It was my first time at TMobile since the Sprint merger. Thaer was helping me out and I could not have asked for a better service. He helped me get my new phone and had all the answers to any questions I had. He was very friendly and knowledgeable . I will be coming back and asking for Thaer. 5 stars.
I went to T-Mobile today on Federal highway thinking they opened at 9:00 a.m. because thats what the website said. They didnt open until 10:00 a.m. I decided to wait in my car. 30 minutes later a young gentleman who clearly worked for T-Mobile, came and waited outside T-Mobile for it to open. I believed mine was a minor problem so I approached him and asked for his assistance. He was wonderful! His name was Jacob and I really, really appreciate the fact that he did not have to assist me until they opened in 30 minutes and yet he did. I cant begin to list the positive impact this has on me. I love T-Mobile! If youre thinking of switching cell phone companies I encourage you to choose T-Mobile.

Just called in for info on switching phones, got really good help from a guy called Tyler A.! He gave me a good recommendation on what phone to get and different options on where to get it. He even recited specs on the phone I was looking to get (the phone he ended up recommending actually) off the top of his head. Good service

At the T-Mobile Delray store I have had a very good customer experience the last 6 times I was at the store.The staff is very informative based on my traditional experience from sprint to T-mobile its a great store to get service
Not particularly impressed with our sales person. Hes not personable and should absolutely get more more training in person to person etiquette. Hes rude and basically chased us away before we almost dropped $2500 dollars on phones in the store. Not happy
T Mobile expert Cecile Pereira-Esteras was super helpful and professional. She described how I can effectively continue to use my phone internationally, with no worries.Cleanliness was also an evident priority which during these Covid times, I really appreciate. Highly recommend this location and all the reps in the store.

Went in because my 2 month old Samsung S20 phone power button had fallen off. Was told to go file a claim with Samsung or go to Breakfix store in Boynton. I went the the T Mobile store in Boynton as the Break fix store doesnt have access to the parts. This store manager ordered me a new phone no fuss. Under Warranty
I live all the way in boynton and I always go to this t-mobile. Tia, Wendy and Jonathan are the best! Their patient, kind and always explain every little detail. I highly recommend them!

This is the only T-Mobile store I go to because Rochelle always provides me and my entire family impeccable customer service. She is always extremely professional, helpful, and goes above and beyond to always assist in any issues/questions I have.
DO NOT do business with T-Mobile!I cancelled my service because of how overpriced they are given the limited high-speed data they give you each month. Since I called to cancel ONE DAY too late, I had to pay for another month. I asked the manager at the call center why they couldnt prorate it, and he was extremely rude and unprofessional.Customer service is terrible, which is why I switched in the first place. We have plenty of options these days. Customers can decide with their wallets. Im choosing with mine.I dont give my business to rude people who give poor customer service. I will never again give T-Mobile my business.

Excellent service provided by Ahmed, and also the manager, Dave. Ahmed was thorough with explanations, switched my phone over without a glitch, helped me with becoming a family plan account and also helped put my daughter on the plan--and shes residing in San Francisco. Ahmed is courteous, thoughtful, intelligent and a true professional. Yes, it takes time to change plans, add phones, deal with kinks in the system, but well worth the wait! Now if only T-Mobile had the coverage that Verizon has then I could get some of my friends to jump on the band wagon. Coverage is definitely better than a year ago. Thank you Ahmed and T-Mobile for the superb service!
Nice store, always clean and with lots of T-Mobile phones to put in your hands before you decide the one you really like.The staff is nice, but very often you have to wait before getting helped. I was told by a friend that in other stores you had to get your name in a queue system, so I guess this store is not that bad.Ive always had the help I needed from the friendly team.
Employees lack knowledge of promotions and do not have attention to detail. My visit to the store took hours because the representative kept running back to management with questions. While I appreciate her efforts, the staff lack in training and knowledge. A month later, my bill arrives and services I specifically declined were not removed. Then, I had to spend 43 minutes with a representative in the Philippines to get this straight. Please train your employees and work on attention to detail. The girl in the PI was awesome, though.
Although we had to wait for an extended amount if time, Stephen assisted my daughter and I in an informative manner with my account for renewal. Very attentive to our questions with great understood answers. Good location!

I went to this T-Mobile earlier this month because I wasnt able to send outgoing emails from my iPhone. My technician was Tyler who was not only professional but also curtious and understanding. Not only did he get my email working but he updated my phone extensively and now it functions more conveniently and more quickly.Thanks Tyler
My 84 year old Mother went to this T-Mobile store having a problem with her IPhone. The phone was completely dead and would not charge. The staff at the store told her they couldn’t help her and sent her to the Apple Store at Boca Town Center. She drove herself there and was told the battery needs to be replaced! She paid to have it replaced and waited 2 1/2 hours for this to be completed.Why I am so upset is that the TMobile store never bothered to look up our account to see that there is insurance on the phone. They could have given her the information to file a claim and have the phone replaced. The reason for insurance, which I pay monthly, is so that I have piece of mind that any problem will be handled at TMobile.The staff at this store obviously need training, this lack of customer service is completely unacceptable! Shame on the manager who would got on the phone with me when I called the store last night!
Sales Associate Deron (I believe that is his name) provided me with false information when switching my service over from Sprint. He verbally stated that I will be getting a prepaid card with around $800 to paid off my final bill with Sprint....instead I got a prepaid with $122 and credit on my bill. I then went back to store to provide him with my final bill and his said he will look into and that it was processed incorrectly...2 weeks later still no follow up from him. I even called to store twice and was told I had to come in. Then I went back to store a third time and he avoided me the entire time and did not even apologize for HIS mistake and unprofessionism. I had to come out of pocket $891 for because of him. Be sure to work with someone else to coming to this store.

If I could give this place zero stars then I 100% would. I experienced the absolute WORST service of my life in the T Mobile Delray Beach store. After having my mobile stolen, I went into this store to purchase a replacement phone. All I asked for was a new phone and the same number that I once had on my TMobile account. I spent upwards of 8 hours in the store last weekend trying to obtain a phone so I would at least be safe as I recently moved to the US on my own from Australia. When purchasing the phone, I was told that my payment declined three times as it didn’t go through and to call the bank. I had, in fact, been charged for the phone and went into the store the next day. I waited over an hour to be served, despite the team knowing of my urgent situation. They then said that they could not give me a phone because my payment would not show in their inventory until Monday (it was a Sunday and I had a flight home to California that night). I had to scream in the store and cause a scene to even be allowed to leave with a phone, which they told me was out of “goodwill” and they were basically giving me a free phone even though my transaction. Has 100% been APPROVED. I was not issued with a receipt and I was told that they were unable to obtain my old number, which I had put on all of my job/house applications and legal documents since arriving in the USA. They spent at least an hour fumbling around trying to get my old number and failed. I went into the Arroyo Grande, CA TMobile store yesterday and they were able to connect me to my old number and account within minutes.I have never encountered such unprofessionalism in my entire life. I called the Delray Beach store yesterday to enquire about a receipt and perhaps a complimentary top up of my prepaid service for the major hassle caused. The incompetent team was unable to serve me and did not leave me on hold for half an hour, but just walked a way from the line and left me hanging for 30 minutes, listening to the background noise of the store. I hung up and called again TWICE asking to speak to a manager who I was advised was not in and nothing was being done about my call at all.I am beyond disgusted. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this dodgy phone dealership in Delray Beach!I will be pushing this case much further with TMobile.

Im currently switching from sprint over to T mobile I first met Serge, great guy I recommend him, then I had to come in again and I met with Marco, nice guy he got me all set up so when I was ready it would be a smooth transition.
They are paying off my Verizon phone, and they have added unlimited talk, text, & DATA (possibly throttled at 28GB) and still are reducing my monthly 2-cellphones bill from $126.10 to less than $100. (Verizon wanted more than $200 total for similar - 22GB cap - 2-lines monthly.)
Lied to about rate plans. Bait and SWITCH!Watch out for MARCO and a short bald asian wearing glasses they are the WORST!!! These people are scammers. They tell you that you will pay one amount then later on the amount is different. Today when I went in to discuss an issue with them MARCO and another Asian rep there (wearing glasses) were extremely rude. Not even attempting to explain or help me they kept repeating that I was wrong and they couldnt do anything for me. I have 3 accounts and constantly refer friends and family, I feel so sorry for them because I will be leaving to AT&T and informing everyone I know about how terrible their customer service is. If you love to be scammed and lied to and you want surprises showing up on your bill then definetely come here. They are the worst!!!!!

The rep said I did not purchase insurance which is something I would not do as I know I break phones often, and he was unable to help me with mine cracked screen.
