Whatever you do, do not get there at 10am when they open unless you plan on being the FIRST person in line. They only have one employee working at the store until 1130am. I arrived at 945am and was third in line. At 1115am I was still waiting for the second person in line to be completed. I could not wait any longer and walked out at 1120am. I would never attempt to go to this location again.Although, I must give cudos to the sole employee (young black make), he bends over backwards to help the customer. His level of professionalism, patience and poise was at the highest level and should be commended. He just needs a couple of extra staff members to help him at at opening.

Poor costumer service I was the only person at the store and the person there today didnt bother taking his eyes of his own phone. He was not willing ro sell. By now based on their reviews their rent should be more than the revenue.

I recently was in this particular Verizon store and had a terrific experience. Dani went above and beyond to help me and clarify my bill and explain the details regarding my bill. I was happy with this phenomenal experience in the store because it seems as every time I walk into a Verizon store if you have questions and dont plan on buying anything the employees dont seem to care about you. Dani was very happy to assist with all questions I had and explain in thorough detail. I just recently purchased a couple new iPhones so i wasnt in the market for one but I decided to buy a couple accessories honestly just because of the great customer service I received that I rarely have received in the past from Verizon employees. Highly recommend this location and very knowledgeable employee in particular!

I stopped in with my mom to get her a new SIM card for her phone. The representatives at the store were friendly and pleasant. It made for a great experience. We were in and out of the store and just a few minutes as it was not busy.

The store is clean, stocked with accessories for iPhones, little to none for Android.WOEFULLY understaffed...I waited two hours and gave my place to someone who, because she needed assistance and waited, missed or was EXTREMELY late for an appointment.I eventually had my questions answered but observed at least 7 customers leave due to long wait times.In 3 years I have managed to get in and out in under 30 mins on 4 occasions, and on one of those, when I wished to pay a bill, I was informed that I would be charged a fee if I paid with cash!

Collen and Tim were super supportive in helping me to learn many different aspects of my phone that I was not familiar with upon purchasing the phone.. i.e. creating Albums. They both have the patience of saints and I am so appreciative of their help. I would highly recommend this store and these employees. Thank you so much

Opened a new line with verizon the other day had to make a stop at this location for help with my new line. the staff was extremely helpful with all my questions. although they were very busy it was worth the wait. the manager at this location hannia is very knowledgeable and always has a smile.

Deceptive sales practice on the elderly, adding unnecessary plans. double charge fees.

Three separate trips to get an iPhone. The first, they didn’t have what they confirmed over the phone that they did so had to order it. When I came back the next day to pick it up, their computers were down and they couldn’t set it up. When I came back the next day, one person was was working and didn’t acknowledge us sitting there for an hour. There are way too many options in the immediate area to ever deal with this specific one. Save yourself the time and energy and drive to the next closest one.

Visited this store to purchase a new phone and get tech support. I worked with Jay and it was the best experience I have ever had in a Verizon store. I dont recommend you go anywhere else but this store. The staff is great!!

My wife and I wont go to any other Verizon store again. They take such good care of us there. They saved us money on our bill when we needed new phones. Not as long of a wait as other stores we have been to. Always a pleasure going there.

I came into the shop with an issue with my phone. Ive often come in with problems and the staff is always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. This time Zafer was my salesman. We determined that I needed a new phone. Zafer was extremely helpful in explaining our plan and setting up our phone. OMG! What a bunch of inept people. Went to pay my bill with CASH & 1 of the bright bulb gals tells me it will cost me $3 to pay with CASH...I was like Are you kidding me? So I walked over to Publix & got a MONEY order for $.89 went back & paid my bill...The other bright bulb guy processes it & gives me a receipt. Lo & Behold 10 days later I getTexts & e-mails from VERIZON saying my check bounced!! AND my account is now delinquent so they charged me 2 late fees & an NSF charge! I am boiling now..so I got a Supervisor on the phone...another bright bulb she tells me I have to go back to Publix& try to get my $$ back!!! ALL THIS BECAUSE SOME IDIOT EMPLOYEE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO PROCESS A MONEY ORDER!!! VERIZON better hope Publix gives me my $$ back or there will be legal problems!!! People do yourselves a favor....dont pay your bills at the VERIZON stores unless they have a kiosk in which you do your own submitting!! Now I have to take time out of my day to screw w/this NONSENSE!!!

1/1/2017 Clerk was surly and was watching foot ball game on cell phone while waiting on my husband. It was obvious the clerk did not want to help. Got. Into a shouting match----worst clerk I have ever encountered. Other Verizon stores have been very cordial ----- something fundamentally wrong with this store. Store must be aware of the clerks shortcomings.

Erin has been most helpful as we tried to resolve my lost phone issue. While waiting for my information to upload to my new phone a customer came in with an android that was damaged by water. Erin tried patiently to help the customer however she became angry, frustrated and walked out. This was not his fault and he took it to heart. Even with this incident he was professional and moved forward to his next customer.

Dont come to this store. Every number in our account had received a text informing us that were eligible for the early edge upgrade. We originally went to a Verizon Store in Naples in order to get our numbers upgraded and get new phones. The only thing that stopped us was that they simply didnt have the inventory to upgrade us. The rep in Naples was really great, gave us a lot of information and explained everything to us. He showed and explained that every number in the account was eligible for this upgrade. One of the numbers was just restricted to two certain phones. But ALL were eligible. We came to this store on April 22, 2015 around 6:00 PM. The store was completely dead, the two reps working were both male, both had reddish blonde hair, and both looked athletic. We walked in on their Subway meal and SportsCenter time apparently. We were greeted as soon we walked in and they asked us what they could help us with. We explained to them our situation, they asked for our information so they could look at the account, all pretty standard stuff. Now here comes the problem. During the time the rep was looking up our account, him and the other rep had a nice chat about how Rajon Rondo got benched during game 2 against Houston. After a couple of minutes, the rep informed us that we actually werent eligible for any upgrade, and that just because we got the text does not mean that all the numbers are eligible. We explained to them about how the rep at the other store showed and explained to us that we were in fact ALL eligible. In a smart ass tone he replied Well, I guess youre just going to have to go back to that store then. Now thats some customer service, he clearly wanted to get us out of the store asap so he can get back his subway. We left the store pretty disappointed, (after all, we thought we were getting new phones) and called customer service to get it figured out once and for all. We explained what happened to customer service and the first thing the CS rep asked was Did the reps in the store call us? As soon as he asked that, it made it clear that reps in THIS store, could not care any less about their customers. After about five minutes on the phone with customer service, he explained that WE ARE eligible for upgrades. Thank you guys for the great customer service and help.
