Excellent service! I was upgrading my iPhone via a trade-in. Whitney made the entire process easy / no hassles for me. I find this store the best ATT store i have ever used but especially in Delray Beach. One can count on friendly & efficient service - that is not true at other locations

I enjoyed coming into the store today. Alejandro and Davion helped me set up a new AT&T TV account. They were very patient and detailed! I appreciate the great service guys!

My experience with the Manager Pierre, to the employee, Estaphanie was phenomenal. My phone was stolen and to alleviate my panic they were kind enough to provide a back up phone until my new phone was delivered due to Insurance claim/delay. Once my new phone arrived Pierre assisted in the set up of the new phone. Highly recommend. Excellent customer care/empathy.

A special thank you to Whitney and her manager Pierre for being very welcoming and accommodating. I had an issue I was unable to resolve for a few weeks and they were very knowledgeable and help me quickly resolve the issue. I recommend visiting this Delray store.

My husband and I were so impressed with the service and knowledge of the staff at this store. They worked out problems on our account and made life so much easier for us compared to other stores and Customer Service. Stephanie was outstanding and Pierre and Manny were very creative. I know people have a lot of store choices but I would only come here to NE 5th Avenue Delray Beach Fl.

Outstanding staff & service from purchase through transferring data. I have my choice of two AT&T stores within walking distance to my home and come back to this Delray Beach location time & again. I recommend this location to anyone who appreciates excellent one on one service!

Dont fall for the accessory sales! I bought an anker charger with a new phone. They dont work! My iphone 12 heats up to 150 degrees. It can only be charged to 80% using the quick charger for 8 hours. now my phone dies within 30 minutes. I returned to this store to resolve this issue and was directed to apple. Apple cant help because the charger isnt an apple product so now I have a voided warranty. They sold me an apple charger but the damage is done. My phone is not a month old. Now Im tethered to the wall from the damage.

This store is great, I had a wonderful experience. All the reps had excellent knowledge of the equipment and phones.

Very unprofessional! So ghetto! The wait is ALWAYS an hour or greater! Its always bs when I go there. The worker was on her phone using her ear piece the whole time. She has very poor customer service skills. Carhsea Mitchell Is the worker who FAILED to take care of something so simple. Soon as I left the store I called customer service and they resolved the same problem she sad she couldn’t do until may, here it is January. Might I add, after paying $350 to upgrade she told me an hour later I couldn’t!!!!!!!

This store is run horribly. My wife asked for an iPhone and then they ordered the wrong one with less memory so she couldnt transfer their data. Then they found the right one at the store but they couldnt log her in to her Apple ID. The manager Pierre refused to help her. He wouldnt come out of his meeting. She was waiting around for hours! Shockingly bad service. Stay away from this store. We are going to launch a formal complaint.

A1 number 1 store since i been living in Florida for 9 years, Gabriel been my best reprensitive at att.

Store manager Norlan was excellent in helping me select the right plan. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will only go to him in the future before I make any decision on any plan or equipment change. I’ve been to other ATT store and this one is the best!

I went into the store to purchase a new phone. Long story short i communicated with the store manager yesterday named Barry. Monumental waste of my time. He knew the whole time which price range i was in for the upgrade and at the end of wasting my two hours he tells me he doesnt have any phones in stock.uh. are you a phone store? i think yes. did you fulfill my needs?absolutely not. dude knew less about technology and was old enough to be my grand father. Im a previous employee at Verizon and found his service and knowledge to be an absolute joke. Im new to Delray Beach but i will be taking my business to the Linton location as it is a corporate location!

I had been thinking of changing my internet service. After visiting the store on May 8th at about 2 p.m. I was absolutely convinced to change to AT&T. The service was amazing, and the person who waited on me was polite attentive and well-informed
