Do not buy used cell phones from here I bought one and it was absolutely terrible for seventy five bucks I got sold a prepaid phone I could easily buy brand new at Walmart. It was slow and a horrible phone and I feel completely taken advantage of.

I came in to get a screen cover put on my s10 after another cellphone and tech store botched up the first screen protector. They put it on but the s10 has curved glass that makes it very difficult to put one on perfectly. She did a good job but only charged 5 bucks because of two small and unnoticeable air bubbles near the edge of the screen. She said she would order some for the s10 specifcally to fit with an otter box case. I definatley plan to return in a few weeks to get the new screen protector. They seem more committed to making the customer happy than other stores!

I recently brought my daughters “New to her” phone in and we were having problems getting her iTunes account to work on the new phone. I don’t even know where to start! All I know is that I will NEVER go to or waste my time at another cell phone repair shop unless it’s Cellular Stuff, again!Last week was a rough week & I had just picked up my phone from the same iFIXIT store for the FOURTH time—& my phone still wasn’t fixed! I called Cellular Stuff & Mr. Ellis told me to, “Come ‘awn!”. I could tell he was a nice man on the phone, but once I got there both he & his wife, Mrs. Jerry, went above & BEYOND to try & help me. They genuinely wanted me to find the best deal in my situation—even if that meant I wouldn’t find it @ their store. In the end, I chose to pay almost double what I would have at an AT&T store solely because of their customer service & expertise. I’ll definitely be going back! Even if it’s just to visit.

Accidentally dropped my phone the night before I went in. They had the parts in stock and were ready to replace my screen that minute! I waited a max of 45 minutes and mostly just talked to the gentleman in there because he has a great personality and was very entertaining to me. The wife did great work on my phone and I haven’t had any problems since. I would highly recommend this place and will return myself in the future!

Dont buy used phones from here! VERY DISHONEST! Then they got very rude when I called them on it. Took my money elsewhere and got a better phone for same amount of money even though owner said I would not find a better deal! Thought going to a small local business so I would not be ripped off, WRONG! Owners are a pain to deal with! Wont return and if I can stop anyone from going there, then this post has done its job. Went in to look and phones and she took all the time in the world to explain the differences. Went back and purchased a phone for my grandsons birthday. Have been back several times and purchased accessories that are cheaper here than most places. They could not have been nicer! I bought a new phone but my sim card didnt fit. They cut my card to the correct size and waited to make sure everything came back online. No charge! Im sure ATT would have made me buy a new sim and charged me $$$. This place was wonderful!
