Local to us so we used for a laptop repair. Our laptop was here for 5 weeks before finding out it was irreparable. They did try diagnosing the issue with several parts that took time to get in due to covid. Nice friendly staff with reasonable pricing. My only con would be lack of communication. I never received calls as promised and always had to call and check in on things. Hopefully we wouldnt need repair in the future but Id definitely give them another try if needed.

This place offered to pay half to put in a ticket and at a reasonable price too. They let you pay the rest upon repair. Really awesome.

Reasonable price and quick repair time but at the cost of quality didnt have the phone but for a few moments after I got hometill I noticed that there is a gap and light seeping through the screen on multiple points including the camera there is also a light deformity on the main screen and a crack in the back of the phone overall the guy that took the phone was super nice just wish the fix was better

I’ve been here twice, both times for the same services on 2 different phones. On 1st visit, I was assisted by a helpful tech and quoted a fair price. On the 2nd, I was treated rudely and way overcharged. When I questioned the much higher price, I was told they had a recent rate increase. I called 3hrs later to get the status on the repair and was treated condescendingly. I later picked up my phone and I’ll never return. The next day, I took different phone to be repaired for the same service to a competitor in town. Was treated kindly and paid almost $140 less! Again, for the same service AND I received a new case and new glass protector!!!!! If you’re a gambler, take your chances here. You’ve got a 50/50 shot at getting fair service at a fair price.

Received terrible service. Put in request for cell screen repair a month in advance and called in to let them know I was coming in on Saturday morning. The tech acted like I was an inconvenience to his shift and told me he didnt have a ticket for me before he checked his orders. He finds my order then gives me a 5 hour window till pickup. He was more concerned with his dog in the back. He charged me $510 over and laughed like it was funny. Im sure not all employees there do this but keep an eye out for the doggo lover boy if you go in.

Fixed phone in 30 minutes!!! Cannot beat service like that. The staff was super friendly and very informative about the service.

Dropped off my ps4 for usb repairs and paid $60 for a diagnostic fee. Was then told that my hdmi was having issues which is false because I was playing it perfectly fine the day I decided to bring it in to fix it. To which they called to say that it wasn’t able to be repaired, fine a day later. When I picked it up there’s screws missing in the back of the console, and also one of the tabs for the top plastic was cracked and just shoved in place, they were made aware of it before leaving and made it seem as if they didn’t care. Overall poor experience.

The staff is so friendly and was so quick to help! I cracked my iPhone screen and they immediately were able to help!! Will definitely be using their services for all my tech needs!

I called to ask them if they take iPads and he was extremely rude saying that he didn’t enough time even look at it because closed in 30 mins and and then after asking me a few questions about it, I told him there was the tiniest of cracks on it and he was very rude and said that’s enough not to take it. If you didn’t want to do your job just say so.

My cell phone is my right arm in my daily job and wouldn’t u know on FRIDAY THE 13TH my screen goes out and it’s just black, so all day it’s ringing and people txting me and I can’t answer! Wen I got off at 3:00 my buddy told me about CPR/ CELLPHONE REPAIR, I went in and was greeted by a very nice lady and she told me they would a new screen in it in 1 hour, I almost passed out ... who repairs stuff that quick??? I am a long time customer! I have known Walter for a decade and have always gone to him and his guys for my repairs outside of Apple. The company has grown in tremendous ways over the years and I couldn’t be more proud. Went in today to have the front and back screens replaced, the haptic engine replaced, as well as the side button on my iPhone 8plus. Quality work takes time and Diante had my phone good as new in 4 hours for a very reasonable price! Would recommend to EVERYONE. Hopefully I won’t be back toooooo soon but of course if and when I need something fixed, I will be going here.

My LG G5 phone works practically like new, the screen wasnt t displaying properly but they ran a diagnostics that only costed $20 and those said $20 goes towards the repair price as well, really cost effective since I didnt have the tools at my disposal to carry out a screen repair myself.

Dont bring your iPhone to get anything fixed here. I had an iPhone Xr which a cracked screen and I bought it to CPR Cell Phone Repair to get it fixed. The cost was $170, which was cheaper than going to the Apple Store ($200). They fixed the cracked screen and the screen was working for a week or two then it wouldnt turn on. Since I was under the warranty, they gladly replaced the screen. I think they gave people bad screens on purpose and hope nothing happens to them. Believe me, this had happened several times for me. Recently, I noticed my screen has been unresponsive from time to time so I stopped by and get it fixed. The guy working at the place told me that he has inspected everything and found nothing wrong with it. I took the phone home and notice a hairline crack on the screen, which wasnt there before. I called him and explained to him and he said he was 100% sure that he didnt mess up when he did the inspection. He blame me for the hairline crack on the screen. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. The owner can look me up to see if Im a customer. Yes, I am. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO THE APPLE STORE. This was one of the worst experiences Ive had in getting a phone fixed. It was for my best friend where him and his fiance brought the phone that was brand new but cracked to get the screen fixed and not only when it was ready to pick up, they didnt even cut the phone on and show him. He came home charged it and the screen remained BLACK. we went back up there and then they said the battery that never had a problem before was bad. OK, so then they hit us with a mother board problem. THEY WERE THE MOSE UNPROFESSIONAL PPL I HAVE EVER MET AND I WOULD NOT BRING A THING TO GET FIXED BY THEM. They even offered a phone but we still had ti pay for the screen . Lol this place is a joke. And will cause more problems with your phone. AND I HIGHLY SUGGEST TO NOT BRING ANY DEVICES THERE. They also tried reaching out after his fiances review to buy a new phone and yet have they tried to call and make things right again NO!Meanwhile Walter reaches put and replaced the whole phone at his cost and I appreciate that greatly.

They took my phone, charged me, all the while pretending like they knew what they were doing. I got my phone back today. Still not working. With pieces missing off of it and a crack in the screen. Horrible. There is no excuse. I had an uneasy feeling going in...I should have trusted it.

I just had my screen replaced for cracks and now my phone want stop typing random things without my touch, ive tried turning phone off/on and even did a factory reset and it still is doing the same thing, after i done spent 100 on a screen

The whole process took about 1/2 hour. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. This was a convenience to have the store at the LSU union. It was reasonably priced (actually, it was less than I expected). I would recommend this establishment without hesitation.

First experience was quite pleasant. Sold them an iPhone 6 in great shape for $150-160 (yes, I have proof). Recommended them to a friend who went in there recently. They offered her a maximum of $100 for the same exact phone; perfect condition. I called up there and the person working informed me that prices change; I get that, but a 33% decrease in 2 months? That sounds quite absurd. Not to mention two days prior to my friend going in they quoted me $115 for another cracked iPhone 6 I have. I told the guy this; How are you going to offer me 115$ for a cracked phone, but my friend $100 for the same phone in awesome condition? Guy says I mustve been misquoted. REDICULOUS! I made sure the guy that quoted me knew the screen was cracked and he even spoke to someone in the back (manager?) to confirm the price. GET YOUR QUOTES TOGETHER. Not MY fault I was misquoted.

I have a flip phone where the plastic cover for the charging area had become embedded in the charging area and I could not connect the charger. After going to a couple of other places, one which did not service flip phones and another that was out of business, I stopped at CPR and the service was absolutely wonderful. The young man pulled out a device and had the lodged material removed in only a couple of minutes and I was on my way. I could not have been happier and I recommend this as a place where no problem is too small!

I shattered my LCD screen on my galaxy S5 one night. I went online and requested a quote to get it fixed with in & out repair. First thing next morning, I had a quote. It was a fair price, based on the price of the parts, with a moderate mark-up. I walked in, was greeted immediately and professionally, Bill (i think) took my information and phone and said hed get right to work. I left and came back later to pick up the phone. It looked brand new. Im very happy I used In & Out Repair to fix my phone. It was a great experience, and id recommend their work to anyone.

Ive have been looking for a phone repair service for 2 days that could fix my iPhone 6S fast and at a good price. Everyone we called or went to was over $400 and said it would take several days to get the screen in. I called In & Out, and they told me they could have it in and repaired by the next day and a lot cheeper then anyone else. The repairman I talked to on the phone was very helpful and friendly. Customer service 10/10!!! My boyfriend dropped his phone and half the screen went black, so we went to AT&T and they suggested In and Out. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, given a price (VERY reasonable), and given a wait time. We grabbed something to eat and by the time we got back his phone was all fixed up (basically looked brand new!) I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality service for a broken phone for a fraction price you would find at Apple.

Wow- down to earth, efficient, professional, final price was internet quoted price, so I splurged for an extra. Effectively changed my iPhone charging connection, in about 30 minutes as I ran an errand, and for less than quoted by a couple other shops. I rarely write reviews, I normally dont return to poor service providers; I will definitely return and recommend In and Out.

Came in with a water damaged phone, they fixed the water damage, replaced the screen AND replaced the old battery for just about $200. Completely worth it for a basically brand new phone (and none of the memory loss!) 10/10!

Stopped in before my 1:30 class. Dropped it off and picked it up at 3, no hassle. No problems.Overall great work for a good price.

1)I drop my laptop off on Sunday and they tell they cant get to it until Monday. 2)Then NO ONE CALLs me and after 3 days I decided to call myself for them to tell me they couldnt fix my laptop and no one thought to call and tell me that. 3)When I come to pick up my laptop they have to computer, but not my power cord its at the other store.. smh. This is definitely not in and out service and these people have no respect for you time. I will NEVER come back again.

Terrible experience with CPR at LSU. Dropped off my hp laptop three weeks ago for repairs. First, they said the battery was faulty, then they said it was the charging port and that they had ordered for new ones. They never gave a good estimate for the repairs. I kept calling to follow up. Today, they put me on hold for 7 mins. I cut the line and called back. They said they could no longer fix my laptop. I said okay, went for my laptop and they charged me $39 for no work done in 3 weeks. Rip off. They did call me once to tell me that they wanted to order the charging port though. But overall, I wouldn’t advise that you send your laptop for repairs at this shop.

Went in yesterday after work to in & out, soon as I walked in I was immediately welcomed, everyone was very very friendly and helpful, my phone was a complete wreck, and I walked out and my phone was looking like I just got it out the box, my phone was fixed faster than I could blink my eyes, this my first time ever walking out a phone repair shop and didnt have any problems with my phone, as I waited they laughed and talked with me the whole time, I had the best experience at in&out, they were amazing . This shop is not prepared to work on a Pixel phone. Got better service at ubreakifix in Baton Rouge who specializes in Google phones.

An unfortunately rocky start to my relationship with this business was rectified with there willingness and cooperation when I needed it.I initially came in for a shattered iPad screen. When that was replaced, it was returned to me with a faulty charging port. I handed it back the next day. I heard nothing from them for two weeks. When I returned to ask for an update, nothing had yet been done. After a phone call with Walter, they immediately began work on it and offered a discount in exchange for this review. I also learned that there was some staff turnover that resulted in the delayed work on my iPad.

These guys fixed my iPhone 6 when Apple would not. They replaced my microphone. Apple, of course, wanted to upgrade me. Take your phone to these guys before turning your investment over to Apple.

Dont bother calling here to find out anything unless you have insurance on your phone. I dont know what kind of place these people are running but that was the first question the guy asked was did i have insurance on the phone. Then for some reason he wanted to know the color of the phone. Then wanted to know if my provider was att or verizon...he laughed when i said sprint. He then gave me a 400 dollar quote to change the glass on an S7 edge. Definitely call and get a price before bringing your item here.
