Today I went into Verizon to see if anyone could help me with getting a cheaper phone bill because I thought sprint was ripping me off. I installed what I thought was an update that turned out to be a virus. I contacted customer service and they werent able to assist me. I went to a local Verizon store and they were unable to assist me. I drove from Greensboro to Danville because I was told about the excellent customer service provided at this store and asked for Alicia Hairston. She provided excellent customer service and even a tutorial o the use of my new iPhone. I have had service with 2 other phone companies who have NEVER provided this much customer service and patience. Keep up the good work!! This store rocks!!
