I went to upgrade my phone and was provided bad and rude customer service. I was not offered options, I was not shown any products, and was sold things not needed like a new charger when the old charger DOES work well with the new phone and the representative lied saying the 3 times I asked him if the old charger would work, and he said it wouldnt work. I wish I could give them NEGATIVE RATING STARS as they do not deserve not even one!!!

Dec 09, 2020 I was mislead by Anthony to believe that I was paying an Verizon activation fee. However, he was in fact charging me a third-party fee of $70 + $40 for two Sim Cards. The client is still responsible to pay the REAL Verizon activation fee on your next bill. What Anthony choices not to disclose to you is that he is charging you $70 just to type your name in the application and insect the Sim card on your phone. He also charged me $20 per SIM CARD- FYI: Verizon provides FREE SIM CARDS to new members.Anthony cheats and tricks his customers to believe they are paying for a version fee services when in fact all the fees that you are paying are going to Cellular Sales of Northern Florida LLC. A true CON ARTISTDO NOT GO TO THIS STORE- I highly recommend you to visit a corporate Verizon Store.

Place is a joke. Miguel is a schemer. Lied and didn’t disclose about fees until after the purchase of my new phone. Also lied about new iPhone battery being damaged if charged with old iPhone charger ain’t order to upsell some bs plug. STAY AWAY.

I ordered a new iPhone online. When I got it in the mail it came with instructions that I didnt understand. I stopped into this store for help and was greeted politely and assured that the transfer between my old phone and new phone would be seamless and they would do it all for me. They did just that and made sure I understood my new phone before leaving. Im thankful for the service they provided me with!

More than five star service! Very kind and helpful store. Gave us a lot of recommendations for which devices were the best fit for us and the accessories to go with it. Visited another Verizon before. We were unhappy with the service so we came into this location. We ended up with a new plan, phones, and an iPad. This will be our new go to store. Professional staff and accommodating.

Had an excellent experience here previously. Having problems with the phone. Tried to get help with it and there is obviously new staff now. new sales man can’t even give the right number to call for tec support. When I told them there is a problem he didn’t even look to see who I am. They take the money with a smile and screw you once they have your money. I pay $150.00 a month for 1 phone line. Off to metro I go! I was a customer for over 15 years. To hell with these scum bags!

Salesman Anthony was rude and abrupt during a recent visit. The in store interaction was so unpleasant my mother cried once we got into our vehicle. Anthony asked my mother if she wanted to buy the military grade phone case 6 times and put in on her potential new phone twice despite me being clear that we were not interested. I accompany my mother just in case sleazy salesman like Anthony still exist. I will be taking my complaints a few steps further to corporate and the BBB just to make sure my voice is heard. Further explanation of our ridiculous experience will be divulged to the above stated as not to shame Anthony any more on a public platform.

Have had two wonderful experiences here. Most recently, Ashley helped me to replace a broken phone with a sweet upgrade. She was wonderful- not pushy at all and extremely knowledgeable. One of the best sales reps I have ever dealt with. Would recommend her and this location to anyone for outstanding customer service.

This afternoon I came into the store to replace my screen protector on my phone. I mentioned to the sales representative having a bigger phone would benefit me. They were able to work out a deal so I could get a new phone with a larger screen. The transaction was smooth and painless. I was in and out with ALL of my data transferred: pictures texts contacts and apps. I appreciate the fast and friendly service.

Couldnt find a match in cell phones, but good experience overall. John was extremely professional.

Finally had to replace my iPhone 6. The representative helped me pick out my iPhone 8 since it would be the most similar to my iPhone 6. She was knowledgeable and has a great relationship with the customers. I was so happy that all my data was transferred over and she helped me log back into all my emails. I know I’ll enjoy my new phone!

My husband and I decided to finally upgraded our antique phones today to our first smartphones. Not only did we get a good deal on our service and phones AND a tablet but the staff here treated us excellent and had patience explaining to us everything. They also reassured us we could come back for any questions. They made the transaction and switch as easy as possible and we are glad to have our new devices with them completely setup.

Came in for a series of questions that I had regarding international calling and data usage while I take a vacation to the Bahamas. I was informed of all my options and how to properly use my phone over there to ensure I don’t incur a big bill with a lot of charges. While I was here I had other questions with my email and other apps. All my questions were answered thoroughly. I plan to come back to this store after my trip to upgrade my phone.

I recently looked into our family’s company account with another provider and wanted to see if I could get a better deal or at least the same with better service coverage. The sales person ( I think Taj was his name ) was very helpful and seemed to do everything he could to get us a better deal and explain a lot of details I was unaware of. They weren’t too pushy like a used car shark and I appreciated that. I appreciate the help as well as his guidance and now I just need to convince the boss to switch providers!

Bought a new iPhone XI and new Series 5 Iwatch. I had to return 3 times to get everything synchronized correctly. Over the last 2 days (my weekend)...I spent 5 total hours in the store! Finally returned the watch.

Worked with Savannah Barnett on nothing short of an extremely complicated request. She multi-tasked with transferring service from AT&T, in which I have had the worst experience ever, opening up a new Verizon account, validating that the account was actually active with the correct phone number, and offered her personal cell phone in case I needed help after hours. I am extremely confident that no one could have handled my request in the efficient manner that Savannah did. Im really impressed! I found my go-to Verizon representative. If youre lucky enough to have Savannah as your Verizon representative, you will only have a positive and extremely efficient experience. Thank you, Savannah!

I was the only customer in the store and yet, with three customer service reps they could not focus on me. Signing up for online classes was their priority. Any questions I had were met with vague or misleading answers. I kept having to remind them that I was on a budget and needed a price breakdown of services. They kept changing the prices and trying to upsell me . My initial intent was to sign up for the 55plus program and they, of course did not offer it to me. I had to bring it up and they told me that there was a problem that night with the system and they could not sign me up at that time. They said that they would call me within 48 hours and switch me over...Weeki was the one who assured me of this personally. He may have forgotten as he spent a lot of time talking to the other guy about their college classes and looking at his personal phone.Of course, he never called me. 🤥I was told my total bill in the first billing would be around $109.Turned out to be over $187.If you like dealing with car salesmen, you will love this place. No straight answers...bait and switch...no concern for the customers true needs.I truly think that they take advantage of senior citizens and I would avoid the store if you are not tech savvy, do not have an unlimited budget and value truth and honesty when it comes to customer service.I will be leaving Verizon and returning to AT&T....never any issues with them. By the way, my $750 phone is a stinker, too..
