Repair of a Nintendo Switch Lite that was not charging. Poor communication. Wasnt called back when I was told I would be for diagnosis or completed repair. When it was ready I was told a different repair than the diagnosis was performed and the charge would be greater. When I left a dissatisfied review, the owner bragged of their technical prowess and refused to address my issue. The problem does seem to have been repaired, so far. I wouldnt want to be unfair so we will call it a 3 star as long as the repair seems to be effective. I am still dissatisfied.2 weeks later, device has same issue.

Excellent service. Carlos worked in my telefono right away. Detected what was wrong. In less than two hours they fixed the telephone, mine and my wifes. Price for repairs very reasonable. Recommend 100%.

I went for a new battery. My charger port wasnt working for the longest time and the guy fixed my charger port and I can now charge my phone with a cord! Awesome service. I didnt even go to have my charger port fixed but they fixed it for me anyways. Excellent work guys. I highly recommend these guys!

Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Helped me with a situation despite the fact that I was not in need of services of his store, for no charge. I ended up seeing a product I could use For another apple product. He took the time to educate me on it and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location. I called this morning and wondered if they can do a diagnostic on a dead laptop. Jimmy was very friendly and did a free diagnostic on what likely was a power issue for my laptop. He measured the voltage output from my power adapter which was very low. He said it is most likely the power adapter, though there could be other issues, and suggested purchasing an after market adapter to determine if this was indeed the issue. He turned out to be correct. Thank you for your help.

Made an appointment online, called ahead to make sure all was okay and get a time estimate, was told they dont have the screen there for the repair and to go to another location. Huh? Why did they let me make the appointment in the first place at this location? What was the point of giving me a time to drop it off?Two stars because at least the guy answered the phone and gave me a straight answer to go somewhere else.

The gentleman working there was very kind and professional. My phone screen went completely black after I dropped it and he was able to diagnose and fix it within 20 minutes at a fair price.

Extremely disappointed. I changed my screen over there and it turned black after two weeks. The lil kid couldn’t change the screen right and i asked to talk to the owner he said he’s busy and can’t talk even for few minutes. Bad Service, Bad customer service and too expensive.

Extremely disappointed, I trusted the reviews online (which goes to show can’t be trusted) to have my screen repaired. My iPhone XS Max half of the screen just stopping working. They repaired the screen saying that was the problem. Afterwards it still didn’t work. Carlos the man working on my phone said the screen he used was defective and would be another two days until I could have it corrected. Then I go pick up my phone and my apple Face ID wasn’t working when it was before I dropped it off. Also I immediately put my phone in my otter box I’ve had for over two years. After one day I noticed after leaving my phone ont he charger on my desk, my phone was hot and a crack had stretched across my entire phone. I brought it back into Carlos explaining to him what happened and how unhappy I was with their service to be told that after taking my phone out of the case that “obviously” a mysterious rock must of been in my screen that caused it to impact the screen and crack it, despite no indication from the side where the crack originates from of any sign that their is damage I.E, no chips cracks or any sort of indication that their was any sort of impact. Then he began studying my case claiming he could feel one side of the case (the side he thought was where the crack originated from when the case is on that he could feel an indent of something. Well when he tried to show me what he meant and place the case back on the phone he suddenly said “ops” because the side where the crack starts from was not the part of the case he was claiming must of had a “rock” in it to cause the impact. Then changed his story to it must have been something in the case. And despite a 90 day warranty and the fact he replaced it once with a defective screen. He told me I would have to pay another 285$ to replace the screen. Very unhappy NEVER GOING BACK and recommend you never come here. I called a competitor when I left and found out they replace the same screen for 149$ that’s more than 100$ less and am very happy with their store who confirmed my screen was defective. Very disappointed with this store do not recommendedAlso I just got back from getting the DEFECTIVE SCREEN that Carlos said wasn’t! And it was the proven defective. Also my Face ID wasn’t working when I went to ubreakifix it after they put the defective screen on. After replacing their defective screen at a better place for 100$ less my Face ID now works as well! Do not go here terrible service! Especially Carlos working their terrible customer service doesn’t know what he’s talking about trying to come up with excuse after excuse when the fault obviously lies with a defective screen. Considering the first screen they put on was defective and he admitted it doesn’t seem that far fetched the second would have been as well. Carlos’ English was perfectly fine that wasn’t the problem the problem was he didn’t want to admit to his mistake and make up stories that even an experienced phone repair that was my first choice but I was in a rush to go out of town looked at the screen and agreed that Carlos explanation was false and the screen was defective. So his English had nothing to do with it I will be calling. Thank you

Ive been here before and had fantastic results. So when I damaged my (2nd) Surface screen (totally my fault both times) and Microsoft wanted to swap out my less than 1 year old machine with a refurbished one I left and drove straight to Jimmy G! His service was fantastic, we discussed options and then he (very patiently and accommodatingly) baked my Surface in an oven for 4(!) times over the course of 3(!) days. The screen (green-tea) damage is almost 100% resolved. I am so happy with the results, the customer service and the fact that its still my original machine! Thanks Jimmy!!!

9 visits for a cracked screen repair to end up with a broken device that had to be replaced in large part because Ipads are not meant to be repaired (per Apple)

Jimmy & Spencer are awesome. I first called to feel the location out. There are so many seedy places, that I came across and didnt feel safe allowing them to handle my iPhone 6plus. They were very professional on the phone. They reassured me they could fix my phone and the wait wouldnt be long. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Jimmy and Spencer. They quickly educated me on what they were doing and what they would need to do to repair my phone. Got my phone back works like it is brand new. Very quick, maybe took 25 minutes. Plus I purchased a screen protector. I would like to thank them both. I will be back and gladly will tell everyone about unrealistic!!!

Good service to fix my completely cracked screen. Over the phone they said it would be $129 to replace glass and lcd, should only take 30 min or so. When I got there I was told it was an hour and a half and actually cost $139. I appreciate the fact that the phone is completely fixed and works well, however if I knew the true facts I might have gone elsewhere, as I call around to multiple places first and they were the “quickest” so I went with them, and I could have gone else where with the true wait time, and slightly cheaper. Either way. Friendly service, and my phone looks and works.Update: recently compared my brightness and quality of display to my husbands 7plus, and it’s totally different. Darker and a little blander on the display. Also screen is extremely sensitive and sometimes has a mind of its own...

Have an iPhone 8 that was working perfectly other than a quickly dying battery. Had it replaced and now the home button is whacky. Have to go to Apple store at recommendation of clerk which led to $159 replacement of screen. Nice guy who refunded the money and put back original battery but overall a disaster.

I went for a run, and my phone fell of my pocket. When I realize that I had lost my phone, I went to look for it. I found it, after a couple of cars drove over it. I took the phone to my carrier and they said there is nothing to do because it has been destroyed. I figure I will exhaust all my options, so I brought my phone to the store, and the gentleman there were super helpful and best of all, the phones works perfectly, the guys at the store, restored my phone change my screen and its excellent. This place is amazing! My phone was practically destroyed by hurricane Irma. Bent and broken. The owner was so great and fixed the entire phone while I waited. I wasnt there long and the price was so reasonable. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Did an amazing job with a shattered S9+ screen. Replaced screen, battery (included with the screen replacement), and fixed the hepatic in screen home button. Phone service was matched by exceptional customer service.

Excellent service fast and professional!

Nothing against the service, but the quality of the change of screen was really bad. Intially there was a delay when typing, of which I thought might have been a software issue, however 3 weeks later, the screen stopped working completely resulting in me being locked out, and having to go to Apple to diagnose the issue. It was diagnosed as a hardware problem. Ultimately I paid $100 for a faulty screen, and paid $50 more at Apple for one that works perfectly. As mentioned service is decent, but product proved to be a waste of money.UPDATE: Jimmy was excellent in helping us come to a resolution. Not everything in life is perfect, but the important thing is how we deal with it going forward, and it was dealt with very well. Customer service is top notch, I just got unlucky with a faulty product

Brought a phone that needed a screen repaired about a month ago. The phone started acting up in all kinds of ways. I then noticed they did not put back a screw at the bottom so I took it to another shop to repair and they found several screws missing in it. I couldnt believe it. All I wanted to do was go back to the shop and beat everyone up in it. My phone is working great now. Will NEVER ever recommend this place to no one.

This place did my iPhone 4. The screen never worked right when I took it to a place that felt w apple products only they told me it was defective aftermarket screen that was pourly made. You could see how the endge of the screen was edged funny. I payed 50$ for a genuin Apple screen. This place charged me 89$ n I had to have it replaced 1 yr later. Junk
