In the beginning of the month of January. I met my uncle at smart zone he was trying to speak to the owner of the store about a laptop that the owner had given him a week so ago that didnt work. I guess my uncle realize that laptop didnt work, he brought it back to the store and asked the owner to fix it. The owner laughed at my uncle who doesnt speak or understand English very well and said I gave it to you, because I new it was junk. I translated that back to my uncle. My uncle told me to tell he can keep his junk and walked out.

I cant recommend this place enough. He really knows his stuff and is incredibly reasonably priced. If you have broken tech that he cant fix it probably cant be fixed.

Been going to them for a few years now and they have been always honest and affordable. Yesterday I brought them my laptop because it wouldnt fully power up. They could have easily come up with anything to make a dollar. Instead I receive a call stating it was something simple and it now powers up. Come pick it up; no charge. It’s a great place, they fix your phone, tablet; and computer. The timing is not so great supposed to be open at 11am but it’s 1pm and the sign still say close.

A repair of a Huawei phone for a foreigner was not successful, and it was not possible to bring the phone in for warranty work. Issue was resolved with excellent customer orientation. Much appreciated. Have used Smart Zone in the past to replace iPhone screen and battery and was pleased with the results. Also used for the successful tricky replacement of an iPad fuse. Replacement of Mac Pro battery well done.

Pola (the owner) is such a talented young gentleman. Any issues i ever have with my phone or laptop i come to this place. Phenomenal customer services and prices.

I told him I live far away. He told me he could fix my computer. Three weeks later he told me he didnt have time to fix computers. He doesnt pick up the phone or answer voicemails. He only sometimes answers texts. Very poor businessman. Dont waste your time.

Im very happy I chose Smart Zone to clean up my computers. They are very efficient and very friendly. They quoted me a price to clean up my computers. One computer especially had a lot of viruses and the other issues with charging. They did whatever took extra time and honored the price they quoted. They also told me if there are any further issues to just bring it back.

After shopping around prices to get my phone fixed, this place was the lowest in price and even offered to add a FREE screen protector when they completed the job. I went there today 10/28, was assisted by Pola (forgive me for messing up the spelling of your name) and my phone was fixed in less than 5 minutes!!! It was also a plus that the people working there were super cool and welcoming. They also buy phones, for those looking to make a few extra bucks! I was skeptical at first about getting my screen fixed outside of an authorized sprint store. I was tired of replacing the old phone every time I dropped it. Best place ever for cell phone repairs, purchase.

I had my screen replaced good price and very fast and nice tech. However 3 days later the screen wasnt working. I took it to my carrier since I had insurance and they said it was the defective screen. I called the smart zone and they told me they would have to send it out and would take a few days to see what was wrong but I would have to pay again. I had insurance on phone through my carrier so instead just had them trouble shoot the phone. Long story short Im out 83$ And I have to pay a copay for my phone to be fixed anyways. I wish they would refund me but Im sure they wont. Pay the extra 30$ to get screen repaired by apple at least they have a warranty on their screen. Already paid 183 out of pocket. Not the best experience from this place.

Had a cracked iPhone 6 screen, he fixed it in two minutes flat, I shouldve timed him he was that fast! Gave me a free iPhone 6S+ case when I mentioned that I was fixing it to upgrade! Highly recommend!

Went in with a smashed screen and ended up needed a battery replacement too. Battery was buckling. Pola changed screen and battery for half of what the Apple Store quoted me... AND, I was in and out in 15!!!! Minutes! Only place to go for tech repair period.

The owner has to be one of the friendliest ppl out there, I brought my iPhone 6s with a cracked screen nd a shot battery, all together was about 70$ but unfortunately he didn’t have a battery for my phone so he gave a store credit of a 150$ for my phone. Long story short I ended walking out with a iPhone 7 plus w/ 128 gigs for only $300 out of pocket! Best rates around with no complaints!

Husband dropped phone in water and it was acting up. It started working but was acting weird. Guy cleaned it up and checked it and it was working fine. No charge he said which was awesome. Thought we were going to have to buy a new screen or new phone but him cleaning the contacts did the trick. Definitely recommend him. Honest and good to know he has parts for the phones.

I have called them now for three weeks about 7 times asking them for a note5 screen. Always same answer, they need to order they do not have it in stock. I am now going into week 4 without a screen for my phone. Is this even a real business? This is horrible customer service. Not recommended. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The guy was nice and fast when replacing my cracked 6S screen...but afterward the outgoing calls stopped ringing and the camera function to switch to self images no longer worked. Keep in mind these are 3rd party screens.

I walked in the store today and there were quite a few people in the store I figured because hes a one man show that I would have to leave my phone I handed him the phone didnt ask price and waited for him while he helped customers with their questions just a few minutes when he came over to me he handed me my phone and the guy next to me phone fixed I paid and was on my way I normally dont write reviews but I hate seeing a bad review thats uncalled for this guy did a great job and was cheaper then I expected

Phenomenal guys! Very sharp and managed to save me money. I thought my trackpad was bad. turns out my battery was bloated in my laptop. Pola gave me back my trackpad (which let me return it) and offered to put int he battery for free. This is EXACTLY what you look for in a reputable repair shop. Would definitely use again.

Pollo did a great job. I had a Huawei Mate 20 Pro given to me as a gift and he helped me transfer my old phones contacts/information to the Huawei withOUT charging me anything (I did offer to pay). Yup, his shop is a bit informal, but once you get used to atmosphere, I strongly recommend this place.

I have brought phones to Smart Zone for years, but never laptops. Last week I had a perfect storm of some problem from hell for my primary laptop where my entire business is based, and even my backup. I tried to stay close by the house, as I thought I had a basic problem, spent 3 labor hours with a Boca company, and kept having blue screens. Very difficult communicating with tech person there, I reached out to Smart Zone - no drama, just let us look at it, and overnight I had a complete (I hope) solution - typing from my baby now - plus they are ordering my new battery for my backup. Very friendly atmosphere, every time I go, and owner, techs and customers always interacting in a pleasant, knowledgeable fashion. 2-3 others being helped, and if its a quick user error fix, prepare to be surprised. Best rates, best service and note to self - ALWAYS DRIVE the extra couple miles to East Delray. Dont call, just drop in. Thanks gents!!!!UPDATE 6/21/2018 - My backup Asus Ultrabook somehow blew its battery - not something anyone stocks - Considered ordering from Amazon - but checked with Smart Zone - they ordered and then I got to watch an internal battery install I never could have done myself - all for less than the price of a battery I could have found online. While I was in there, the managers beat price on some kids iPhone repair - saving him from buying another phone - the only reason the crew here is busy is because no one else is offering services, price or quality. Again, just drop in, leave your device, and pick it up - not like these fly by night alternatives, chains, or scam artists in half the strip malls around.
