice. Tim comes over w/ the bill w/$50.20. Jameka and I both asked whats the $50 for. He says, tax is different-- its 11.5%. I looked at him funny. So he goes and look at the bill further and says, oh, you were given a discount. the matte black is not discounted and we cant discount it. So, here it goes back and forth between he, I and Jameka. Jameka talking to her supervisor to see what they can do on their end. So Jameka speaks w/ him twice and his supervisor (Janelle) twice. Janelle goes on a DETAIL banter spill to Jameka as to what she heard him telling me about cancelling. I interrupted and said, He didnt say all that. He only said, you can go on your email and see if theres a link to cancel. Jameka then offers for me to take the phone and they will credit me on Verizon end to make me whole. But, Janelle says, we cant cancel because its an online order. So i said, i can refuse the order. She says, itll take a few days to get the system. So, now im now pissed. Then Tim walks over to Janelle to show her that he processed the order. So she comes back and says, oh, we can refund the order and that should be quick. Jameka offers for me to do what is needed for me to get the phone right then. But, now 45 mins at the store, I told Jameka I am going to do the refund and start over at home w/ Verizon on the phone. I rather wait for the phone to come by mail, in stead of dealing w/ ppl who really couldnt care about its customer or the service they provide. The STORE and ITS PPL SUCK BALLS!!!Got home - talked to Jameka on the phone, got the discount +, and the color phone I wanted....this time its coming in the mail!I STILL LOVE VERIZON AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF ON THE PHONE!!!

As a premier member of 28 years with AT&T, I decided I wasnt receiving the coverage in Watson, LA and was being tethered by 22Mbps unlimited plan. Well I was able to sign up for an Verizon business account and a personal account transferring all lines to each plan with 40GB shared data but only needing SIM card activation due to all our devices being new iPhones.I must say, that I have never in my 26 years experienced terrible customer service with not even the store manager could help to retrieve my legally signed documents to get my service started. Ive spent 2days and being lied by store manager that my account was locked for 48hours and even with my social and FED EIN my account couldnt be found.This store does not know or understand the American Golden Standards of Ritz-Carlton; let alone Disneys pedigree customer service deliver. Anyone in the Denham/Watson/Baton Rouge hour should not waste their time at this store. If I could give less than one star I would. I went into this location because my battery stopped charging on my old prepaid device, I purchased a new phone and was told that I could not keep my same number and I had to get a new number. I have my old phone number on auto pay and when I asked if my card would still be charged they said probably and gave me *611 number and sent me on my way. This is not how paying customers should be treated, I will drive a few miles down the road for better service.
